The scalar-free black hole could be unstable against the scalar field perturbation when it is coupled to a Gauss–Bonnet(GB)invariant in a special *** is known that the tachyonic instability in this scenario is triggered by the sufficiently strong GB *** this paper,we focus on the time domain analysis of massive scalar field perturbation around the Schwarzschild de-Sitter black hole in Einstein-scalar–Gauss–Bonnet *** analyzing the scalar field propagation,we find that the scalar field will finally grow when the GB coupling is large *** could lead to the instability of the background black ***,we demonstrate how the mass of the scalar field and the GB coupling strength affect the onset of tachyonic instability.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Pai-Neng-Da Capsule(panaxadiol saponins component,PNDC)in combination with the cyclosporine and androgen for patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods:A total of 79 CAA patients was randomly divided into 2 groups by a random number table,including PCA group[43 cases,orally PNDC 320 mg/d plus cyclosporine 5 mg/(kg·d)plus andriol 80 mg/d]and CA group[36 cases,orally cyclosporine 5 mg/(kg·d)plus andriol 160 mg/d].All patients were treated and followed-up for 6 treatment courses over 24 *** complete blood counts,score of Chinese medical(CM)symptoms were assessed and urine routine,electrocardiogram,hepatic and renal function were observed for safety *** masculinization rating scale was established according to the actual clinical manifestations to evaluate the accurate degree of masculinization in female CAA patients treated by ***:The effective rates were 88.1%(37/42)in the PCA group and 77.8%(28/36)in the CA group based on the standard for the therapeutic efficacy evaluation of *** was no significant difference in the white blood cell(WBC)counts,platelet counts and hemoglobin concentration of peripheral blood between two groups after 6 months *** masculinization score of female patient in the PCA group was significantly lower than the CA group(P<0.05).The mild abdominal distention was observed in 1 case in the PCA *** CA group,the abnormalities in the hepatic function developed in 2 cases and the renal disfunction was found in 1 ***:The PNDC possesses certain curative effects in the treatment of CAA without obvious side-effects and can partially replace andriol thereby to reduce the degree of masculinization[Registried at Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(ChicTR1900028153)].

本研究成功开发了小麦中铅的免疫层析荧光定量检测卡。该检测卡基于竞争抑制免疫层析原理,使用铕纳米微球作为荧光探针标记抗Pb-EDTA单克隆抗体,构建了一套免疫层析定量分析体系。研究结果显示:铅的灵敏度为0.48 ng/mL,检出限和定量限分别为10.18μg/kg和25.48μg/kg;对认证标准物质的测定回收率为86.6%~110%;精密度结果显示变异系数(CV)均在15%以下。此外,通过层析卡得到的检测结果与ICP-MS方法所得结果间无显著性差异,验证了该方法的准确性与可靠性。

Adsorption behaviour of molecular sieve and activated carbon for CO_(2) adsorption at cold temperatures

At present,insufficient works have provided insights into the application of adsorption to remove CO_(2) in flue gas below room temperatures under ambient *** this work,the effects of temperature,CO_(2) partial pressure and moisture on dynamic adsorption characteristics for CO_(2) are conducted for various *** on our findings,lower the adsorbing temperature can drastically enhance the adsorption of carbon dioxide over molecular sieves and activated *** various adsorbents,13X molecular sieve shows highest adsorption *** a concentration of 10%CO_(2) in flue gas,the specific adsorption capacity of CO_(2) over 13X molecular sieve is 0.11,2.54 and 5.38 mmol/g at 80℃,0℃ and -80℃,*** addition,the partial pressure of CO_(2) also has a significant impact on the adsorption *** the increment of the concentration of CO_(2) from 1%to 10% under 0℃,the specific capacity of 13X molecular sieve increases from 1.212 mmol/g to 2.538 mmol/*** vapor in flue gas can not only reduce the specific adsorption capacity of CO_(2) due to competing adsorption,but also increase the heat penalty of molecular sieve regeneration due to the water *** overall analysis is conducted on the energy penalty of capture 1 ton CO_(2) at various adsorption temperatures between -80℃ and 80℃,considering both the heat penalty of molecular sieve regeneration as well as the energy penalty for cooling the *** is found that the lowest energy penalty is about 2.01 GJ/ton CO_(2) when the adsorption is conducted at 0℃.

Ferroelectric-semiconductor heterostructures offer an alternative strategy to manipulate polarization towards advanced devices with engineered functionality and improved *** this work,we report on the heteroepitaxial construction,band structure alignment and polarization engineering of the single-phasedκ-Ga_(2)O_(3)/GaN ferroelectric/polar heterojunction.A type-II band alignment is determined at theκ-Ga_(2)O_(3)/GaN polar hetero-interface,with a valence band offset of(1.74±0.1)eV and a conduction band offset of(0.29■0.1)*** the band edge discontinuity,charge dipoles induced by spontaneous polarization lead to the observed band bending with built-in potentials of 0.9 and 0.33 eV,respectively,at theκ-Ga_(2)O_(3)surface andκ-Ga_(2)O_(3)/GaN *** polarization switching properties of ferroelectricκ-Ga_(2)O_(3)are identified with a remanent polarization of approximately 2.7μC/cm^(2)via the direct hysteresis remanent polarization/voltage(P-V)loop *** findings allow the rational design ofκ-Ga_(2)O_(3)ferroelectric/polar heterojunction for the application of power electronic devices,advanced memories and even ultra-low loss negative capacitance transistors.

The use of supported Co-based catalysts is widespread in various catalytic reactions due to their unique *** structural sensitivity of these catalysts is closely linked to their particle size and crystal ***,comprehending the structure–activity relationship requires the development of well-defined Co-based ***,we employed a colloidal wet chemical process and a heterogeneous nucleation method to prepare well-defined Co-based catalysts supported by inert carbon *** nanospheres’surface possesses abundant functional groups that efficiently capture metal complexes and facilitate the nucleation and growth of CoO *** adjusting the Co source concentration,solvent molar ratio,and nucleation growth kinetics,we successfully prepared CoO/carbon sphere(CS)catalysts with different particle sizes and crystal *** influence of metallic face-centered cubic(fcc)-Co^(0) particle size in the range of 6.6–17.6 nm on the performance of Fischer–Tropsch synthesis(FTS)using well-defined CoO/CS catalysts has been *** result demonstrated that the turnover frequency(TOF)remained constant for CoO/CS catalysts with metallic fcc-Co^(0) particle size larger than 7.7 ***,both the selectivity and the activity changed for CoO/CS catalysts with smaller particles(<7.7 nm).Significantly,when metallic fcc-Co^(0) particle size was reduced from 17.6 to 7.7 nm,the cobalt time yield increased to 6.7μmolCO·gCo^(-1)·s^(-1),indicating improved catalytic *** the same time,the CH_(4) selectivity decreased to 4.9%,suggesting a higher preference for hydrocarbon *** findings demonstrate the importance of particle size in Co catalyzed Fischer–Tropsch *** use of well-defined CoO/CS catalysts offers valuable insights into the structure–activity relationship,leading to a better understanding of Co catalyzed Fischer–Tropsch synthesis.

Point spread function （PSF） engineering-based methods to enhance resolution and contrast of optical microscopes have experienced great achievements in the last decades. These techniques include： stimulated emis- sion depletion （STED）, time-gated STED （g-STED）, ground-state depletion microscopy （GSD）, difference confocal microscopy, fluorescence emission difference microscopy （FED）, switching laser mode （SLAM）, virtual adaptable aperture system （VAAS）, etc. Each affords unique strengths in resolution, contrast, speed and expenses. We explored how PSF engineering generally could be used to break the diffraction limitation, and concluded that the common target of PSF engineering- based methods is to get a sharper PSF. According to their common or distinctive principles to reshape the PSF, we divided all these methods into three categories, nonlinear PSF engineering, linear PSF engineering, and linear-based nonlinear PSF engineering and expounded these methods in classification. Nonlinear effect and linear subtraction is the core techniques described in this paper from the perspective of PSF reconstruction. By comparison, we emphasized each method＇s strengths, weaknesses and biologic applications. In the end, we promote an expecta- tion of prospective developing trend for PSF engineering.

The insulin-like growth factor type 1 receptor(IGF-IR)belongs to the tyrosine kinase(TK)receptor *** being mitogenic,IGF-IR plays a crucial role in cell survival,transformation andmaintenance of the malignant *** this study,we cloned the cDNA from the hypothalamus of theorange-spotted grouper(Epinephelus coioides)using reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR)and the rapidamplification of cDNA ends(RACE)*** deduced amino acid sequence showed that the receptorcomprises 1413 amino acid *** contains cysteine-rich domains in its α-subunit,and a conservedtransmembrane domain and TK domains in its β-*** of the amino acid sequence withthose of other species showed that the grouper IGF-IR shares 90.2%,89.6%,71.9% and 72% similaritywith the IGF-IR of the Japanese flounder,turbot,zebrafish-a and zebrafish-b,*** comparedwith its mammalian homologue,grouper IGF-IR contains a large insertion at its *** has revealed that the grouper IGF-IR belongs to the b-type IGF-IRs and has a higher similarity withflounder and turbot IGF-IR,and a lower similarity(<70%)with human,mouse and avian ***-IR transcripts were detected in the brain,peripheral tissues,embryos and early development larvae bysemi-quantitative RT-PCR *** was observed that IGF-IR mRNA expression was greater in the brainthan in peripheral *** level of IGF-IR mRNA expression was much higher in retina,gonad,skeletalmuscle and gill tissues than in liver,heart and thymus *** expression of IGF-IR can be visualizedas a ubiquitous signal in unfertilized eggs,embryos and early development *** distribution pattern ofIGF-IR mRNA in grouper development suggests that IGF-IR plays an important role in the embryo andearly larval development stages.
