Background and purpose To analyse the long-term risk of ischaemic stroke and the clinical effects of antithrombotics on the risk of haemorrhagic stroke in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted using a population-based database taken from Taiwan National Health Insurance Research *** with SLE between 2000 and 2008 were registered and matched with two controls by the index date,age,gender and Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI).These subjects were followed until either stroke event or 31 December *** HRs(aHRs)for strokes were estimated with Cox regression models,and the cumulative incidence of ischaemic stroke was analysed by log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier survival *** In total,8310 patients with SLE and 16620 patients without SLE were *** general,patients with SLE had higher rates of ischaemic stroke(5.4%vs 3.3%)and haemorrhagic stroke(1.5%vs 0.6%)than in *** multivariate analysis adjusted to age,gender,CCI,urbanisation level and antithrombotics uses,aHRs of all strokes,ischaemic stroke and haemorrhagic stroke were 1.73(95%CI:1.54 to 1.94),1.65(95%CI:1.45 to 1.87)and 2.24(95%CI:1.71 to 2.95),respectively,in patients with *** with SLE were significantly more likely to suffer ischaemic stroke than patients without SLE,even 10 years after SLE diagnosis(6.12%vs 3.50%,pients with SLE are at greater risk of developing ischaemic stroke that lasts for 10 *** should be carefully administered to prevent cardiovascular events in patients with SLE due to the risk of haemorrhagic stroke.

随着人工智能民主化的发展,深度神经网络已经被广泛地应用于移动嵌入式设备上,例如智能手机和自动驾驶领域等.随机计算作为一种新兴的、有前途的技术在执行机器学习任务时使用简单的逻辑门而不是复杂的二进制算术电路.它具有在资源(如能源、计算单元和存储单元等)受限的边缘设备上执行深度神经网络低能耗、低开销的优势.然而,之前的关于随机计算的工作都仅仅设计一组模型配置并在固定的硬件配置上实现,忽略了实际应用场景中硬件资源(如电池电量)的动态改变,这导致了低硬件效率和短电池使用时间.为了节省电池供电的边缘设备的能源,动态电压和频率调节技术被广泛用于硬件重配置以延长电池的使用时间.针对基于随机计算的深度神经网络,创新性地提出了一个运行时可重配置框架,即RR-SC,这个框架首次尝试将硬件和软件的重配置相结合以满足任务的时间约束并最大限度节省能源.RR-SC利用强化学习技术可以一次性生成多组模型配置,同时满足不同硬件配置(即不同的电压/频率等级)下的准确率要求.RR-SC得到的解具有最好的准确率和硬件效率权衡.同时,多个模型配置运行时在同一个主干网络上进行切换,从而实现轻量级的软件重配置.实验结果表明,RRSC可以在110 ms内进行模型配置的轻量级切换,以保证在不同硬件级别上所需的实时约束.同时,它最高可以实现7.6倍的模型推理次数提升,仅造成1%的准确率损失.

深度神经网络模型的庞大存储和高计算量的需求限制了其在面积和功耗受限的嵌入式设备上的部署.为了解决这一问题,随机计算将数据表示为一个随机序列,继而通过基本逻辑运算单元实现加法和乘法等算术运算,以减小神经网络的存储空间和降低计算复杂度.然而,当随机序列的长度较短时,网络权重在从浮点数转换到随机序列的过程中存在离散化误差,这会降低随机计算网络模型的推理准确率.尽管使用更长的随机序列可以扩大随机序列的表示范围以缓解这一问题,但也会导致更长的计算时延和更大的能源功耗.本文提出了一种基于傅立叶变换的可微量化函数的设计,可以在网络的训练过程中,通过提高模型对随机序列的匹配度,来减小数据转换过程中的离散化误差,从而保证较短随机序列的随机计算神经网络的准确率.此外,还设计了一种加法器,用于提高运算单元的准确性,并通过将输入分块来并行计算以进一步缩短时延.最后,通过实验表明,本文相较于其他方法可以提高20%的模型推理准确率,并能够达到缩短50%的计算时延.

Hysteresis and Multi-state Behavior of Counterflow Flame in a Blowing Cylindrical Burner

This study focuses on flame hysteresis over a porous cylindrical burner. The hysteresis results from different operationprocedure of the experiment. Gradually increasing inflow velocity can transform the envelope flame into awake flame. The blow-off curve can be plotted by determining every critical inflow velocity that makes an envelopeflame become a wake flame at different fuel-ejection velocities. In contrast, decreasing the inflow velocitycan transform the wake or lift-off flame into an envelope one. The reattachment curve can be obtained by thesame method to explore the blow-off curve, but the intake process is ***. However, these two curves are notcoincident, except the origin. The discrepancy between them is termed as hysteresis, and it results from the differencebetween the burning velocities associated with both curves. At the lowest fuel-ejection velocity, no hysteresisexists between both curves owing to nearly no burning velocity difference there. Then, raising thefuel-ejection velocity enhances hysteresis and the discrepancy between the two curves. However, as fuel-ejectionvelocity exceeds a critical value, the intensity of hysteresis almost keeps constant and causes the two curves to beparallel to each other.
