Patients with advanced gastric cancer typically face a grim *** phase 1a(dose escalation)and phase 1b(dose expansion)study investigated safety and efficacy of first-line camrelizumab plus apatinib and chemotherapyfor advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction *** primary endpoints included maximum tolerated dose(MTD)in phase 1a and objective response rate(ORR)across phase 1a and *** 1a tested three dose regimens of camrelizumab,apatinib,oxaliplatin,and *** regimen 1:camrelizumab 200 mg on day 1,apatinib 250 mg every other day,oxaliplatin 100 mg/m^(2) on day 1,and S-140 mg twice a day on days *** regimen 2:same as dose regimen 1,but oxaliplatin 130mg/*** regimen3:same as dose regimen 2,but apatinib 250 mg ***-four patients were included(9 in phase 1a,25 in phase 1b).No dose-limiting toxicities occurred so no MTD was *** 3 was set for the recommended phase 2 doses and administered in phase *** confrmed ORR was 76.5%(95%CI 58.8-89.3).The median progression-free survival was 8.4 months(95%CI 5.9-not evaluable[NE]),and the median overall survival(OS)was not mature(11.6-NE).Ten patients underwent surgery after treatment and the multidisciplinary team *** 24 patients without surgery,the median OS was 19.6 months(7.8-NE).Eighteen patients(52.9%)developed grade≥3 treatment-emergent adverse *** plus apatinib and chemotherapy showed favorable clinical outcomes and manageable safety for untreated advanced gastric cancer(ChiCTR2000034109).

探讨神经内分泌宫颈癌(NECC)的临床特征及相关预后因素。分析SEER数据库NECC患者的临床信息,发现NECC预后差,年龄≤50岁、接受手术与放化疗,TNM分期早的小细胞类型神经内分泌宫颈癌预后较好,肿瘤分化程度不是NECC的独立预后因素。

目的探讨赫赛汀联合多西他赛在局部浸润性乳腺癌治疗中的疗效。方法将在2012年1月~2014年12月期间进入我院肿瘤科治疗的120例局部浸润性乳腺癌患者纳入课题研究,随机分为常规治疗组和研究组,各60例患者,常规治疗组采用多柔比星+环磷酰胺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗,共治疗8个疗程。观察治疗后乳腺癌组织标本的HMGI^C基因表达和血清C反应蛋白水平,评价两组疗效。结果与常规治疗组相比,研究组降低了HMGI-C阳性率(P<0.05);加用赫赛汀联合多西他赛后,升高了研究组的平均LI值、HER2阳性率、p53阳性率、雌激素受体阴性率(P<0.05);同时,降低了研究组血清CRP水平(P<0.05)。结论赫赛汀联合多西他赛能够提高局部浸润性乳腺癌的治疗效果,使患者HMGI-C和CRP的表达水平降低,进而使患者预后得到改善。

Observability for the Schr?dinger equation in a uniform magnetic field

We prove the observability inequalities at two time points for the Schr?dinger equation in a uniform magnetic field in dimensions 2 and 3. The proofs mainly rely on Nazarov’s uncertainty principle. In particular, the observability inequality in three dimensions can also be derived from the approach used to establish the Amerin-Berthier uncertainty principle.

Reconstruction characteristics of gut microbiota from patients with type 1 diabetes affect the phenotypic reproducibility of glucose metabolism in mice

The human microbiota-associated(HMA) mice model, especially the germ-free(GF)-humanized mice, has been widely used to probe the causal relationships between gut microbiota and human diseases such as type 1 diabetes(T1D). However, most studies have not clarified the extent to which the reconstruction of the human donor microbiota in recipient mice correlates with corresponding phenotypic reproducibility. In this study, we transplanted fecal microbiota from five patients with T1D and four healthy people into GF mice, and microbiota from each donor were transplanted into 10 mice. Mice with similar microbiota structure to the donor exhibited better phenotypic reproducibility. The characteristics of the microbial community assembly of donors also influenced the phenotypic reproducibility in mice, and individuals with a higher proportion of stochastic processes showed more severe disorders. Microbes enriched in patients with T1D had a stronger colonization potential in mice with impaired glucose metabolism, and microbiota functional features related to T1D were better reproduced in these mice. This indicates that assembly traits and colonization efficacy of microbiota influence phenotypic reproducibility in GF-humanized mice. Our findings provide important insights for using HMA mice models to explore links between gut microbiota and human diseases.

Inexact proximal gradient algorithm with random reshuffling for nonsmooth optimization

Proximal gradient algorithms are popularly implemented to achieve convex optimization with nonsmooth regularization. Obtaining the exact solution of the proximal operator for nonsmooth regularization is challenging because errors exist in the computation of the gradient; consequently, the design and application of inexact proximal gradient algorithms have attracted considerable attention from researchers. This paper proposes computationally efficient basic and inexact proximal gradient descent algorithms with random reshuffling. The proposed stochastic algorithms take randomly reshuffled data to perform successive gradient descents and implement only one proximal operator after all data pass through. We prove the convergence results of the proposed proximal gradient algorithms under the sampling-without-replacement reshuffling *** computational errors exist in gradients and proximal operations, the proposed inexact proximal gradient algorithms can converge to an optimal solution neighborhood. Finally, we apply the proposed algorithms to compressed sensing and compare their efficiency with some popular algorithms.

Double carbohelicenes have attracted considerable attention due to their aesthetic structures, distinct π-conjugation extension, inherent chirality, and intriguing optical and electronic properties. Herein, the concise de novo synthesis of a new double[5]carbohelicene 1 together with its chiroptical properties, isomerization process and lasing application is presented. 1 was synthesized by a simple protocol involving the formation of a 6,6′-bipentacene as the key intermediate. It is worth noting that1 existed as two diastereomers 1-PP/MM and 1-PM, which were successfully isolated and unambiguously confirmed by Xray crystallography. The optical resolution of the racemic 1-PP/MM was successfully achieved by chiral-phase highperformance liquid chromatography（HPLC）, and 1-PP and 1-MM were characterized by circular dichroism. Interestingly, it was found that 1-PP/MM could be completely isomerized to 1-PM upon heating, and the detailed thermodynamics and kinetics of the isomerization process were systematically investigated. 1-PM exhibited deep-red luminescence with emission maximum at 723 nm and fluorescence quantum yield as high as 32.95%. Consequently, we can showcase the lasing application of 1-PM by doping with epoxy resin to assemble a bottle microlaser spontaneously, which the lasing wavelength is 796.6 nm at a threshold of 0.8 m J cm-2. We believe that our studies, including the facile synthesis methodology, detailed isomerization studies, and lasing application, will shed some light on the design and synthesis of novel carbohelical systems with more functions.

Constructing Pr-doped CoOOH catalytic sites for efficient electrooxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural

Electrocatalytic conversion of renewable biomass is emerging as a promising route for sustainable chemical production;hence it urgently calls for developing efficient electrocatalysts with low potentials and high current ***,a Pr-doped Co（OH）2hexagonal sheet （Pr/Co=1/9,in mole） is synthesized by electrodeposition as highly performant catalyst for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural （HMF） oxidation reaction（HMFOR） to produce 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid （FDCA）.This novel and low-cost catalyst possesses a rather low onset potential of 1.05 V （***） and requires only 1.10 V （***） to reach a current density of 10 mA cm-2for HMFOR,significantly outperforming Co（OH）2benchmark (i.e.,210 mV higher to reach10 m A cm-2).The origin of Pr promotion effect as well as the evolution of CoOOH catalytic sites and HMFOR process has been deeply elucidated by physical characterizations,kinetic experiments,in situ electrochemical techniques,and theoretical *** unique Pr-ameliorated CoOOH active centers enable 100%conversion of HMF,99.6%selectivity of FDCA,and 99.7%Faraday efficiency,with a superior cycling durability toward *** can be one of the most outstanding results for Co-based HMFOR catalysts to date in the *** this work can help open up new horizons for constructing novel and efficient Co-based electrocatalysts by the utilization of lanthanide elements.
