A galvanostatic glucose oxidase (GOD_x)/polypyrrole (Ppy) biosensor fabricated through a potential jumping process was *** spite of the instantaneous voltage jumping from 0.95 V to 1.7 V versus Ag/AgCl in the galvanostatic polymerization of pyrrole with commercial GOD_x,this GOD_x enzyme still could be successfully bundled with polypyrrole (Ppy).And,the results also confirmed that this glucose sensor not only possessed of better sensitivity to glucose than that fabricated from potentiometry or mild voltage elevating galvanometry for the similar preparing conditions but also exhibited two-week long-term ***,the kinetic data of Michalis constant (K_m) and Maximum current (I_m) for the optimized sensor were *** discovery this electro-modification process may disclose a novel method for fabricating the other enzyme biosensors.

Huntington’s disease (HD)(OMIM 143100) is an autosomal dominant neurodegenerative disorder caused by a monogenic mutation in the huntingtin gene (HTT),which induces typical midlife onset and age-dependent progression with major symptoms including choreic movements,psychiatric disorders,and cognitive impairment(Gusella et al.,2021).After the 1993 discovery of a pathogenic expansion of the CAG trinucleotide repeat beyond 35 in HTT exon 1 as a causative factor for HD,many animal,mammalian cell and yeast models expressing mutant HTT (mHtt) with abnormal CAG repeats have been created to study CAG repeat-induced toxicity (Naphade et al.,2019;Gusella et al.,2021).

In this study,tin oxide sensing membrane was derived by sol-gel method and was coated onto indium tin oxide (ITO) glass substrate by spin-coating technique to fabricate a pH sensing ***,the morphology of the tin oxide membrane has been discussed through the instrumental ***,the sensing characteristics of the pH electrode was measured by commercial instrumental amplifier as the readout *** to the sol-gel method has many advantages such as easy fabrication of gel solution,ability to dope other materials without any expensive fabricating ***,it is suitable for the mass production of a disposable sensor.

This article presents a multiobjective approach to the design of the controller for the swing-up and handstand control of a general cart-double-pendulum system （CDPS）. The designed controller, which is based on the human-simulated intelligent control （HSIC） method, builds up different control modes to monitor and control the CDPS during four kinetic phases consisting of an initial oscillation phase, a swing-up phase, a posture adjustment phase, and a balance control phase. For the approach, the original method of inequalities-based （MoI） multiobjective genetic algorithm （MMGA） is extended and applied to the case study which uses a set of performance indices that includes the cart displacement over the rail boundary, the number of swings, the settling time, the overshoot of the total energy, and the control effort. The simulation results show good responses of the CDPS with the controllers obtained by the proposed approach.

TO THE EDITOR:Characterization of the tumor-infiltrating B cell immunoglobulin(Ig)repertoire is critical to understanding B cell immunity in tumors and developing monoclonal antibody ***,the generation of specific antibodies for cancer therapy1,2 is a major endeavor,involving a lengthy process of antigen identification,immunization,hybridoma production and,in most cases,antibody *** a radical departure from the conventional approach,we hereby describe a rapid and potentially en masse identification of cancer-specific antibodies directly from human cancer tissues by de novo assembly from transcriptome and genome *** integrated computational framework was developed and successfully tested for antibody discovery by mining 1945 solid tumor RNA-sequencing-based samples for abundant Ig CDR3 sequences among the TCGA database of glioblastoma multiforme(GBM),lower grade glioma(LGG),lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD),lung squamous carcinoma(LUSC),pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD),and skin cutaneous melanoma(SKCM).

BACKGROUND Anesthesia for tracheal tumor resection is challenging,particularly in patients with a difficult upper *** report a case of a difficult upper airway with a metastatic tracheal tumor causing near-total left bronchial obstruction and requiring emergency tracheostomy and venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(VV-ECMO)support for rigid bronchoscopy-assisted tumor *** SUMMARY A 41-year-old man with a history of right retromolar melanoma treated by tumor excision and myocutaneous flap reconstruction developed progressive dyspnea on exertion and syncope *** computed tomography revealed a 3.0-cm tracheal mass at the carinal level,causing 90%tracheal lumen *** bronchoscopy revealed a pigmented tracheal mass at the carinal level causing critical carinal *** of aggravated symptoms,emergency rigid bronchoscopy for tumor resection and tracheal stenting were planned with standby *** to limited mouth opening,tracheostomy was necessary for rigid bronchoscopy *** transferring the patient to the operating table,sudden desaturation occurred and awake fiberoptic nasotracheal intubation was performed for ventilation *** and internal jugular vein were catheterized to facilitate possible VV-ECMO *** tracheostomy,progressive desaturation developed and VV-ECMO was instituted *** tumor resection and tracheal stenting,VV-ECMO was weaned smoothly,and the patient was sent for intensive postoperative *** days later,he was transferred to the ward for palliative immunotherapy and subsequently discharged *** In a difficult airway patient with severe airway obstruction,emergency tracheostomy for rigid bronchoscopy access and standby VV-ECMO can be life-saving,and ECMO can be weaned smoothly after tumor *** anesthesia for patients with tracheal tumors causing critical airway obstruction,spontaneous ventilation should be maintaine

A mobile medical information system (MMIS) is an integrated application (app) of traditional hospital information systems (HIS) which comprise a picture archiving and communications system (PACS), laboratory information system (LIS), pharmaceutical management information system (PMIS), radiology information system (RIS), and nursing information system (NIS). A dynamic resource allocation table is critical for optimizing the performance to the mobile system, including the doctors, nurses, or other relevant health workers. We have designed a smart dynamic resource allocation model by using the C4.5 algorithm and cumulative distribution for optimizing the weight of resource allocated for the five major attributes in a cooperation communications system. Weka is used in this study. The class of concept is the performance of the app, optimal or suboptimal. Three generations of optimization of the weight in accordance with the optimizing rate are shown.

Insulin derivatives such as insulin detemir and insulin degludec are *** and Drug Administration(FDA)-approved long-acting insulin currently used by millions of people with *** derivatives are modified in C-terminal B29 lysine to retain insulin *** and efficient methods for facile synthesis of insulin derivatives may lead to new discovery of therapeutic ***,we report a new method using sortase A(SrtA)-mediated ligation for the synthesis of insulin derivatives with high efficiency and functional group tolerance in the C-terminal B *** new insulin molecule(Ins-SA) with an SrtA-recognizing motif can be conjugated to diverse groups with N-terminal oligoglycines to generate new insulin *** further demonstrated that a new insulin derivative synthesized by this SrtA-mediated ligation shows strong cellular and in vivo *** enzymatic method can therefore be used for future insulin design and development.

AIM:To determine the role of the fecal immunochemical test(FIT),used to evaluate fecal hemoglobin concentration,in the prediction of histological grade and risk of colorectal ***:We enrolled 17881 individuals who attended the two-step colorectal cancer screening program in a single hospital between January 2010 and October *** was recommended to the participants with an FIT of≥12 ngHb/mL *** classified colorectal lesions as cancer(C),advanced adenoma(AA),adenoma(A),and others(O)by their colonoscopic and histological *** linear regression analysis adjusted for age and gender was used to determine the association between the FIT results and colorectal tumor *** risk of adenomatous neoplasia was estimated by calculating the positive predictive values for different FIT ***:The positive rate of the FIT was 10.9%(1948/17881).The attendance rate for colonoscopy was 63.1%(1229/1948).The number of false positive results was *** these 1229 cases,the numbers of O,A,AA,and C were 759,221,201,and 48,*** analysis revealed a positive association between histological grade and FIT concentration(β=0.088,P0.95,P<0.001).CONCLUSION:Higher FIT concentrations are associated with more advanced histological *** prediction for colorectal neoplasia based on individual FIT concentrations is significant and may help to improve the performance of screening programs.

Aggregation represents a significant challenge for the long-term formulation stability of insulin *** supramolecular PEGylation of insulin with conjugates of cucurbit[7]uril and polyethylene glycol(CB[7]-PEG)has been shown to stabilize insulin formulations by reducing aggregation *** prolonged in vivo duration of action,arising from sustained complex formation in the subcutaneous depot,limits the application scope for meal-time insulin uses and could increase hypoglycemic risk several hours after a *** affinity of CB[7]in binding the B1-Phe residue on insulin is central to supramolecular PEGylation using this ***,here we synthesized N-terminal acid-modified insulin analogs to reduce CB[7]interaction affinity at physiological pH and reduce the duration of action by decreasing the subcutaneous depot effect of the *** insulin analogs show weak to no interaction with CB[7]-PEG at physiological pH but demonstrate high formulation stability at reduced ***,N-terminal modified analogs have in vitro and in vivo bioactivity comparable to native ***,in a rat model of diabetes,the acid-modified insulin formulated with CB[7]-PEG offers a reduced duration of action compared to native insulin formulated with CB[7]-*** work extends the application of supramolecular PEGylation of insulin to achieve enhanced stability while reducing the risks arising from a subcutaneous depot effect prolonging in vivo duration of action.
