The title complex, Zn（C24H13NO）2Cl21, has been synthesized by the reaction of zinc chloride with Schiff base ligand N-salicylidene-p-toluidine and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Cc with a = 14.896（3）, b = 12.506（2）, c = 15.352（3） A,β = 114.711 （4）°, V = 2598.0（8） A^3, C28H26ZnCl2N2O2, Mr = 558.80, Z = 4, Dc = 1 .429 g/cm^3,μ = 1.179 mm^-1, Flack parameter = 0.027（19）, F（000） = 1152, R = 0.0709 and wR = 0.1041 for 3117 observed reflections （Ⅰ 〉 2σ（Ⅰ））. In complex 1, the center Zn ion is four-coordinated by two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands and two Cl atoms in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Additionally, the thermal decomposition of complex 1 as well as its kinetic mechanisms and equations is studied under the non-isothermal integral and differential methods in air by TG-DTG curves.

Advantame,with the chemical name N-[N-[3-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-α-aspartyl]L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester,monohydrate,is an artificial sweetener made by a chemical reaction between vanillin and aspartame,which are both permitted as flavoring and food additives by the China National Food Safety Standard-Standards for Use of Food Additives(GB 2760).As an intense sweetener,advantame is approximately 90-120times sweeter than aspartame and approximately14,000-48,000 times sweeter than saccharose.

Chitooligosaccharide-zinc(COS·Zn)is a powerful anti-oxidant and anti-aging scavenger,whose anti-oxidative ability immensely exceeds vitamin ***,this study was aimed to investigate the protective effects of COS·Zn against premature ovarian failure(POF)and potential *** KM adult mice were divided into the following groups:a treatment group(150 mg·kg^(−1)·d^(−1) COS·Zn),a treatment group(300 mg·kg^(−1)·d^(−1) COS·Zn),a prevention group,two control groups and two CY/BUS ***·Zn(150,300 mg·kg^(−1)·d^(−1))and COS·Zn(300 mg·kg^(−1)·d^(−1))were therapeutically and preventatively administered to POF mice in the treatment and prevention studies,*** the groups were administered for 21 *** primary and secondary follicles were observed in the COS·Zn-treated groups(including the treatment and prevention groups)than those of the control ***,the ovarian index and the levels of FSH and LH notably increased in the treatment and prevention groups compared with those in the CY/BUS *** levels of MVH,OCT4 and PCNA in the treatment group(300·kg^(−1)·d^(−1) COS·Zn)and MVH in the prevention group remarkably increased compared with those in the CY/BUS ***,the levels of P53 and P16 protein were down-regulated in the treatment and prevention groups compared with those in the CY/BUS ***,the amounts of Sestrin2(SESN2)and SOD2 protein were obviously higher in the treatment group(150 mg·kg^(−1)·d^(−1) COS·Zn)than those in the CY/BUS ***,the amounts of NRF2 and SESN2 protein were up-regulated in the prevention ***,an increased GSH level was observed in the two treatment groups,compared with that in the CY/BUS groups,and the same trend was also present in the prevention *** together,COS·Zn improves the ovarian and follicular development through regulating the SESN2/NRF2 signaling *** results suggest the role of COS·Zn as a novel agent for the treatment and preventi

AIM To investigate the relationship between hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), prolyl 4-hydroxylase beta(P4 HB) expression, and clinicopathologic parameters, as well as the prognostic value of these genes for patients with gastric cancer(Gc).METHODS Hypoxia is a critical factor that shapes the Gc microenvironment. In previous reports, we have demonstrated that P4 HB is a potential target of HIF-1α. In the present study, gene expression profiling interactive analysis(GEPIA) was used to analyze the relationship between P4 HB and hypoxia-associated genes. To this end, 428 Gc tissue samples were used to analyze the expression of HIF-1α and P4 HB via immunohistochemical staining. Patient samples were classified as having weak-expression or over-expression both in terms of HIF-1α and P4 HB. Correlations between biomarkers and clinicopathological factors were analyzed to predict survival. RESULTS P4 HB demonstrated a positive correlation with hypoxiaassociated genes(P 0.05).CONCLUSION Overexpression of HIF-1α and P4 HB is associated with poor prognosis in patients with Gc. Graphene fibers are a kind of novel carbon fibers assembled by orderly aligned graphene sheets with high flexibility, good conductivity, high thermal conductivity, and low density, which make them possible to be widely used in high-performance and multifunctional compound materials as well as flexible electronic devices. In this review, we summarize the research progress in the synthesis of graphene fibers, and their applications in sensor, energy storage, and energy conversion. Furthermore, the current issues and some prospects for the future trend of graphene fibers are discussed.

Gastric cancer is a common, worldwide malignancy and has a poor prognosis due to late diagnosis. Long non-coding RNAs(lnc RNAs) are a significant subtype of RNA molecules with a length longer than 200 nucleotides(nt) that rarely encode proteins. In recent decades, deregulation of lnc RNAs has been shown to be involved in tumorigenesis and tumor progression in various human carcinomas, including gastric cancer. Accumulating evidence has shown that some lnc RNAs may function as diagnostic biomarkers or therapeutic targets for gastric cancer. Thus, exploring the specific functions of lnc RNAs will help both gain a better understanding of the pathogenesis and develop novel treatments for gastric cancer. In this review, we highlight the expression and functional roles of lncR NAs in gastric cancer, and analyze the potential applications of lncR NAs as diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.
