The shuttle effect induced by soluble lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)is known as one of the crucial issues that limit the practical applications of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,a titanium dioxide nanoparticle embedded in nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanofiber(TiO_(2)@NCNF)composite is constructed via an interface-induced polymerization strategy to serve as an ideal sulfur host.Under the protection of the nanofiber walls,the uniformly dispersed TiO_(2) nanocrystalline can act as capturing centers to constantly immobilize LiPSs towards durable sulfur chemistry.Besides,the mesoporous microstructure in the fibrous framework endows the TiO_(2)@NCNF host with strong physical reservation for sulfur and LiPSs,sufficient pathways for electron/ion transfer,and excellent endurance for volume change.As expected,the sulfur-loaded TiO_(2)@NCNF composite electrode presents a fabulous rate performance and long cycle lifespan(capacity fading rate of 0.062%per cycle over 500 cycles)at 2.0 C.Furthermore,the assembled Li-S batteries harvest superb areal capacity and cycling stability even under high sulfur loading and lean electrolyte conditions.

Chalcogenides metal-based heterostructure anode materials toward Na^(+)-storage application

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are promising candidates for future large-scale energy storage systems due to their low cost and high safety.However,the sluggish kinetics caused by the large radius of Na+impedes the practical application of SIBs.Heterostructure engineering has emerged as an attractive strategy to alleviate this critical issue due to its intriguing contributions to accelerating electrons/ions transfer kinetics,improving structural stability,and enhancing Na^(+)adsorption ability.From this perspective,in this review,we introduce the vital role of heterostructure on the performance of SIBs firstly.The commonly used approaches for synthesizing chalcogenides metal-based heterostructure anodes are then presented.Subsequently,we discuss the recent progress of various chalcogenides metal-based anodes in detail.Finally,we provide a concluding discussion on the current challenges and perspectives of future development of the heterostructure anode materials for high-performance SIBs.

Aerogels are widely used as thermal insulation materials because of their high porosity and low bulk density.However,the insulation performance of aerogels is limited to a narrow temperature range.Besides,the preparation of aerogel materials with precisely controlled and complex architectures is still challenging.Here,we report 3D printed polyimide/silica aerogel particle(PI/SAP)composite aerogels for thermal insulation in a wide range of temperature with customized applications.The printability and shape fidelity of 3D printed composite aerogels is improved by adding hydrophilic SAP as a rheology modifier.The resulting PI/SAP composite aerogel exhibits excellent flame-retardant properties and thermal insulation from-50℃ to 1300℃.Moreover,the PI/SAP composite aerogel with customized shape can be applied for battery insulation at subzero temperatures,promising to be used as customizable and stable insulating materials in a variety of complex and extreme applications.

Highly Porous Yet Transparent Mechanically Flexible Aerogels Realizing Solar-Thermal Regulatory Cooling

The demand for highly porous yet transparent aerogels with mechanical flexibility and solar-thermal dual-regulation for energy-saving windows is significant but challenging.Herein,a delaminated aerogel film(DAF)is fabricated through filtration-induced delaminated gelation and ambient drying.The delaminated gelation process involves the assembly of fluorinated cellulose nanofiber(FCNF)at the solid-liquid interface between the filter and the filtrate during filtration,resulting in the formation of lamellar FCNF hydrogels with strong intra-plane and weak interlayer hydrogen bonding.By exchanging the solvents from water to hexane,the hydrogen bonding in the FCNF hydrogel is further enhanced,enabling the formation of the DAF with intra-layer mesopores upon ambient drying.The resulting aerogel film is lightweight and ultra-flexible,which pos-sesses desirable properties of high visible-light transmittance(91.0%),low thermal conductivity(33 mW m^(-1) K^(-1)),and high atmospheric-window emissivity(90.1%).Furthermore,the DAF exhibits reduced surface energy and exceptional hydrophobicity due to the presence of fluorine-containing groups,enhancing its durability and UV resistance.Consequently,the DAF has demonstrated its potential as solar-thermal regulatory cooling window materials capable of simultaneously providing indoor lighting,thermal insulation,and daytime radiative cooling under direct sunlight.Significantly,the enclosed space protected by the DAF exhibits a temperature reduction of 2.6℃ compared to that shielded by conventional architectural glass.

Evaluation of Routed-Runoff from Land Surface Models and Reanalyses Using Observed Streamflow in Chinese River Basins

Previous studies have demonstrated that offline land surface models(LSMs)and global hydrological models(GHMs)can reasonably reproduce streamflow in large river basins.Global reanalyses supply fine spatiotemporal runoff estimates,but they are not fully intercompared and evaluated in China.This study assesses the routed-runoff from five offline LSM/GHM runs(VIC-CN05.1,CLM-CFSR,CLM-ERAI,CLM-MERRA,and CLM-NCEP)and three reanalysis datasets(ERAI/Land,JRA55,and MERRA-2)against the gauged streamflow(26 stations)in major Chinese river basins during 1980–2008.The Catchment-based Macro-scale Floodplain model(CaMa-Flood)is employed to route those runoff datasets to the hydrological stations.Four statistical quantities,including the correlation coefficient(R),standard deviation(STD),Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient(NSE),and relative error(RE),along with a ranking method,are used to quantify the quality of those products.The results show that the spatial patterns of both modeled and observed streamflow in summer are similar,but their magnitudes are different.Except for MERRA-2,the other products can reproduce well the interannual variability of streamflow in both the Yangtze and Yellow River basins.All products generally underestimate the magnitude and variance of monthly streamflow,while VIC-CN05.1 and JRA55 are closer to observations compared to other products.The correlation coefficients for all products are overall larger than 0.61,with the highest value(0.85)from VIC-CN05.1.In addition to CLM-MERRA,MERRA-2,and CLM-NCEP with relatively small precipitation,other products can simulate peak flow well with positive NSEs up to 0.41(ERAI/Land).Considerable uncertainties exist among the eight products at the Yellow River outlet,which might be because the LSMs ignore frequent human activities.Based on the above statistics,performances of the eight runoff products are ranked in descending order as follows:VIC-CN05.1,ERAI/Land,JRA55,CLM-CFSR,CLM-ERAI,MERRA-2,CLM-MERRA,and CLM-NCEP,which provides a reference for flood/hydrologi

Evaluation of the physiochemical and metabolite of different region coffee beans by using UHPLC-QE-MS untargeted-metabonomics approaches

Coffee is one of the most important agricultural commodities and has the unique organoleptic characteristics such as strong but not bitter taste,fragrant,oily,and fruity.In this study,an untargeted metabolomics approach based on UHPLC-QE-MS was used to investigate the differences in terms of components of precursor metabolites in coffee beans from 18 producing regions worldwide.Fingerprint analysis,principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis revealed a neat separation among coffee beans.Compounds with high relevance to variance in the projection values in supervised multivariate analysis were selected as important metabolites for the discrimination of coffee samples.In total,10 different families of compounds were considered as potential markers of the coffee beans:3-hydroxycoumarin,4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic,cryptochlorogenic acid,palmitic amide,linoleamide,arachidic acid,petroselinic acid,trehalose,L-glutamic acid,L-malic acid.The findings presented herein serve as a suitable framework for the design of novel discrimination strategies in food origin tracing.

回顾性分析1例因生活作息不规律导致血糖控制不达标的青年2型糖尿病患者, 采用德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗后血糖显著改善的诊疗过程。患者为28岁女性, 主因"口干、多饮、多尿5年, 加重伴全身乏力半年"入院。入院前口服二甲双胍缓释片(1.0 g, 2次/d), 阿卡波糖片(50 mg, 3次/d), 达格列净片(10 mg, 1次/d), 治疗效果不佳, 入院后予胰岛素泵强化联合口服二甲双胍缓释片治疗, 逐步简化方案转为德谷门冬双胰岛素(午餐前26 U), 门冬胰岛素(早8 U、晚6 U), 二甲双胍缓释片(1.0 g, 2次/d), 患者血糖水平显著改善后出院。后根据院外随访血糖及生活作息饮食情况, 逐步调整为德谷门冬双胰岛素(午餐前26 U), 二甲双胍缓释片(1.0 g, 2次/d), 3个月后复查糖化血红蛋白6.4%, 血糖控制达标。该病例展现了德谷门冬双胰岛素与其他胰岛素或口服药联合方案在中青年且生活作息不规律的2型糖尿病患者中的应用, 为此类患者提供了一种有效的治疗方案, 同时强调了个体化治疗方案的重要性。

基于RF-FL-LightGBM算法的信用风险评估模型研究

为了解决大数据环境下高维度稀疏的客户信用特征以及样本不平衡问题,从而提高客户的信用评估准确度,论文提出了基于RF-FL-LightGBM算法的信用风险评估模型。首先利用随机森林(RF)对高维数据进行重要性排序和筛选,剔除容易引起模型过度拟合和冗余无效的特征;其次将基于Focal Loss函数改进后的二分类平衡交叉嫡损失函数(FL)作为LightGBM模型的损失函数,以此改善正负样本不平衡导致模型准确度降低的情况,从而提高模型的分类性能。使用某金融租赁公司的历史客户数据集进行实验,结果表明,RF-FL-LightGBM模型的F1值、AUC值都明显高于XGBoost和LigthGBM模型。RF-FL-LightGBM算法不仅有效处理了高维稀疏不平衡样本数据,还提高了客户属性的分类精确度且执行效率更高。

纳米纤维复合材料因具有高孔隙率、高比表面积以及多样化的组成和结构可设计性被广泛应用于锂硫电池、锂空电池等新型锂金属电池储能体系中.电池的电化学性能主要依赖于充放电反应中的离子传输过程,而纳米纤维的结构形态以及表/界面性质对于离子传输动力学具有重要影响.因此,本文针对新型储能电池应用中离子传输动力学缓慢、中间产物如多硫阴离子等易穿梭,以及负极枝晶生长等关键科学与技术问题,综述了纳米纤维复合材料的创新性设计和制备方法;进一步结合本课题组近期工作重点,阐述了纳米纤维复合材料的组成与结构调控对锂电池中离子传输动力学的优化作用;最后,总结了纳米纤维复合材料在锂电池正负极、隔膜、电解质等领域的应用进展,并讨论了其在新型储能设备领域的挑战和未来发展前景.
