烧结机作为烧结环节的重要设备,其轮轴健康状态对于烧结机安全生产具有重要意义。车轮摆动作为轮轴故障的典型特征,可以用来对其进行监测与预警。本文针对生产现场缺少对烧结机台车轮轴故障预警的有效手段,提出了一种基于车轮摆动角度的检测方案,并构建了基于改进DeepLabv3+的烧结机台车车轮摆动的检测算法。该算法通过对比选取车轮分割性能最优的模型;根据分割后的车轮掩膜图像,确定基准线与车轮的最小外接矩形框,利用其夹角确定车轮的摆动角度;设定预警规则,通过车轮摆动角度与预警规则对比,对车轮摆动按照风险等级分类。试验表明,最优改进DeepLabv3+模型相较于初始模型平均交并比提升1.7%,模型大小减少92.9%;使用其作为分割模型对车轮摆动角度检测,角度误差在所设定区间达到0.6°以下;利用设定的预警规则进行车轮摆动故障的判定,测得平均正确检出率为96.1%,在此基础上设计了车轮摆动自动检测系统,可以为轮轴故障的诊断提供技术支持。

Metal-organic frameworks （MOFs） have been emerging as important multifunctional hybrid materials, not only due to the diversify framework architectures, but also contribute to the rich interactions among metals, ligands and guests. Nitro explosives have important influences tbr environmental protection and national homeland security, in this review, a brief description of luminescent MOFs is presented, accompanied by a short comment on the four types of metal-based luminescent MOFs as sensing materials for nitro explosives detection. Then the trends and challenges of luminescent MOFs as sensing materials ibr nitro explosives are also prospected.

为研究液冷膨胀箱往复工作过程中瞬态变化对帽式密封性能的影响,建立瞬态混合润滑模型,通过求解瞬态雷诺方程,考虑流体力学、宏观固体力学、表面微观接触力学等多物理过程之间的耦合关系,定量预测整个过程密封系统的泄漏率、摩擦力等衡量密封性能的关键参数。结果表明:在一个往复行程中随着速度的增大,单行程泄漏率增加,而摩擦力减小;在行程开始运动瞬间接触宽度、摩擦力、泄漏率会出现急剧变化,且在行程转换时,帽式密封密封圈会出现跳动,会极大影响密封效果;在启动瞬间与启动后摩擦力会出现较大变化,往复密封中启动瞬间密封件的压力与速度的改变会对往复密封系统产生较大影响。瞬态压力处理方法考虑了启动瞬间摩擦力的变化,结果更接近实际运行工况。

In order to further understand the aerothermodynamic performance and flow loss mechanism of SCO_2 turbines, RANS equations and an SST Turbulence Model were chosen for a numerical study on the secondary flow and vortex structure of cascades using the commercial software CFX. The dimensionless vorticity analysis method was used to study the flow characteristics of the logarithmic layer and viscous sublayer in high pressure guide vane cascades. The new vortex structure and formation mechanism of the vortices were given and analyzed. Simulation results indicated that during the motion of the boundary layer in the cascades, the logarithmic layer and viscous sublayer obtain the different rotational direction vorticity, respectively. The endwall logarithmic layer and pressure side leg of the horseshoe votex gradually develop into the passage vortex, with the endwall viscous sublayer gradually developing into the corner viscous sublayer vortex II and the endwall viscous sublayer vortex I. The endwall viscous sublayer that rolled by the passage vortex is encountered with the upstream-side and radial boundary layer of the vane at the suction separation line, forming the suction separation line vortex beside the passage vortex. A pair of radial transition vortices are formed between the wake and the main stream.

Lithium(Li)metal is a potential anode for high-energy-density batteries because of its low potential and ultrahigh ***,the Li dendrites formation,the ununiform Li deposition,and the growth of Li dendrites hamper its application,especially under high deposition capacity/high ***,a spatially controlled Li deposition mode with array-oriented morphology is achieved based on the novel mixed ion/electron-conducting Li_(x)Cu_(y)P_(z) arrays constructed on Cu foil,which can be facile fabricated via an in-situ transformation of metal *** calculations indicate the excellent lithiophilicity and low Li diffusion barrier of the arrays,especially for the Li_(2)CuP phase,which are conducive to ho-mogenizing the Li nucleation/deposition of ***,such mixed conducting arrays promote fast Li+diffusion via the continuous Li+pathways as well as modulate the Li+flux/electric ***,the arrays with enlarged specific surface area and open spaces reduce the local current density and alle-viate the volume fluctuation of ***,a dendrite-free Li anode is obtained under a high rate(20 mA cm^(–2))or a high deposition capacity(10 mAh cm^(–2)).In addition,even if the negative/positive ratio reduces to only 1.1,the full cells still perform outstanding stability for over 200 *** work empha-sizes the importance of the design of the framework in terms of the intrinsic properties and structure and reveals a pathway for developing Li metal batteries.

Gas-solid two phase flow measurements have a wide range of applications in industrial production and scientific research. Based on optical principle and image processing, a measurement method of solid phase particle size and concentration of gas-solid two phase flow was presented, and an experimental system was built. By theoretical analysis and image processing algorithms, solid phase particle sizes and concentrations in gas-solid two phase flow were achieved.

This study details an investigation of the viscoelastic behavior of some biomaterials （nacre, cattle horn and beetle cuticle） at lamellar length scales using quasi-static and dynamic nanoindentation techniques in the materials＇ Transverse Direction （TD） and Longitudinal Direction （LD）. Our results show that nacre exhibits high fracture toughness moving towards a larger cam- paniForm as the stress frequency varies from 10 Hz to 200 Hz. Elytra cuticle exhibits the least fracture toughness presenting little energy dissipation in TD. It was initially speculated that the fracture toughness of the subject materials would be directly related to energy-dissipating mechanisms （mechanical hysteresis）, but not the maximum value of the loss tangent tan＆ However, it was found that the materials＇ elastic modulus and hardness are similar in both the TD and LD when assessed using the quasi-static nanoindentation method, but not dynamic nanoindentation. It is believed that the reported results can be useful in the design of new crack arrest and damping materials based on biological counterparts.
