The development of aqueous zinc ion battery cathode materials with high capacity and high magnification is still a challenge.Herein,porous vanadium oxide/carbon(p-VO_(x)@C,mainly VO_(2) with a small amount of V_(2)O_(3)) core/shell microspheres with oxygen vacancies are facilely fabricated by using a vanadium-based metal-organic framework(MIL-100(V)) as a sacrificial template.This unique structure can improve the conductivity of the VO_(x),accelerate electrolyte diffusion,and suppress structural collapse during circulation.Subsequently,H_(2)O molecules are introduced into the interlayer of VO_(x) through a highly efficient in-situ electrochemical activation process,facilitating the intercalation and diffusion of zinc ions.After the activation,an optimal sample exhibits a high specific capacity of 464.3 mA h g^(-1) at0.2 A g^(-1) and 395.2 mA h g^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1),indicating excellent rate performance.Moreover,the optimal sample maintains a capacity retention of about 89.3% after 2500 cycles at 10 A g^(-1).Density functional theory calculation demonstrates that the presence of oxygen vacancies and intercalated water molecules can significantly reduce the diffusion barrier for zinc ions.In addition,it is proved that the storage of zinc ions in the cathode is achieved by reversible intercalation/extraction during the charge and discharge process through various ex-situ analysis technologies.This work demonstrates that the p-VO_(x)@C has great potential for applications in aqueous ZIBs after electrochemical activation.

A Simple and Effective Surface Defect Detection Method of Power Line Insulators for Difficult Small Objects

Insulator defect detection plays a vital role in maintaining the secure operation of power systems.To address the issues of the difficulty of detecting small objects and missing objects due to the small scale,variable scale,and fuzzy edge morphology of insulator defects,we construct an insulator dataset with 1600 samples containing flashovers and breakages.Then a simple and effective surface defect detection method of power line insulators for difficult small objects is proposed.Firstly,a high-resolution featuremap is introduced and a small object prediction layer is added so that the model can detect tiny objects.Secondly,a simplified adaptive spatial feature fusion(SASFF)module is introduced to perform cross-scale spatial fusion to improve adaptability to variable multi-scale features.Finally,we propose an enhanced deformable attention mechanism(EDAM)module.By integrating a gating activation function,the model is further inspired to learn a small number of critical sampling points near reference points.And the module can improve the perception of object morphology.The experimental results indicate that concerning the dataset of flashover and breakage defects,this method improves the performance of YOLOv5,YOLOv7,and YOLOv8.In practical application,it can simply and effectively improve the precision of power line insulator defect detection and reduce missing detection for difficult small objects.

The design of supercapacitor materials with both high areal capacity(C)and high mass loading is vitally important for enhancing energy density(E).Herein,we prepared a NiCosingle bondOH/NiCoOOH composite film consisting of NiCosingle bondOH/NiCoOOH nanosheets on an expanded graphite paper(EGP)by using a facial anodization method.The as-prepared NiCosingle bondOH/NiCoOOH film exhibits ultra-high C of 11 mA·h·cm^(-2)at a mass loading of 165 mg·cm^(-2),high rate capability of 71%and excellent cycling stability of 95%after 12000 cycles.The outstanding performance is ascribed to the low-crystalline feature of the NiCosingle bondOH/NiCoOOH nanosheets,and the synergistic effect of the NiCosingle bondOH and NiCoOOH phases and high conductive porous EGP.An aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor,assembled with the NiCosingle bondOH/NiCoOOH on EGP and Fe_(2)O_(3)on EGP as positive-and negative-electrode,respectively,shows a highest E of 3.8 mW·h·cm^(-2)at a power density(P)of 4 mW·cm^(-2)and a maximum P of 107 mW·cm^(-2)at an E of 2.7 mW·h·cm^(-2).

Identification and characterization of related substances in EVT-401 by hyphenated LC–MS techniques

A sensitive and selective method was developed for the separation and characterization of related substances(RSs) in EVT-401 by hyphenated LC–MS techniques. Complete separation of the RSs was achieved with an Inertsil ODS-SP column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by linear gradient elution using a mobile phase consisting of 0.2% formic acid solution, methanol and acetonitrile. EVT-401 was found to be susceptible to acid, alkaline and oxidative stresses, while relatively stable under photolytic and thermal dry stress conditions. Fourteen RSs including six process-related substances and eight degradation products were detected and identified in EVT-401 with positive ESI high-resolution TOF-MS analysis of their parent ions and the corresponding product mass spectra elucidation, and some of them were further verified by chemical synthesis and NMR spectroscopy. The specific LC–MS method developed for separation, identification and characterization of RSs is valuable for EVT-401 manufacturing process optimization and quality control.

甘肃省某市乙型肝炎患者住院费用构成及其影响因素

目的:分析甘肃省某市乙型肝炎(以下简称“乙肝”)患者住院费用的构成情况、主要影响因素以及变化趋势,为有效控制乙肝住院费用提供参考。方法:对甘肃省某市2019-2021年1254例乙肝患者的住院次均费用进行贴现分析,利用灰色关联分析和结构变动度分析费用构成及变化,用单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析住院费用的影响因素。结果:该市乙肝患者住院次均费用构成中,关联度由高到低依次是西药费、卫生材料费、化验费、检查费、治疗费、中成药费、其他费、护理费、床位费、手术费、中药饮片费。2019-2021年间,西药费、其他费和卫生材料费的变化对住院费用结构影响最大,结构变动率分别为29.6%、17.65%、11.70%。影响住院费用的主要因素有性别、医院等级、住院天数、疾病类型、参保类型、是否抗病毒治疗。结论:该市乙肝患者住院费用负担仍然较重,未来需进一步推进DRG支付方式改革、药品集中带量采购、医疗服务价格改革、公立医院薪酬制度改革,探索早诊早治的乙肝患者全病程管理模式。

Dysregulated TCA Cycle Pathway in Endometrial Cancer

Background:Numerous questions regarding metabolism alterations in endometrial cancer remain unanswered.Methods:We used the Mann-Whitney test to identify significantly downregulated genes in Cluster II,which were then subject to Ingenuity Pathway Analysis and Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis.We next compared the expression levels of several key enzymes between the CTNNB1 mutant and wide-type patients to correlate“TCA Cycle”alterations with CTNNB1 mutation status.Finally,we performed a Spearman correlation between the TCA Cycle genes and the immune checkpoint molecule to understand the relationship between TCA Cycle dysfunction and immune response.All statistical tests were two-sided.Results:A total of 603 genes were significantly downregulated in Cluster II.Pathway analysis showed that metabolic pathways were frequently dysregulated,and GO analysis demonstrated that metabolic processes were commonly retarded.In particular,TCA Cycle is the most significantly altered metabolic pathway(P=1.45×10-07),with one-third of the enzymes altered.The TCA Cycle pathway activity and the expression levels of several key enzymes were significantly lower in CTNNB1 mutant patients,compared to CTNNB1 wide-type patients.In addition,the TCA Cycle pathway activity and the expression levels of pathway genes were significantly and positively correlated with PD-L1 gene expression.Conclusion:This study systematically characterizes a subset of endometrioid endometrial cancer patients with dysregulated TCA Cycle pathway,which may contribute to immune resistance in endometrial cancer.

Tumor-associated methylation of the putative tumor suppressor AJAP1 gene and association between decreased AJAP1 expression and shorter survival in patients with glioma

Allelic loss of the short arm of chromosome 1 has been observed frequently in a wide spectrum of cancers,most frequently in oligodendroglioma.In our previous studies,we evaluated 177 oligodendroglial tumor samples and identified the AJAP1 gene(formerly Shrew1) in the consensus region of deletion.AJAP1 is a transmembrane protein found in adheren junctions and functions to inhibit glioma cell adhesion and migration.Whereas a putative tumor suppressor gene,we did not detect AJAP1 gene mutations.In subsequent studies,we found that AJAP1 was underexpressed in oligodendrogliomas relative to normal brain tissues.Bioinformatic analysis revealed the presence of CpG islands in the promoter of AJAP1.Methylation analysis of the AJAP1 promoter identified hypermethylation in 21% of oligodendrogliomas(n = 27),and the degree of methylation correlated with low levels of AJAP1 expression(P = 0.045).The AJAP1 promoter was also highly methylated in a wide spectrum of cell lines(n = 22),including cell lines of glioblastoma.Analysis of the National Cancer Institute's REMBRANDT dataset,which contains 343 glioma samples,indicated that low AJAP1 gene expression was associated with decreased survival.Thus,both genetic(gene deletion) and epigenetic alterations(promoter methylation) are likely mechanisms that inactivate the putative tumor suppressor AJAP1 in gliomas,which contributes to poor prognosis.

目的分析血清膜联蛋白A5(ANXA5)、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP5)、信号转导转录激活因子6(STAT6)与支气管哮喘患儿1年内再入院的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2022年8月该院收治的210例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据支气管哮喘患儿1年内是否再入院分为再入院组和未再入院组,再入院组30例,未再入院组180例。比较再入院组和未再入院组首次入院时血清ANXA5、SFRP5、STAT6水平,采用多因素Logistic回归分析支气管哮喘患儿1年内再入院的影响因素。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清ANXA5、SFRP5、STAT6对支气管哮喘患儿1年内再入院的预测价值。结果再入院组血清ANXA5、SFRP5水平低于未再入院组,血清STAT6水平高于未再入院组,差异均有统计学意义(P1,P0.700,且3项联合检测预测的AUC为0.856。结论血清ANXA5、SFRP5、STAT6水平与支气管哮喘患儿1年内再入院密切相关,对预测患儿1年内再入院有一定价值。

Desiccant Performance Evaluation of Desiccant-Coated Heat Exchanger-Based Heat Pump by Equilibrium Model

By combining the advantages of desiccant dehumidification and vapor compression refrigeration,the desiccant-coated heat exchanger-based heat pump(DCHE HP)is regarded as a promising alternative to the traditional vapor-compression air conditioning system(VCAC).Selecting proper desiccants from a large number of candidates is of great importance to improve the performance of DCHE HP.However,this task is challenging using current experimental or modelling strategies.In this work,we developed an equilibrium model to evaluate the power consumption of 39 DCHE HPs coated with different desiccants under various operating conditions.Eventually,five desiccants with low power consumption were selected.It was also demonstrated that under given operating conditions,the DCHE HP based on the five selected desiccants can save 21.3%–32.9%power compared with the VCAC.The power consumption of the DCHE HP is largely dependent on the heat of adsorption,the cyclical water uptakes and the remained moisture contents of the coating desiccants.It was further revealed that the moderate heat of adsorption,the larger cyclical water uptake and the lower remained moisture content are preferable for reducing the system energy demand.This work reported a quick evaluation of 39 desiccants for DCHE HP by an equilibrium model,which may also offer insights into the choosing and designing of desiccants for DCHE HP.

目的:观察苦参总黄酮(SF)对醋酸铅(LA)诱导的小鼠睾丸间质细胞TM3氧化应激的改善作用及其对KELCH状ECH相关蛋白1(Keap1)/细胞中核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)信号通路的影响,探讨SF改善由LA诱导的TM3细胞氧化应激的相关作用机制。方法:利用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同浓度(0、10、20、50和80µmol·L^(-1))LA和不同浓度(0、12.5、25.0、50.0和80.0 mg·L^(-1))SF分别干预24 h后的TM3细胞存活率;将TM3细胞随机分为空白对照组、LA组、LA+低剂量SF组、LA+中剂量SF组和LA+高剂量SF组。除空白对照组外,其他各组均采用50µmol·L^(-1)LA诱导TM3细胞24 h建立TM3细胞氧化应激模型,其中LA+低剂量SF组、LA+中剂量SF组和LA+高剂量SF组TM3细胞再分别给予12.5、25.0和50.0 mg·L^(-1)SF。利用MTT法检测TM3细胞存活率;WST-1法和硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法检测TM3细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平;Western blotting法检测Nrf2、Keap1和含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶9(Caspase-9)蛋白表达水平。结果:MTT法检测,与0µmol·L^(-1)LA组比较,10、20、50和80µmol·L^(-1)LA组TM3细胞存活率明显降低(P<0.01);与0 mg·L^(-1)SF组比较,12.5、25.0、50.0和80.0 mg·L^(-1)SF组TM3细胞存活率明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);与LA组比较,LA+低剂量SF组、LA+中剂量SF组和LA+高剂量SF组TM3细胞存活率明显升高(P<0.01);WST-1法和TBA法检测,与LA组比较,LA+低剂量SF组、LA+中剂量SF组和LA+高剂量SF组TM3细胞中SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01),MDA水平明显降低(P<0.01);Western blotting法检测,与LA组比较,LA+低剂量SF组、LA+中剂量SF组和LA+高剂量SF组TM3细胞中Nrf2蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.01),Keap1和Caspase-9蛋白表达水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:SF对LA诱导TM3细胞氧化应激具有一定改善作用,并可降低TM3细胞中Keap1蛋白表达水平,升高TM3细胞中Nrf2蛋白表达水平。
