Chemical cleaning and disinfection are crucial steps for eliminating infection in root canal treatment. However, irrigant selection or irrigation procedures are far from clear. The vapor lock effect in the apical region has yet to be solved, impeding irrigation efficacy and resulting in residual infections and compromised treatment outcomes.

Comparison of Cognitive Registration Transrectal Ultrasound-Guided Targeted Biopsy of Prostate to Systematic 12-Core Biopsy: A Retrospective, Multicentre Study

Introduction: Prostate cancer (PCa) is the third most prevalent cancer among Malaysian males, often diagnosed at advanced stages, leading to suboptimal outcomes. While transrectal ultrasound-guided systematic biopsy (TRUS-SB) is the primary diagnostic method, prebiopsy multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) is gaining popularity in identifying suspicious lesions. This study addresses the lack of comprehensive investigations into the efficacy of cognitive registration TRUS targeted biopsy (COG-TB) compared to conventional TRUS-SB, considering the resource limitations of the Malaysian healthcare system. Materials and Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted in two Malaysian healthcare facilities. 116 adult patients with a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level of more than 4 ng/mL who underwent both COG-TB and TRUS-SB between October 2020 and March 2022 were included. Primary outcomes were cancer detection rate and histopathological outcomes, including Gleason score. Results: COG-TB showed a higher overall cancer detection rate (50%) compared to TRUS-SB (44%). Clinically significant cancer detection rates were similar between COG-TB and TRUS-SB (37.1%). Further analysis revealed that both COG-TB and TRUS-SB detected clinically significant cancer in 30.2% of patients, did not detect it in 56.0%, and had conflicting findings in 16 patients (p Conclusion: COG-TB and TRUS-SB have comparable detection rates for clinically significant prostate cancer, with COG-TB showing a higher tendency to detect insignificant prostate cancer. Further studies comparing these methods are warranted.

为探索用于畜禽饲喂低蛋白日粮的典型氨基酸太赫兹波段指纹特性及其与分子结构相关性,本文基于太赫兹时域光谱技术和密度泛函理论(DFT)对蛋氨酸等6种饲用氨基酸开展了实验测量和理论振动计算分析。首先,制备了氨基酸实验样本,测量了它们在0.5~2.0 THz的太赫兹吸收光谱,发现:蛋氨酸在1.48和1.54 THz、赖氨酸在0.95和1.67 THz、色氨酸在1.2和1.4 THz、苏氨酸在1.42 THz、组氨酸在1.4 THz、异亮氨酸在1.41和1.51 THz处呈现明显吸收特性;然后,利用GaussView软件构建了6种氨基酸单分子结构,应用DFT理论的B3LYP杂化泛函方法,结合6-311G(d,p)基组优化结构,计算获得其太赫兹波段的频谱特征,发现:蛋氨酸在1.51 THz、赖氨酸在0.89和1.68 THz、色氨酸在0.67和1.39 THz、苏氨酸在1.4 THz、组氨酸在1.4 THz、异亮氨酸在1.56和1.75 THz处有一定吸收,与实际实验测量吸收峰位基本吻合;最后,利用Gaussian软件分析了6种氨基酸在0.5~2.0 THz波段各吸收峰处的振动模式,发现:蛋氨酸1.51 THz处吸收峰源自其甲基团的面内摇摆振动;赖氨酸0.89和1.68 THz处吸收峰源自其羧基官能团的旋转和氨基官能团的面内摇摆振动;色氨酸1.39 THz处吸收峰源自其羧基官能团的面外弯曲振动;苏氨酸1.4 THz处吸收峰源自其羧基官能团的面外弯曲和氨基官能团的面内摇摆振动;组氨酸1.4 THz处吸收峰源自其氨基官能团的面内摇摆和整体摇摆振动;异亮氨酸1.56 THz处吸收峰源自其甲基团和氨基官能团的整体摇摆和羧基官能团的面外摇摆振动、1.75 THz处吸收峰源自其甲基团的整体摇摆和羧基官能团的面外摇摆振动。该研究为利用太赫兹光谱技术开展典型饲用氨基的快速定性定量研究提供理论参考。

Linear dichroism transition and polarization-sensitive photodetector of quasi-one-dimensional palladium bromide

Perpendicular optical reversal of the linear dichroism transition has promising applications in polarization-sensitive optoelectronic devices. We perform a systematical study on the in-plane optical anisotropy of quasi-one-dimensional PdBr_(2) by using combined measurements of the angle-resolved polarized Raman spectroscopy(ARPRS) and anisotropic optical absorption spectrum. The analyses of ARPRS data validate the anisotropic Raman properties of the PdBr_(2) *** anisotropic optical absorption spectrum of PdBr_(2) nanoflake demonstrates distinct optical linear dichroism reversal. Photodetector constructed by PdBr_(2) nanowire exhibits high responsivity of 747 A·W^(-1) and specific detectivity of 5.8×10^(12) Jones. And the photodetector demonstrates prominent polarization-sensitive photoresponsivity under 405-nm light irradiation with large photocurrent anisotropy ratio of 1.56, which is superior to those of most of previously reported quasi-one-dimensional counterparts. Our study offers fundamental insights into the strong optical anisotropy exhibited by PdBr_(2), establishing it as a promising candidate for miniaturization and integration trends of polarization-related applications.

富锂层状氧化物因能量密度高和成本低,有望成为下一代锂离子电池正极的重要候选材料.然而,富锂正极材料中阴离子氧化还原反应使晶格氧不稳定,导致电压衰减和不可逆容量损失.尽管铁代无钴富锂材料可以实现较少的电压衰减,但存在严重的阳离子混排和较差的动力学.采用一种简单易行的高价离子掺杂策略,在Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)Fe_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_(2)(LNFMO)中掺入Mo元素,拓宽了锂层间距,为Li^(+)的传输提供了更宽的通道,改善了Li^(+)的扩散动力学,有效抑制了阳离子混排,进一步稳定了层状结构.得益于此,Mo掺杂后的富锂材料表现出显著增强的电化学性能,在0.2 C电流密度下表现出209.48 mAh/g的初始放电比容量.1C下的初始放电比容量从137.02 mAh/g提高到165.15 mAh/g;循环300次后,仍有117.49 mAh/g的放电比容量,电压衰减由2.09 mV/cycle降低为1.66 mV/cycle.本文对Mo掺杂后的正极材料进行了系统表征并揭示了循环稳定的机理,为高性能富锂正极材料的设计提供了重要参考.

A cross section evaluation of neutron induced reactions on^(48)Ti is undertaken using the Unified Monte Carlo-B(UMC-B)*** evaluation concentrates on estimating the covariance and the use of the UMC-B allows avoiding the deficiencies of linear regression brought by the traditional least squares *** main neutron and charged particle emission reactions from n+^(48)Ti in the fast neutron energy region below 20 MeV are studied in this *** posterior probability density function(PDF)of each neutron cross section is obtained in a UMC-B Bayesian approach by convoluting the model PDFs sampled based on model parameters and the likelihood functions for the experimental *** model parameters including level density,pair corrections,optical model and Kalbach matrix element parameter are stochastically sampled with the assumption of normal distributions to estimate the model *** Cholesky factorization approach is applied to consider potential parameter ***,the posterior covariance matrices are generated using the UMC-B generated *** new evaluated results are compared with the CENDL-3.2,ENDF/B-VIII.0,JEFF-3.3,TENDL-2021 and JENDL-5 evaluations and differences are discussed.

提高粮食生产效率是确保粮食稳定增产、保障粮食安全的必要工作.采用DEA-Malmquist指数分析方法,对中国粮食全要素生产率的总体上、发展上和区域分布特征进行总结并探寻其产生原因,最后对其进行收敛性分析.研究结果发现:第一,1978-2018年中国粮食全要素生产率总体上呈现缓慢下降的特征,通过对粮食全要素生产率分解发现,粮食生产技术进步的落后是阻碍粮食全要素生产进一步提高的主要原因.第二,中国粮食全要素生产率发展上处于不同阶段,经历了从缓慢下降到稳态增长的变化特征,促进方式由规模效率促进到技术进步促进,再到技术效率和技术进步“双驱动”的促进方式.第三,中国粮食全要素生产率具有明显的地域差异性特征,具体表现为:从西部、中部和东部依次递减状态;同时我国粮食综合技术效率具有分散性特征.最后,通过收敛性分析可以发现,无论在全国整体还是三个区域粮食全要素生产率都存在δ收敛和绝对β收敛.因此,需要多举措提高农业科技创新应用能力和在东部地区发展智慧农业等新型生产方式,共同保障粮食全要素生产率的提升.

The rotating disk cavity is an important part of the cooling-air system of the aero engine,and it has obviously significance to study the internal flow and heat transfer characteristics of the disc cavity,which will be helpful to improve the efficiency of the aero *** paper summarizes the existing research results of domestic and *** present work considers the test methods and calculation methods of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the rotating disc cavity of the aircraft *** points out that,the main factors which affect the heat transfer characteristics are the disc chamber speed,the intake volume,the design of the disc cavity pre-rotation/despin structure,and the type of disc cavity *** influence of these factors on the characteristics of flow heat transfer is *** on these factors,the disc cavity structure can be optimized and designed,which provides suggestions for reducing the weight of the turbine,improving the thrust-to-weight ratio of the aero engine,and improving the cooling efficiency.

掌握观赛人群出行行为特征是应对赛事举办期间交通量激增、保障城市交通正常运行的关键。基于个人属性、出行特征、观赛特性和出行意愿的954份调查样本,引入结构方程刻画安全性、便捷性、经济性和出行意向4个潜变量与11个显变量的因果作用关系,考虑个人偏好对出发时间和出行方式组合决策选择行为的潜在影响,构建了基于SEM-NLogit的观赛人群组合决策选择行为模型。研究表明,模型预测精度为87.06%,与巢式Logit和多元Logit模型相比精度提高了6.99%和18.18%。本文模型更好地刻画了“观赛人群年龄越大,更倾向于提前出发;同伴数量越多、收入越高,越倾向于选择小汽车出行”的特征,并得到了出行时更注重安全性与经济性等巢式Logit模型无法得到但更符合实际出行规律的个人偏好的选择行为。
