Xianning City of Hubei Province is one of the five major traditional osmanthus producing areas in the world and the hometown of osmanthus in China. Xianning is constructing China Osmanthus City in the whole city. This paper first introduces the main characteristics of the osmanthus industry in Xianning City, and analyzes the characteristics of traditional knowledge, biological genetic resources, new plant varieties, patents, geographical indications, and trademarks. Then, it studies the intellectual property resources of the osmanthus industry, and analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of China Osmanthus City and intellectual property right protection. Finally, it comes up with constructive recommendations including applying for China and Globally Important Agricultural heritage Systems, developing colored-leaf osmanthus varieties, creating a regional public brand of osmanthus specialty products, and building a new development pattern of osmanthus industry.

This paper studies the geographical indication resources of Xinjiang and their distribution in administrative regions,national grain production functional zones,protected zones for production of major agricultural products,advantageous areas of Chinese characteristic agricultural products,and national advantageous characteristic industrial clusters.It analyzes the main problems existing in the protection of intellectual property rights of geographical indications.Besides,it discusses the strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights of geographical indications in the autonomous region and the building of regional public brands in the contest of the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property and rural revitalization strategy.Finally,it comes up with recommendations,including collecting and sorting out the human factors and natural factors of geographical indications of famous,excellent and special products,strengthening the protection of geographical indications of Xinjiang cotton and its products,enhancing the protection of geographical indications of grain and oil crops and sugar beet,implementing the protection of geographical indications for products with special needs for ethnic minorities,building national geographical indication product protection demonstration areas,formulating national and international standards for geographical indication products,and take full advantage of the EU-China Agreement on Cooperation on and Protection of Geographical Indications to actively participate in the EU protection of geographical indications.

In 2021,Xinjiang's cotton output was 5.129 million t,accounting for 89.50%of China's total.The autonomous region produces high-quality long-staple cotton,natural colored cotton,fine-staple cotton(upland cotton),organic cotton,etc.The southern Xinjiang cotton area is one of the three major long-staple cotton(island cotton)producing regions in the world.This paper introduced the history of cotton planting and breeding in Xinjiang from the aspects of cultural relics records,history of entering Xinjiang,historical achievements of breeding and breeding leaders.We studied the intellectual property protection of cotton breeding in the autonomous region from the aspects of biological genetic resources,invention patents,utility model patents and new plant varieties,analyzed the six main problems existing in cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection,and discussed the tactics for cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.Eight suggestions in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident were also put forward,including establishing a Xinjiang national cotton germplasm nursery,protecting biological genetic resources,and strengthening the protection of creative intellectual property rights in the field of breeding to escort technological innovation in the cotton seed industry.

This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in China and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton industry.Then,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality development.On this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.The recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products.

Xianning City is a main tea producing area in Hubei Province,the capital of"border-selling tea"in China,and an important starting point for the Ten-Thousand-Mile Tea Road across the Eurasian continent.This paper studies the tea industry in Xianning from the aspects of top 100 counties of tea industry,important agricultural cultural heritage,famous Chinese historical and cultural villages,China’s time-honored brands,major brands,and designated production enterprises of border-selling tea.Besides,it introduces intellectual property resources of the tea industry from traditional knowledge,biological genetic resources,new plant varieties,patents,geographical indications,trademarks,etc.Then,it analyzes major problems in the inheritance,innovation and high-quality development of Xianning tea,especially the border-selling tea.Finally,it comes up with constructive recommendations of starting the cultural inheritance and development project and upgrade project of the tea industry to build the capital of China’s border-selling tea.

云南省玉溪烟区黑胫病发生风险相关因素分析

为探究影响云南省玉溪烟区黑胫病发生风险的相关因素,根据当地海拔、地形及主栽品种布局,于玉溪烟区建立27个黑胫病发生风险监测点,连续3年采集田间样品,检测黑胫病菌拷贝数量、土壤理化指标,分析影响玉溪烟区黑胫病发生风险的相关因素... 详细信息

为探究影响云南省玉溪烟区黑胫病发生风险的相关因素,根据当地海拔、地形及主栽品种布局,于玉溪烟区建立27个黑胫病发生风险监测点,连续3年采集田间样品,检测黑胫病菌拷贝数量、土壤理化指标,分析影响玉溪烟区黑胫病发生风险的相关因素。结果显示:在统防统治条件下,云南玉溪烟区主栽品种K326、云烟87和KRK26田间病情指数与土壤黑胫病菌数量无显著相关性;而在无防控措施下,盆栽云烟87的病情指数与根际土壤病菌数量呈显著正相关,向盆栽土壤内施加的黑胫病菌孢子浓度为1×10^(4)~1×10^(6)个/mL时,KRK26相应时期的病情指数与之显著正相关;土壤pH和有机质含量与黑胫病病情指数显著负相关;土壤电导率、碱解氮含量、速效钾含量、土壤类型、拮抗菌数量、耕作模式及后茬作物等因素在一定程度上影响黑胫病严重程度,亦可能与前述主要因素单一或综合作用,导致病害流行。本研究分析了玉溪烟区黑胫病发生的影响因素,可为玉溪烟区黑胫病发生风险预测预报和感病品种区域布局等提供理论依据。

由宽颈附球孢菌Epicoccum latusicollum Qian Chen, Crous&L. Cai引起的玉米白斑病正在我国局部地区流行,导致重大损失,并有扩大流行范围的趋势。为了增加植保及玉米抗病育种工作者对玉米白斑病的了解,本文描述了该病害的症状特点、病原菌特征,总结了发生规律、病害循环及分离鉴定和诊断技术。玉米白斑病菌能在病残体上越冬,种子带菌是其远距离传播的主要途径,风夹雨、昆虫及农事操作人员活动是近距离传播途径。7月中下旬至9月中下旬是白斑病流行高峰期,病菌与玉米适宜生长温度基本一致,具有扩散传播的风险。

本文将从昆虫变态的角度探索洛丽塔这一形象。洛丽塔是纳博科夫塑造的一只变态的蝴蝶,是他在文学中的一个昆虫学试验,洛丽塔身上同时出现了幼虫—蛹—成虫的三种形态,由此可看出人和蝴蝶一样因环境改变与不同因素的控制会出现变态或多态现象。纳博科夫之所以把洛丽塔当成多态的蝴蝶的原因,可以从文学价值、科学意义、道德影响等方面来考察。

The emergence of microhemispherical resonant gyroscopes,which integrate the advantages of exceptional stability and long lifetime with miniaturization,has afforded new possibilities for the development of whole-angle gyroscopes.However,existing methods used for manufacturing microhemispherical resonant gyroscopes based on MEMS technology face the primary drawback of intricate and costly processing.here,we report the design,fabrication,and characterization of the first 3D-printable microhemispherical shell resonator for a Coriolis vibrating gyroscope.We remarkably achieve fabrication in just two steps bypassing the dozen or so steps required in traditional micromachining.By utilizing the intricate shaping capability and ultrahigh precision offered by projection microstereolithography,we fabricate 3D high-aspect-ratio resonant structures and controllable capacitive air gaps,both of which are extremely difficult to obtain via MEMS technology.In addition,the resonance frequency of the fabricated resonators can be tuned by electrostatic forces,and the fabricated resonators exhibit a higher quality factor in air than do typical MEMS microhemispherical resonators.This work demonstrates the feasibility of rapidly batch-manufacturing microhemispherical shell resonators,paving the way for the development of microhemispherical resonator gyroscopes for portable inertial navigation.Moreover,this particular design concept could be further applied to increase uptake of resonator tools in the MEMS community.

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)has aggressive characteristics as exemplified by the high risk of recurrence,metastasis,and patient mortality.1 Cytotoxic chemotherapy may reduce tumor burden initially,but leave behind chemo-resistant breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)that lead to tumor recurrence and metastasis.2 Chemotherapy induces BCsC enrichment through the activation of glutathione biosynthesis pathways,which increases intracellular glutathione levels and specifies the BCSC phenotype through complicated downstream signaling pathways.3 Glutathione S-transferases(GSTs),a superfamily(which contains seven cytosolic classes:Alpha,Kappa,Mu,Omega,Pi,Theta,and Zeta,and one microsomal class MGSTs)of phase Il enzymes that catalyze the conjugation of glutathione with electrophilic compounds,play a critical role in detoxification and chemotherapy resistance of cancer cells.However,the role of GSTs in the regulation of BCSCs is largely elusive.
