Velocity and density contrasts across the Moho interface of Guangdong province in south China constrained by receiver functions

The P receiver function includes P-to-SV converted phases and multiple reverberations of the discontinuities in the crust and *** time of these phases is related to the crustal thickness and vp/vs ratio,and the amplitude of these phases is mainly controlled by the velocity and density contrast of *** using H-κstacking method,this work estimated the crustal thickness and vP/vS ratio beneath the stations in the Guangdong province of South *** velocity and density contrast(δβ-δρ)scanning stacking algorithm of the receiver function is applied to constrain the velocity and density contrast of the Moho in Guangdong *** work analyzed the results of the crustal thickness,vp/vS ratio,and the velocity and density contrasts of *** results indicate that the velocity contrast is higher beneath Yangjiang area in western Guangdong province and Nanao area in eastern Guangdong,which has a strong correlation with the distribution of geothermal springs in local areas and the characteristics of high heat *** velocity contrast of Moho has also a good correlation with the vP/vS ratio and the crustal thickness,which indicates that there is a strong material composition contrasts of the Moho in the study *** and density contrasts of Moho in some local area(such as western Guangdong)are somewhat consistent with the seismic activities.

Paternal Zn-deficiency abolishes metabolic effects in offspring induced by diet type

Accumulating evidence implicates that offspring are susceptible to paternal alterations in numerous fetal disorders,such as growth and metabolic ***,less study has been conducted to define the relationship between paternal zinc deficiency(ZnD)and energy metabolism of *** the present study,we used a paternal ZnD exposure(Zn at 0.3 mg/g)model to test energy metabolism of male and female offspring with the intervention of diet type(high-fat diet and low-fat diet).Our results demonstrated that paternal ZnD decreased body weight(BW)gain per week(P<0.01)and ME intake per week(P<0.05)at 11 weeks in male offspring with high-fat diet intervention but not in female ***,anabolism and catabolism of hepatic energy products also exhibited *** attenuated liver glucose but increased lipids content accompanied with elevated adiponectin and reduction in leptin level in serum,which exhibited lipid metabolic disturbance and smaller ratio of liver weight to BW in male but not female *** qRT-PCR and liver energy metabolites analysis revealed that paternal ZnD mainly induced reduction in glucose tolerance and lowered glucose uptaking ability in male offspring and thereby alleviated glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid cycle(TCA)cycle,which displayed a male ***,we propose that paternal ZnD abolishes metabolic effects in male offspring induced by diet type *** findings reveal a novel link between paternal Zn-D and offspring energy metabolism.

Landing control method of a lightweight four-legged landing and walking robot

The prober with an immovable lander and a movable rover is commonly used to explore the Moon’s *** rover can complete the detection on relatively flat terrain of the lunar surface well,but its detection efficiency on deep craters and mountains is relatively low due to the difficulties of reaching such places.A lightweight four-legged landing and walking robot called“FLLWR”is designed in this *** can take off and land repeatedly between any two sites wherever on deep craters,mountains or other challenging landforms that are difficult to reach by direct ground *** robot integrates the functions of a lander and a rover,including folding,deploying,repetitive landing,and walking.A landing control method via compliance control is proposed to solve the critical problem of impact energy dissipation to realize buffer *** landing experiments on a five-degree-of-freedom lunar gravity testing platform are *** the landing conditions with a vertical velocity of 2.1 m/s and a loading weight of 140 kg,the torque safety margin is 10.3%and 16.7%,and the height safety margin is 36.4%and 50.1%for the cases with or without an additional horizontal disturbance velocity of 0.4 m/s,*** study provides a novel insight into the next-generation lunar exploration equipment.

Diversity and geographical distribution of haptophyte Phaeocystis in the Chinese seas based on metabarcoding analysis

Phaeocystis is an important bloom-forming species and over 100 blooms have occurred since 1997 along the Chinese coasts,while only the species *** was *** this project,a total of 246 phytoplankton samples collected from the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea,and the East China Sea in April 2021 were analyzed to evaluate the species diversity and geographical distribution of the genus Phaeocystis based on metabarcoding 18S r DNA *** described Phaeocystis species were recognized,including ***,***,***,and ***,and each has distinguished geographical distribution *** was the most widespread and abundant species,and *** was found in the Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea with substantially elevated *** was also a widespread species,but its abundance was relatively low,while *** gathered only in the southeastern East China *** temperature,phosphate as well as ammonium contents were found to be associated with the abundance of ***,***,and *** ***,two uncharacterized Phaeocystis species were detected in the Chinese seas,indicating the diversity of the genus remains underestimated worldwide.

Design strategy and bioimaging of small organic molecule multicolor fluorescent probes

Multicolor fluorescent probes based on small organic molecules have the advantages of low cost, good biocompatibility, easily modifiable molecular structures and adjustable fluorescence performance. In addition, small molecule multicolor fluorescent probes generally undergo multi-site or multi-step reactions, which means that they can be used for the specific detection of structurally similar substances in complex bio-systems. In this review, we focus on the design and application of multicolor fluorescent probes based on small organic molecules: single fluorophores with multiple reaction sites, multiple fluorophores with single reaction sites, or multiple fluorophores with multiple reaction sites. Moreover, a design strategy for multicolor fluorescent probes and its application in biological imaging are also summarized, providing a systematic plan for future research on fluorescent probes functionalized by small organic molecules. It will also play an important role in the development of additional functions for small organic molecule fluorescent probes.

Rotation Angle Control Strategy for Telescopic Flexible Manipulator Based on a Combination of Fuzzy Adjustment and RBF Neural Network

The length of fexible manipulators with a telescopic arm alters during *** dynamic parameters of telescopic fexible manipulators exhibit signifcant time-varying characteristics owing to variations in *** an increase in the manipulators’length,the nonlinear terms caused by fexibility in the manipulators’dynamic equations cannot be *** time-varying characteristics and nonlinear terms of telescopic fexible manipulators cause fuctuations in rotation angles,which afect the operation accuracy of *** this study,a control strategy based on a combination of fuzzy adjustment and an RBF neural network is utilized to improve the control accuracy of fexible telescopic ***,the dynamic equation of the manipulators is established using the assumed mode method and Lagrange’s principle,and the infuence of nonlinear terms is ***,a combined control strategy is proposed to suppress the fuctuation of the rotation angle in telescopic fexible *** variation ranges of the feedforward PD controller parameters are determined by the pole placement strategy and length of the *** rules are utilized to adjust the controller parameters in *** RBF neural network is utilized to identify and compensate the uncertain part of the dynamic model of the fexible *** uncertain part comprises time-varying parameters and nonlinear ***,numerical simulations and prototype experiments prove the efectiveness of the combined control *** results prove that the proposed control strategy has a smaller standard deviation of ***,the combined control strategy is more suitable for telescopic fexible manipulators,which can efectively improve the control accuracy of rotation angles.

An image processing method for feature extraction and dynamic tracking of particle clusters in CFBs

A new image processing method based on the high-speed camera is proposed to identify,locate,and track *** instantaneous characteristic parameters of particle clusters in the riser of the circu-lating fluidized bed(CFB)can be acquired,such as solids holdup,vertical velocity,lateral displacement,aspect ratio and *** were carried out with glass bead particles,river sand particles and FCC *** time series of images of gas-solid flow in a CFB riser with a 100 mm x 25 mm cross-section and 3.2 m in length were obtained using high-speed *** k-means++clustering algorithm is utilized to identify the clusters,centroid is applied to locate the clusters,and the cross-correlation algorithm is employed to track the specific clusters and number them to get the instantaneous characteristic *** results illustrate that the shapes of clusters in the center area are closest to circle,moving upwards at a uniform speed,while the clusters in the side-wall area are mostly elongated or long chain-like,moving slowly *** the transition area,the clusters are more complex,moving upwards at a constant speed,and having large lateral *** results show that the image processing method used in this study is successful in acquiring the dynamic and structural parameters of the clusters simultaneously.

犊牛腹泻作为新生犊牛常见病,也是导致犊牛死亡的主要病因,严重危害牛养殖业的发展。因此,降低腹泻发病率对牛群健康和牧场收益具有重要意义。当前主要以抗菌药物来治疗犊牛腹泻,但大量使用抗菌药物加重了细菌耐药性和抗菌药物残留,危害公共卫生及食品安全。中草药具有抗菌消炎、提高机体免疫力,逐渐成为治疗疾病的热点,并取得了良好的治疗效果,相比于抗菌药物等西药,毒性低、成本低、对环境造成的危害较小。论文主要综述了犊牛腹泻病原流行情况、中草药在抗菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫方面的研究及中草药对犊牛腹泻的预防和防治作用,为中草药在犊牛腹泻的应用中提供进一步参考价值。

Neonatal pemphigus vulgaris characterized by tensive blisters

Neonatal pemphigus vulgaris(NPV)is a transient immunobullous disease,and its pathogenesis involves the passive transfer of maternal immunoglobulin G(IgG)antibodies through the placenta from a mother to the fetus[1].Individuals aged 40-60 years have a high risk of pemphigus vulgaris,and female patients with pemphigus might experience stillbirth[2]and even infertility[3].Thus,NPV is rare in the clinical *** has various clinical manifestations,including skin/mucosa defects,blisters/erosions at birth,and extensive skin ***,we report a case of NPV characterized by tensive blisters and a negative Nikolsky *** tensive blisters were observed on the back of the baby’s neck approximately 10 h after *** 15 hours later,many tensive blisters rapidly appeared on several parts of the *** had been delivered by eutocia at 37 weeks of gestation without complications.
