Alentiana has only one member,***(Verrill,1885),commensal with sea anemone(Bolocera tuediae).Here,Alentiana palinpoda ***.,a second member in the genus Alentiana(subfamily Lepidastheniinae),a new commensal polynoid is described,based on a specimen collected from a deep-water seamount in the Northwest Pacific *** new species is characterized by large elytra that completely cover the dorsum and are present in every third segment in the posterior *** are truncated,with two types of neurochaetae;supraacicular chaetae toothed on one side with a slightly inflated end,and subacicular chaetae that are heavy and smooth;the prechaetal lobe is larger than the postchaetal lobe,with the ventral part rolling upward and backward.

A new species of the nereidid annelid,genus Nicon Kinberg,1866,from KIOST Seamount,Northwest Pacific deep water is *** is a genus characterized by lacking paragnaths or papillae on the pharynx and composed of nine species worldwide,distributed from shallow water to deep *** ablepsia *** described is characterized by the lack of eyes on the prostomium,prolonged tentacular cirri reaching to chaetiger6,notochaetae homogomph spinigers,neurochaetae homogomph spinigers and heterogomph *** relationships of Nicon remain undetermined based on molecular *** this study,we constructed molecular Maximum-Likelihood phylogenetic tree from 29 nereidid species based on four marker genes:mitochondrial 16 S rRNA gene and cytochrome c oxidase subunit I(COI)gene;nuclear 18 S rRNA gene and 28 S rRNA *** analysis suggest the Nicon is clustered within Nereidinae,and nereidinae is not recovered as monophyletic.A key to species of Nicon is provided.

Sabaco sinicus sp. nov. is described based on material collected from Chinese coast. It has been misidentified as Asychis gangeticus Fauvel, 1932 since Uschakov and Wu （1962）. Here, we recognized it as a new species based on combination of the following characters： dark-brown pigmentation spots on nuchal grooves and first three chaetigers; glandular pattern on chaetigers 4-6; preanal achaetigerous segments absent; anal plaque trumpet- shaped with a disc-shaped dorsal lobe; notochaetae consisting of geniculate capillaries and fine capillaries with or without spinose spiral bands; neurochaetae presented as a single row of rostrate uncini. Asychis gangeticus differ from the new species in having no pigmentations on body and a triangular dorsal lobe of anal plaque. Distribution region of this species have moved northward significantly from sea area south of Changjiang Estuary since the 1950s.

Ceuthonoe,a new genus with type species *** *** with euplectellid glass sponge(Hexactinellida:Euplectellidae),is described and illustrated,based on the material collected from Weijia Guyot,western *** new genus is distinguished by a combination of characters:body with 32 segments;14 pairs of elytra;prostomium with prominent cephalic peaks and facial tubercle;aciculae and chaetae on tentaculophores;biramous parapodium,each ramus with a long aciculum penetrating epidermis,without supraor subacicular process;and noto-and neurochaetae with unidentate *** *** mostly silimar to genera of Polynoinae in *** the phylogenetic analysis based on cytochrome c oxidase subunit I,16 S,18 S,and 28 S genes suggested that this new genus was separated from the main branch of *** study also discussed the genera related to the new genus.

Photothermal CO_(2)reduction with H2O,integrating advantages of photocatalysis driven H2O splitting and thermal catalysis promoted CO_(2)reduction,has drawn sharply increasing attention in artificial synthesis of solar *** photothermal effect of metal nanoparticles facilities CO_(2)hydrogenation and activation of lattice oxygen in oxide photocatalyst promotes H2O oxidation,which is essentially considered for highly efficient photothermal ***,the large thermal conductivity of most metal nanoparticles induces inevitable heat dissipation,restricting the increase of catalyst *** this work,to minimize the heat dissipation,we employ bismuth nanoparticles as photothermal unit,which is of the lowest thermal conductivity in the metal ***,we adopt bismuth doped NaTaO_(3)as photocatalytic unit because of the bismuth doping induced activation of lattice *** bismuth nanoparticles are assembled with bismuth doped NaTaO_(3)through one-step tunable transformation from *** from the photothermal effect,thermal insulation caused by bismuth metal,and lattice oxygen activation by bismuth doping,the NaTaO_(3):Bi hybrid exhibits high photothermal catalytic *** yield of CO over NaTaO_(3):Bi hybrid at 413 K via photothermal catalysis is 141 times higher than that room temperature ***,ultraviolet(UV)light irradiation leads to 89.2%selectivity of CO and visible light irradiation leads to 97.5%selectivity of *** work may broaden the photocatalytic application of ABO_(3)perovskite and provides a novel strategy for the development of photothermal catalysts for artificial photosynthesis.

Metabolomic Analysis of the Anthocyanins Associated with Different Colors of Cymbidium goeringii in Guizhou, China

Cymbidium goeringii is an economically important ornamental plant,and flower color is one of the main features of *** that contributes to its high economic *** clarify the molecular mechanisms underlying the role of anthocyanins in mediating differences in color among varieties,liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was used to perform anthocyanin-targeted metabolomics of seven *** varieties,including‘Jin Qian Yuan’(JQY),‘Jin Xiu Qian Yuan’(JXQY),‘Miao Jiang Su Die’(MJSD),‘Qian Ming Su’(QMS),‘Shi Chan’(SC),and‘Yang Ming Su’(YMS),as well as the *** detected 64 anthocyanins,including cyanidins,delphinidins,malvidins,pelargonidins,peonidins,petunidins,procyanidins,and *** identified six shared differentially accumulated metabolites(DAMs),including cyanidin-3-O-rutinoside,delphinidin-3-Osophoroside,pelargonidin-3-O-rutinoside,peonidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside),peonidin-3-Osophoroside,and *** DAMs were enriched in the anthocyanin biosynthesis *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed metabolites were significantly enriched in the anthocyanin biosynthesis *** of the content of differentially expressed metabolites indicated that peonidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl-beta-D-glucoside)was the key metabolite underlying color differences among *** *** B2,pelargonidin-3-O-galactoside,and naringenin might also affect the color formation of JQY and QMS,SC,and MJSD,*** results of this study shed light on the metabolic mechanism underlying flower color differences in *** at the molecular *** findings will aid future studies of the mechanism of flower color regulation in *** and have implications for the breeding of new varieties.

Echolocation clicks of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins(Sousa chinensis)and East Asian finless porpoises(Neophocaena asiaeorientalis sunmeri)were recorded and analyzed to deepen our understandings on vocalizations variability of these two endangered *** acoustic monitoring was used to record the clicks during boat-based field surveys in the Xiamen *** analyses show clicks emitted by Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins are characterized by short duration,high frequency,and broadband ***,clicks of East Asian finless porpoise have a relatively longer duration,higher peak frequency,and narrower *** duration,centroid frequency and-10 dB bandwidth of clicks are significantly different between these two species.

Cervical cancer is a major public health concern in China,accounting for almost one-fifth of the global incidence and *** recently prequalified domestic bivalent human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine offers a practical and feasible preventive *** response to the global call for action,the National Health Commission issued an Action Plan to eliminate cervical cancer by 2030,with promotion of the HPV vaccination for school-aged girls as a critical *** this,implementation of the vaccination has been patchy,with very low coverage among eligible *** address this,from December 2021 to December 2022,a demonstration project was launched in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province,to promote the inclusion of HPV vaccine in local immunisation programme and to address existing barriers to *** multiple sources of data,this article presents a case study of the demonstration project,analysing its impact on rolling out HPV vaccination among eligible girls and identifying any challenges encountered during *** demonstration project has shown promising results in increasing the HPV vaccination rate,promoting public awareness and acceptance of the domestic HPV vaccine,and establishing a model for quickly scaling up the vaccination at the municipal *** success of the project can be attributed to several factors,including strong governmental commitment,sufficient funding,multi-sectoral collaboration,ensured vaccine accessibility and affordability,improved vaccination services,and effective health education and communication *** learned from Shenzhen can provide valuable insights for future advocacy and implementation of the vaccination in other areas of China,but challenges must be addressed to achieve universal *** include addressing vaccine hesitancy,expanding the programme to cover a broader age range,and ensuring consistent quality of vaccination services in primary care *** these challeng
