N:ZnO/MoS_(2)-heterostructured flexible synaptic devices enabl.ng optoelectronic co-modulation for robust artificial visual systems

With the merits of non-contact,highly efficient,and parallel computing,optoelectronic synaptic devices combining sensing and memory in a single unit are promising for constructing neuromorphic computing and artificial visual *** on this,a N:ZnO/MoS_(2)-heterostructured flexible optoelectronic synaptic device is developed in this work,and its capability in mimicking the synaptic behaviors is systemically investigated under the electrical and light *** synaptic functions,including synaptic plasticity,l.ng-term/short-term memory,and learning-forgetting-relearning property,have been achieved in this synaptic ***,an artificial visual memory system integrating sense and memory is emulated with the device array,and the visual memory behavior can be regulated by varying the light ***,the optoelectronic co-modulation behavior is verified by applying mixed electric and light signals to the *** detail,a transient recovery property is discovered when the electric signals are applied in synergy during the decay of the light response,of which property facilitates the development of robust artificial visual ***,by superimposing electrical signals during the light response process,a differentiated response of the array is achieved,which can be used as a proof of concept for the color perception of the artificial visual system.

Research on the Orientated Effective Components of Huangqi in Huangqi Jianzhong Tang Against Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on Multi-Spectrum–Effect Correlation

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the orientated effective components of Astragali Radix Huangqi(HQ) in HQ Jianzhong Tang(HQJZ), a classical formula of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) used for treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG), using HQ as a monarch medicine. Materials and Methods: The spectra of HQJZ containing different polar parts of HQ were obtained using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-Q-Exactive mass spectrometry. Furthermore, the efficacy of HQJZ, which contains different polar parts of HQ, in treating rats with CAG was evaluated using traditional pharmacodynamic and nuclear magnetic resonance-based metabonomics. Grey relation analysis and partial least squares analysis were applied to analyze the spectrum–effect relationship and to screen out the orientated effective components related to HQ in the treatment of CAG. Results: Spectrum–effect relationship analysis showed that 24 compounds identified from the fingerprint spectrum were strongly correlated with efficacy. Compounds 8(calycosin-7-O-glc-6”-O-acetate), 9(3-hydroxy-9, 10-dimethoxyptercarpan), and 22(astragaloside II) were ranked among the top three. Conclusions: This study showed that integrating metabolomics and spectrum–effect relationship analysis is a powerful tool for obtaining orientated effective components of Chinese medicine in a given TCM formula.

Utilizing delayed expansion cemented paste backfill materials(DECPB) in mine backfill operations offers an effective solution to the chall.nge of achieving proper contact between the in-situ cemented backfill mass and the roof in mined-out areas(backfill-roof contact).This article presents recent progress in both theoretical and experimental research concerning *** types and mechanisms of expansive additives,including expansive agents,foaming agents,and expansive mineral materials relevant to DECPB,are explained,al.ng with their impact on the expansive properties and mechanical characteristics of *** composition,material characteristics,preparation methods,and controlled release mechanisms of microcapsules are *** methods for measuring the volume change rate of paste backfill slurries are *** indicates that an appropriate content of expansive additives not only enhances the expansive properties of cemented paste backfill materials but also contributes to improving their mechanical *** foaming agents and bentonite are found to be more suitable for preparing DECPB compared to expansive *** delayed expansion of cemented paste backfill material is influenced by microcapsules,with their wall materials,preparation parameters,and the alkaline slurry environment affecting their controlled release *** and optimizing precise measurement devices and methods forfor the volume change rate of cemented paste backfill materials is essential requirement for studying the performance of *** delayed expansion technology with retarding techniques in cemented paste backfill materials can provide a reliable solution for achieving proper backfill-roof contact in the future.

Discovery of antitumor diterpenoids from Casearia graveolens targeting VEGFR-2 to inhibit angiogenesis

Eight novel clerodane diterpenoids(1-8)were isolated from the twigs of Casearia *** structures were elucidated through comprehensive nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HRESI-MS),and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)*** addition to structural determination,surface plasmon resonance(SPR)assays were conducted to investigate molecular interactions,reveal.ng that compound 8 exhibited high affinity for vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2),a key regulator of tumor *** in vivo experiments demonstrated that compound 8 effectively inhibited angiogenesis and displayed significant antitumor activity by suppressing tumor proliferation and metastasis in zebrafish xenograft *** findings suggest that compound 8 holds promise as an anticancer lead compound targeting VEGFR-2 to obstruct tumor angiogenesis.

Dynamically switchable porphyrin-based molecular tweezer for on-off fullerene recognition

Herein,a novel molecular tweezer based on 2,2'-bipyridine-bridged porphyrin subunits was constructed for efficient fullerenes *** syn conformation of the molecule,which was obtained by Zn(Ⅱ)coordination,gives rise to a proper cavity to interact with fullerene guests to form a stable 1:1 complex in toluene *** exhibits distinct binding selectivity towards C_(60)over C_(70).Moreover,the fullerene recognition capacity can be adequately suppressed by importing H_(2)PO_(4)^(-)to competitively capture Zn(Ⅱ)al.ng with syn-anti conformational ***,the molecular tweezer regenerated to bind the fullerene by introducing the Ca^(2+)into the ***,the association-disassociation process can be switched reversibly and repeatedly.

Better engineering layered vanadium oxides for aqueous zinc‐ion batteries: Going beyond widening the interlayer spacing

Aqueous zinc‐ion batteries(ZIBs)are regarded as among the most promising candidates for large‐scale grid energy storage,owing to their high safety,low costs,and environmental *** the past decade,vanadium oxides,which are exemplified by V2O5,have been widely developed as a class of cathode materials for ZIBs,where the relatively high theoretical capacity and structural stability are among the main ***,there are considerable chall.nges in the construction of vanadium‐based ZIBs with high capacity,l.ng lifespan,and excellent rate *** widenings of the interlayer spacing in the layered vanadium oxides by pre‐intercalations appear to have reached their limitations in improving the energy density and other key performance parameters of ZIBs,although various metal ions(Na+,Ca2+,and Al3+)and even organic cations/groups have been ***,we discuss the advances made more recently,and also the chall.nges faced by the high‐performance vanadium oxides(V2O5‐based)cathodes,where there are several strategies to improve their electrochemical performance ranging from the new structural designs down to sub‐nano‐scopic/molecular/atomic levels,including cation pre‐intercalation,structural water optimization,and defect engineering,to macroscopic structural *** key principles for an optimal structural design of the V2O5‐based cathode materials for high energy density and fast‐charging aqueous ZIBs are examined,aiming at paving the way for developing energy storage designed for those large scales,high safety,and low‐cost systems.

The oxygen octahedral rotation(OOR)forms fundamental atomic distortions and symmetries in perovskite oxides and definitely determines their properties and ***,epitaxial strain and interfacial structural coupl.ng engineering have been developed to modulate the OOR patterns and explore novel properties,but it is difficult to distinguish the 2 ***,different symmetries are induced in Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)(NBT)epitaxial films by interfacial oxygen octahedral coupl.ng rather than epitaxial *** NBT film grown on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate exhibits a paraelectric tetragonal phase,while with la_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)MnO_(3)as a buffer layer,a monoclinic phase and robust ferroelectricity are obtained,with a remanent polarization of 42μC cm^(-2)and a breakdown strength of 7.89 MV cm^(-1),which are the highest record among NBT-based ***,the interfacial oxygen octahedral coupl.ng effect is demonstrated to propagate to the entire thickness of the film,suggesting an intriguing l.ng-range *** work provides a deep insight into understanding the structure modulation in perovskite heterostructures and an important avenue for achieving unique functionalities.
