Lightweight aerogels feature multifunctionality and a high porosity,yet accompanied with poor structure recovery under large strain *** this work,we develop an air bubble-ice crystal dual template and annealing strategy to integrate low density and high resilience for the conductive transition metal carbides/nitrides(MXene)composite *** air bubbles and ice crystals synergistically exclude the nanosheets to the gas-liquid interfaces,thereby constructing unique Y-shaped junctions and robust *** annealing process greatly enhances the interlayer *** external load,the Yshaped structures prevent the stress concentration at the junctions by transferring the forces to the skeleton for maintaining structural *** addition,the wrinkled and thick cell walls,together with the enhanced interlayer interactions,endow the aerogel with exceptional structural stability and *** a result,the MXene/reduced graphene oxide(RGO)composite aerogels exhibit superelasticity with reversible compressive strains of up to 95%.In addition,the electron bridging effect of the RGO sheets affords the aerogel to deliver excellent electromagnetic interference shielding performance,as high as 46.3 dB at 2.5 ***,the remarkable reshapeability of the aerogels allows for precise regulation of structure and performance(33.5-75.1 dB)by a simple wetting compression *** summary,this work offers helpful inspirations for developing lightweight and superelasticity aerogels for extensive applications.

BACKGROUND Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)has a high risk of progression to Alzheimer’s *** disease is often accompanied by sleep disorders,and whether sleep disorders have an effect on brain function in patients with MCI is *** To explore the near-infrared brain function characteristics of MCI with sleep *** A total of 120 patients with MCI(MCI group)and 50 healthy subjects(control group)were *** subjects underwent the functional near-infrared spec-troscopy *** baseline data,Mini-Mental State Examination,Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale,fatigue severity scale(FSS)score,sleep parameter,and oxyhemoglobin(Oxy-Hb)concentration and peak time of functional near-infrared spectroscopy test during the task *** relationship between Oxy-RESULTS Compared with the control group,the FSS score of the MCI group was higher(t=11.310),and the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index,sleep time,sleep efficiency,nocturnal sleep disturbance,and daytime dysfunction were higher(Z=-10.518,-10.368,-9.035,-10.661,-10.088).Subjective sleep quality and total sleep time scores were lower(Z=-11.592,-9.924).The sleep efficiency of the MCI group was lower,and the awakening frequency,rem sleep latency period,total sleep time,and oxygen desaturation index were higher(t=5.969,5.829,2.887,3.003,5.937).The Oxy-Hb concentration at T0,T1,and T2 in the MCI group was lower(t=14.940,11.280,5.721),and the peak time was higher(t=18.800,13.350,9.827).In MCI patients,the concentration of Oxy-Hb during T0 was negatively correlated with the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index,sleep time,total sleep time,and sleep efficiency(r=-0.611,-0.388,-0.563,-0.356).It was positively correlated with sleep efficiency and total sleep time(r=0.754,0.650),and negatively correlated with oxygen desaturation index(r=-0.561)and FSS score(r=-0.526).All comparisons were P<*** Patients with MCI and sleep disorders have lower near-infrared brain function than norm

In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information contained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the *** experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security concerns in collaborative learning environments.

One possible mechanism suggested for somaclonal variation is the activation of transposable elements. The activation of retrotransposons by stresses and external changes is commonly observed in plants. In previous study, we isolated the reverse transcriptase （RT） gene sequences of Ty 1-copia retrotransposons from tissue culture strawberry （Fragaria x ananassa） plant, but not the transcriptionally active sequence. For further understanding the relationship between retrotransposon and somaclonal varation, in this study, we isolated the transcriptionally active RT gene sequences from strawberry plants subjected to different abiotic stresses. These retrotransposons were activated by spraying strawberry leaves with 2 mmol L^-1 salicylic acid （SA）, 50 mmol L^-1 methyl jasmonate （MeJA）, 50 mmol L^-1 abscisic acid （ABA）, 50 mmol L^-1 2,4- dichlorophenoxyacetic acid （2,4-D） or by inducing callus growth in 2 types of MS media： first medium supplemented with 0.5 mg L^-1 6-benzylaminopurine （6-BA）, 0.5 mg L^-1 gibberellic acid （GA3）, 1.0 mg L^-1 thidiazuron （TDZ）, and 0.1 mg L^-1 2,4-D, and the second medium supplemented with 0.5 mg L^-1 6-BA, 0.5 mg L^-1 GA3, 2.0 mg L^-1 TDZ, and 0.02 mg L^-1 indole butyric acid （1BA）. Analysis of gene sequences of 17 RTs revealed that none of them contained stop codons and/or indels disrupting the reading frame. These different stress-origin transcriptionally active RTs were remarkably similar to each other- FATEXP2-8 and FATEYS9-7 showed 100% sequence identity. Analysis of pylogenetic of these transcriptionally active RTs and the RT sequences from genome showed that there were close phylogenetic relationships of most of the transcriptionally active RTs. The results of this study have contributed to the background information necessary for future studies for evaluating the relationship between retrotransposons and somaclonal variation.

The advancement of direct seawater electrolysis is a significant step towards sustainable hydrogen production,addressing the critical need for renewable energy sources and efficient resource ***,direct seawater electrolysis has to face several challenges posed by the corrosiveness of highly concentrated chloride and the competitive chlorine evolution reaction(ClER).To overcome these issues,we designed a novel NiP_(2)@CoP electrocatalyst on a porous titanium microfiltration(Ti MF)*** obtained bifunctional NiP_(2)@CoP catalyst outperforms the Pt/C and IrO_(2),as evidenced by its low overpotentials of 192 and 425 mV at a current density of 500 mA·cm^(-2) for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline seawater(1 M KOH+0.5 M NaCl),***,only 231 and 569 mV overpotentials are required at the current density of 1500 mA·cm^(-2) towards HER and OER in alkaline seawater,*** importantly,no ClER was observed,demonstrating its excellent selectivity to *** selection of porous Ti MF membrane as an electrode substrate further enhances the performance by providing a robust structure that promotes the fast generation and release of gas *** promising outcomes obtained with NiP_(2)@CoP catalysts on Ti MF support,therefore,pave the way for the commercial viability of direct seawater electrolysis technologies at industrial-level current densities.

Regulation of demethylation and re-expression of RASSF1A gene in gastric cancer cell lines by combined treatment of 5-Aza-CdR and NaB

AIM： To investigate the changes of methylation state and expression of RASSF1A gene in human gastric cancer cell lines SGC7901 and BGC823 which were treated in vitro with demethlylating agent 5-Aza-CdR in combination with histone deacetylase inhibitor NaB. METHODS： After SGC7901 and BGC823 cells were treated with 5-Aza-CdR and/or NaB, the methylation state of RASSFIA gene was detected by methylationspecific PCR, and the changes in expression of mRNA and protein level of RASSFIA gene were observed by RT-PCR and Western-blotting before and after drug treatment. RESULTS： Hypermethylation was detected in the promoter region of RASSF1A gene in both SGC7901 and BGC823 cells, and there was no expression of this gene at both mRNA and protein level. After treatment with 5-Aza-CdR, demethylation occurred in the promoter region of RASSFIA gene, which subsequently induced re-expression of this gene. The treatment with NaB alone showed no effect on the methylation state and expression of RASSFIA gene. The combined treatment of 5-Aza-CdR and NaB induced complete demethylation of RASSFIA gene, leading to a significantly higher reexpression of the mRNA and protein of RASSFIA than those treated with 5-Aza-CdR alone （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Hypermethylation in the promoter region is related to inactivation of RASSFIA gene in human gastric cancer cell lines SGC7901 and BGC823, while demethlylating agent 5-Aza-CdR can reverse the methylation state of RASSF1A gene and induce itsre-expression. Histone deacetylase inhibitor NaB had a synergistic effect with 5-Aza-CdR in both demethylation and gene transcriptional regulation.

Bergenin, isolated from the herb of Saxifrage stolonifera Curt.(Hu-Er-Cao) has hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antitussive, and neuroprotective activities. The aim of the present study was to establish a simple, rapid, and sensitive RP-HPLC method for determination of bergenin in rat plasma and compare its oral pharmacokinetic behaviors in normal and CCl_4-induced hepatic injury rats. With norisoboldine as an internal standard, chromatographic separation was performed on a C_(18) analytical column with acetonitrile and water(11 : 89, V/V) containing 0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase. A good linearity was obtained over the range of 100^(–1)0 000 ng·m L^(–1). The lower limit of quantification was 50 ng·m L~(^(–1)). The developed method was successfully applied to a study of the pharmacokinetic difference of bergenin(100 mg·kg^(–1)) between normal and hepatic injury rats after oral administration. Marked alterations of pharmacokinetic parameters in hepatic injury rats were observed. Compared to normal rats, the AUC_((0–∞)) of bergenin in hepatic injury rats was elevated to 2.11-fold and C_(max) was increased by 130%, whereas CL value was only 55% of the normal rats, suggesting that the systemic exposure of bergenin was significantly increased under hepatic injury status.
