Ultralight and superelastic MXene/reduced graphene oxide aerogels for electromagnetic interference shielding

Lightweight aerogels feature multifunctionality and a high porosity,yet accompanied with poor structure recovery under large strain *** this work,we develop an air bubble-ice crystal dual template and annealing strategy to integrate low density and high resilience for the conductive transition metal carbides/nitrides(MXene)composite *** air bubbles and ice crystals synergistically exclude the nanosheets to the gas-liquid interfaces,thereby constructing unique Y-shaped junctions and robust *** annealing process greatly enhances the interlayer *** external load,the Yshaped structures prevent the stress concentration at the junctions by transferring the forces to the skeleton for maintaining structural *** addition,the wrinkled and thick cell walls,together with the enhanced interlayer interactions,endow the aerogel with exceptional structural stability and *** a result,the MXene/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)composite aerogels exhibit superelasticity with reversible compressive strains of up to 95%.In addition,the electron bridging effect of the RGO sheets affords the aerogel to deliver excellent electromagnetic interference shielding performance,as high as 46.3 dB at 2.5 ***,the remarkable reshapeability of the aerogels allows for precise regulation of structure and performance(33.5-75.1 dB)by a simple wetting compression *** summary,this work offers helpful inspirations for developing lightweight and superelasticity aerogels for extensive applications.

Dephosphorization stability of hot metal by double slag operation in basic oxygen furnace

Double slag process was adopted to produce low-phosphorus steel from middle-phosphorus hot *** achieve a stable dephosphorization operation,conventional process was modified as follows：the blowing time was extended by approximately 1min by reducing the oxygen supply flow rate;calcium ferrite pellets were added to adjust the slag composition and viscosity;the dumping temperature was lowered by 30-50°C by the addition of calcium ferrite pellets during the double slag process to prevent phosphorus in the slag from returning to the molten steel;and the bottom-blown gas flow was increased during the blowing *** 40 heats of comparative experiments,the rate of dephosphorization reached 91% and ranged between 87% and 95%;the phosphorus,sulfur,manganese,and oxygen contents calculated according to the compositions of molten steel and slag as well as the temperature of molten steel at the end-point of the basic oxygen furnace process were similar to the equilibrium values for the reaction between the slag and the *** free calcium oxide and metallic iron were present in the final slag,and the surface of the slag mineral phase was smooth,clear,and well developed,which showed that the slag exhibited better melting effects than that produced using the conventional slag process.A steady phosphorus capacity in the slag and stable dephosphorization effects were achieved.

Practical real-world scenarios such as the Internet,social networks,and biological networks present the challenges of data scarcity and complex correlations,which limit the applications of artificial *** graph structure is a typical tool used to formulate such correlations,it is incapable of modeling highorder correlations among different objects in systems;thus,the graph structure cannot fully convey the intricate correlations among *** with the aforementioned two challenges,hypergraph computation models high-order correlations among data,knowledge,and rules through hyperedges and leverages these high-order correlations to enhance the ***,hypergraph computation achieves collaborative computation using data and high-order correlations,thereby offering greater modeling *** particular,we introduce three types of hypergraph computation methods:①hypergraph structure modeling,②hypergraph semantic computing,and③efficient hypergraph *** then specify how to adopt hypergraph computation in practice by focusing on specific tasks such as three-dimensional(3D)object recognition,revealing that hypergraph computation can reduce the data requirement by 80%while achieving comparable performance or improve the performance by 52%given the same data,compared with a traditional data-based method.A comprehensive overview of the applications of hypergraph computation in diverse domains,such as intelligent medicine and computer vision,is also ***,we introduce an open-source deep learning library,DeepHypergraph(DHG),which can serve as a tool for the practical usage of hypergraph computation.

With the rapid development of intensive farming,the aquaculture industry uses a great many antibiotics for the prevention and treatment of bacterial *** their therapeutic functions,the overuse and accumulation of antibiotics also pose a threat to aquaculture *** the present study,ayu(Plecoglossus altivelis)was used as a fish model to study the impacts of ciprofloxacin(CIP)overuse on intestinal homeostasis and immune response during subsequent Pseudomonas plecoglossicida *** on 16S rRNA gene amplification and Illumina sequencing,we found that CIP pre-exposure caused significant variation in intestinal microbiota,including increased species richness,altered microbiota composition and interaction networks,and increased metabolic ***,immunohistochemical analysis indicated that CIP pre-exposure resulted in severe mucosal layer damage,goblet cell reduction,and epithelial cell necrosis of the intestinal barrier in infected *** real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)showed that disruption of intestinal homeostasis impaired systemic antiinfection immune responses in the intestine,gill,spleen,and head kidney,while inhibiting IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-10 expression and promoting TGF-β*** findings indicated that CIP administration can directly affect intestinal microbiota composition and intestinal integrity in ayu *** perturbation of intestinal homeostasis is likely responsible for the lower survival rate of hosts following subsequent infection as the capacity to mount an effective immune response is *** study also provides preliminary clues for understanding the effects of antibiotic overuse on higher vertebrates through trophic transfer.

Solitary Wave Solutions of Discrete Complex Ginzburg-Landau Equation by Modified Adomian Decomposition Method

In this paper, exact and numerical solutions are calculated for discrete complex Ginzburg-Landau equation with initial condition by considering the modified Adomian decomposition method （mADM）, which is an efficient method and does not need linearization, weak nonlinearity assumptions or perturbation theory. The numerical solutions are also compared with their corresponding analytical solutions. It is shown that a very good approximation is achieved with the analytical solutions. Finally, the modulational instability is investigated and the corresponding condition is given.

Dramatical enhancement of circular dichroism in chiral hybrid perovskites via carboxylic hydrogen bond engineering

Chiral hybrid perovskites （CHPs） have been regarded as promising candidates for developing chiroptoelectronics ***,circular dichroism （CD）,as one of the most important characteristics to evaluate the chiroptical activity,remains at a comparatively low level in CHPs compared to other chiral materials,which hinders the successful applications of CHPs in stateof-the-art ***,exploring new methods for enhancing CD in CHPs is urgently needed and remains ***,enhanced CD response has been successfully realized via constructing carboxylic hydrogen bonding in chiralachiral mixed cations perovskites （R/S-PPA）2（ABA）PbBr5（2R/2S）(PPA=1-phenylpropylamine,ABA=4-aminobutyric acid).Compared with the prototype （R/S-PPA）PbBr3（1R/1S）,2R/2S provide intimate connections between organic units and inorganic parts via carboxylic hydrogen bonding N–H···O bridge,contributing new chirality transfer paths.A larger inorganic skeletons’helicity in 2R/2S predicts a high degree of chirality ***,2R/2S exhibit significantly enhanced CD response with an anisotropy factor amplified by an order of ***,bright blue circularly polarized luminescence applications are achieved in 2R/*** work systematically investigates the correlation between CD and hydrogen bonding interaction in CHPs,meanwhile providing a new avenue to develop the application potential of chiral materials in chiroptoelectronics.

Recurrence risk factors of intravitreal ranibizumab monotherapy in retinopathy of prematurity:a retrospective study at one center

AIM:To identify risk factors of recurrence of this disorder after intravitreal ranibizumab(IVR)***:Totally 33 eyes of 19 patients who underwent initial IVR treatments for type 1 retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)at our center were retrospectively reviewed between April 1,2016 and December 31,*** demographics,the side of ROP,multiple gestations,Apgar scores,zone,stage,plus disease,postmenstrual age at injection,surfactant therapy,blood transfusion therapy,hemorrhage before IVR,hemorrhage after IVR,gestational diabetes mellitus,pregnancy-induced hypertension,anemia,intraventricular hemorrhage,sepsis,respiratory distress syndrome,carbohemia,and congenital heart defects were *** hazard ratios(HRs)and 95%confidence intervals were determined after adjusting for potential confounders using multivariate proportional Cox ***:Of the 33 eyes,12(36.4%)had ROP recurrences 45.3(5.1,50.9)mo after initial IVR *** independent risk factors for ROP recurrences were zone(ⅡvsⅠ,HR:0.056,P=0.003)and gestational diabetes mellitus(no vs yes,HR:0.095,P<0.001).The mean uncorrected visual acuity for four recurrence eyes was 0.46 logMAR(0.13,0.70)at 55.0(51.0,58.9)mo after the initial IVR *** mean uncorrected visual acuity for 10 eyes without recurrence was 0.46 logMAR(0.19,0.63)at 48.0(43.8,58.4)mo after the initial IVR ***:Two independent risk factors for type 1 ROP recurrence after IVR treatment involving zoneⅠand gestational diabetes mellitus are identified,and the mean uncorrected visual acuity is 0.46 logMAR at 51.0(44.0,58.9)*** findings of this study are important for followup management and for improving the visual function of ROP patients.

Researching and implementation of reconfigurable Hash chip based on FPGA

The reconfigurable cryptographic chip is an integrated circuit that is designed by means of the method of reconfigurable architecture, and is used for encryption and decryption. Many different cipher algorithms can be flexibly implemented with the aid of a reconfigurable cryptographic chip and can be used in many fields. This article takes an example for the SHA-1/224/256 algorithms, and then designs a reconfigurable cryptographic chip based on the thought and method of the reconfigurable architecture. Finally, this paper gives the implementation result based on the FPGA of the family of Stratix II of Altera Corporation, and presents a good research trend for resolving the storage in hardware implementation using FPGAs.

Serum testosterone level predicts the effective time of androgen deprivation therapy in metastatic prostate cancer patients

Androgen deprivation therapy （ADT） is the standard of care for patients with metastatic prostate cancer. However, whether serum testosterone levels, using a cut-off point of 50 ng d1-1, are related to the effective time of ADT in newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients remains controversial. Moreover, recent studies have shown that some patients may benefit from the addition of upfront docetaxel chemotherapy. To date, no studies have been able to distinguish patients who will benefit from the combination of ADT and docetaxel chemotherapy. This study included 206 patients who were diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer and showed progression to castrate-resistance prostate cancer （CRPC）. Serum testosterone levels were measured prospectively after ADT for 1, 3, and 6 months. The endpoint was the time to CRPC. In univariate and multivariate analyses, testosterone levels 〈50 ng d1-1 were not associated with the effective time of ADT. Receiver operating characteristic and univariate analysis showed that testosterone levels of 〈25 ng d1-1 after the first month of ADT offered the best overall sensitivity and specificity for prediction of a longer time to CRPC （adjusted hazard ratio [HR], 1.46; 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 1.08-1.96; P = 0.013）. Our results show that serum testosterone level of 25 ng d1-1 plays a prognostic role in prostate cancer patients receiving ADT. A testosterone value of 25 ng dl-~ after the first month of ADT can distinguish patients who benefit from ADT effectiveness for only a short time. These patients may need to receive ADT and concurrent docetaxel chemotherapy.
