A multi-station integration system(MSIS)integrat-ing other multi-type stations provides a new way to realize an intensive development of resources and promote low-carbon en-ergy and its high-efficiency utilization.To this end,a novel multi-station integration planning method and coordinated operation strategy model for the MSIS are established in a new business model.In this study,a new business model of the MSIS,with substations as the carrier,integrating distributed photovoltaic,energy storage,electric vehicle charging,data center,and 5G base stations is proposed.From the social environment,natural conditions,and complementary characteristics,a comprehensive index system is established to analyze expansion capability of substations and multi-station combination scheme.Scenario reduction is performed by extracting feature vectors and build-ing a comprehensive evaluation function to select the optimal combination scheme under a specific scenario.Moreover,for the combination scheme in a specific scenario,the optimal ca-pacity configuration and coordinated operation strategy chance-constrained programming model of the MSIS are established under different operating conditions.Finally,simulations are performed on a practical MSIS located in Wuxi,China,and simulation results demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the planning method and coordinated operation strategy model for the MSIS.

To facilitate the large-scale integration of distributed wind generation(DWG), the uncertainty of DWG outputs needs to be quantified, and the maximum DWG hosting capacity(DWGHC) of distribution systems must be assessed. However, the structure of the high-dimensional nonlinear dependencies and the abnormal marginal distributions observed in geographically dispersed DWG outputs lead to the increase of the complexity of the uncertainty analysis. To address this issue,this paper proposes a novel assessment model for DWGHC that considers the spatial correlations between distributed generation(DG) outputs. In our method, an advanced dependence modeling approach called vine copula is applied to capture the high-dimensional correlation between geographically dispersed DWG outputs and generate a sufficient number of correlated scenarios. To avoid an overly conservative hosting capacity in some extreme scenarios, a novel chance-constrained assessment model for DWGHC is developed to determine the optimal sizes and locations of DWG for a given DWG curtailment probability. To handle the computational challenges associated with large-scale scenarios, a bilinear variant of Benders decomposition(BD) is employed to solve the chance-constrained problem.The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated using a typical 38-bus distribution system in eastern China.

The penetration of renewable generation will affect the energy utilization efficiency,economic benefit and reliability of the active distribution network(ADN).This paper proposes a time-sequence production simulation(TSPS)method for re-newable generation capacity and reliability assessments in ADN considering two operational status:the normal status and the fault status.During normal operation,an optimal dispatch model is proposed to promote the renewable consumption and increase the economic benefit.When a failure occurs,the renewable generators are partitioned into islands for resilient power supply and reliability improvement.A novel dynamic island partition model is presented based on mixed integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP).The effectiveness of the proposed TSPS method is demonstrated in a standard network integrated with historical data of load and renewable generations.

In this paper,we study cross-domain relation extraction.Since new data mapping to feature spaces always differs from the previously seen data due to a domain shif,few-shot relation extraction often perform poorly.To solve the problems caused by cross-domain,we propose a method for combining the pure entity,relation labels and adversarial(PERLA).We first use entities and complete sentences for separate encoding to obtain context-independent entity features.Then,we combine relation labels which are useful for relation extraction to mitigate context noise.We combine adversarial to reduce the noise caused by cross-domain.We conducted experiments on the publicly available cross-domain relation extraction dataset Fewrel 2.o[1]o,and the results show that our approach improves accuracy and has better transferability for better adaptation to cross-domain tasks.

In the decision-making process,the decision information provided by decision makers over alter-natives may take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and come from different periods.The weight of information on decision makers,criteria,periods is usually completely unknown.To this issue,we first utilise hesitation degree information and introduce the concept of confi-dence degree function to determine the decision maker’s weights.Then we aggregate individual evaluation information into group evaluation information through intuitionistic fuzzy number weighted arithmetic averaging operator.We construct a nonlinear optimisation model to gain the criterion weights and apply the aggregate operator to gain the integrated rating value of alternatives in different periods,calculating the deviations of the integrated rating values with respect to their average.Then the period weights are been obtained by using the entropy method.According to the closeness coefficient between alternatives and ideal solution to sort the alternatives and select the optimal one.

Feature Construction and Identification of Convective Wind from Doppler Radar Data

Convective wind is one of the common types of severe convective weather.Identification and Forecasting of convective wind are essential.In this paper,five kinds of features are firstly constructed from characteristics of typical convective wind-related echo phenomena based on Doppler radar data.The features include storm motion,high-value reflectivity,high-value velocity,velocity shear,and velocity texture.A severe convectiye wind(SCW)identification model is then built by applying the above features to the random forest model.With convective wind samples collected over 13 cities of China in June-August 2016,it is found that the probability of detection(POD)of SCW is 78.9%,the false alarm ratio(FAR)is 26.4%,and the critical success index(CSI)is 61.5%.For the convective wind samples that cary typical echo features,the POD,FAR,and CSI range from 89.4%to 99.3%,4.2%to 16.0%,and 76.4%to95.1%,respectively.Meanwhile,the POD and negative-case POD of samples without typical echo features are 66.8%and 85.4%,respectively.The experimental results demonstrate that the SCW identification model can classify nonSCW effectively,and performs better with SCW samples carrying typical echo features than without.

In this article,an adaptive security control scheme is presented for cyber-physical systems(CPSs)suffering from false data injection(FDI)attacks and time-varying state constraints.Firstly,an adaptive bound estimation mechanism is introduced in the backstepping control design to mitigate the effect of FDI attacks.Secondly,to solve the unknown sign time-varying statefeedback gains aroused by the FDI attacks,a type of Nussbaum function is employed in the adaptive security control.Then,by constructing a barrier Lyapunov function,it can be ensured that all signals of controlled system are bounded and the time-varying state constraints are not transgressed.Finally,the provided simulation examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Novel technologies in consideration of industrial sustainability(IS)are in urgent need to satisfy the increasing demands from the society.IS realizes the production of materials while maintaining environmental and resource sustainability.The chemical materials used in CO2 capture and storage(CCS)technologies play a significant role in the disposal of greenhouse gas emissions coming from large stationary fossil-fired power plants,which breaks the principle of IS and brings severe environmental problems.This study aims at providing a detailed review of first-principles modeling(density functional theory,DFT)of materials in CO2 capture technologies.DFT analysis provides insight into the atomic properties of the studied systems and builds an efficient guidance of the future design of the materials used in CO2 capture technologies.Major materials including oxygen carriers,metal organic frameworks,membranes,zeolites,ionic liquids and some other promising candidates are considered.The computational studies bring the outcomes of the adsorption behaviors,structural characteristics and accurate force fields of the studied materials in short turn-around times at low cost.This review can stimulate the design of novel materials with specific target of CO2 capture and promote the industrial sustainability of fossil fuel combustion technologies.

Analysis of Ship Motion in An Ice Ridge Field Based on Empirical Approach

The estimation of ship speed in ice ridge fields is important for both route planning and prediction of emergency response time.An analytical method for estimating ship motion in first-year ice ridge is developed based on ice resistance models and ship motion equations,in which the effect of ship speed on ridge resistance is taken into account.Two model tests in level ice and one model test in ice ridge for an icebreaking multipurpose vessel are used to validate and benchmark the presented method.The predicted results including level ice resistances,net thrust and ship motion in the ice ridge field are compared with the model test data.The comparisons show that the presented method can generate reasonable results.The effects of input parameters on ship speed,penetration depth and number of necessary rams to transit ridge have been studied.Based on the calibrated model,insights into the ice resistance and the ship motion are obtained.It is found that the energy consumption of the keel obtained by integral calculation of the keel resistance at the penetration distance is with the same magnitude as the result of the maximum keel resistance multiplied by the ridge length.In addition,the effect of ridge width and keel depth on keel resistance and average transit speed is investigated.
