Orthogonal time-frequency space(OTFS)is a new modulation technique proposed in recent years for high Doppler wireless *** solve the parameter estimation problem of the OTFS-integrated radar and communications system,we propose a parameter estimation method based on sparse reconstruction preprocessing to reduce the computational effort of the traditional weighted subspace fitting(WSF)***,an OTFS-integrated echo signal model is ***,the echo signal is transformed to the time domain to separate the target angle from the range,and the range and angle of the detected target are coarsely estimated by using the sparse reconstruction ***,the WSF algorithm is used to refine the search with the coarse estimate at the center to obtain an accurate *** simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed parameterestimation algorithm.

In this paper,we present a novel and robust nonlinear precoding(NLP)design and detection structure specifically tailored for multiple-input multipleoutput space division multiple access(MIMO-SDMA)systems toward 6G *** approach aims to effectively mitigate the impact of imperfect channel estimation by leveraging the channel fluctuation mean square error(MSE)for reconstructing a highly accurate precoding matrix at the ***,we introduce a simplified receiver structure that eliminates the need for equalization,resulting in reduced interference and notable enhancements in overall system *** conduct both computer simulations and experimental tests to validate the efficacy of our proposed *** results reveals that the proposed NLP scheme offers significant performance improvements,making it particularly well-suited for the forthcoming 6G wireless.

It is challenging for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs)to achieve comparable low-temperature(low-T)performance due to the easy-frozen electrolyte and severe Zn ***,an aqueous electrolyte with a low freezing point and high ionic conductivity is *** with molecular dynamics simulation and multi-scale interface analysis(time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry threedimensional mapping and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method),the temperature independence of the V_(2)O_(5)cathode and Zn anode is observed to be ***,dominated by the solvent structure of the designed electrolyte at low temperatures,vanadium dissolution/shuttle is significantly inhibited,and the zinc dendrites caused by this electrochemical crosstalk are greatly relieved,thus showing an abnormal temperature inversion *** the disclosure and improvement of the above phenomena,the designed Zn||V_(2)O_(5)full cell delivers superior low-T performance,maintaining almost 99%capacity retention after 9500 cycles(working more than 2500 h)at-20°*** work proposes a kind of electrolyte suitable for low-T ZIBs and reveals the inverse temperature dependence of the Zn anode,which might offer a novel perspective for the investigation of low-T aqueous battery systems.

准确的干旱预测对于减轻或规避干旱对区域粮食生产和水资源配置的不利影响至关重要。大气环流因子可能会通过遥相关影响农业干旱的发生、发展和传递过程,在干旱预测模型中引入大气环流因子是否会改善农业干旱的预测性能尚不明晰。该研究以农业干旱、高温和大气环流因子为预测因子,在不同预见期(1、12、24、36、48个月)下采用Meta-Gaussian(MG)模型预测黄河流域典型年份的农业干旱事件,通过纳什效率系数(Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient,NSE)和均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)探究在MG模型中引入大气环流因子对农业干旱预测性能的影响。结果表明:大气环流因子中12个月时间尺度的标准化西太平洋副高强度指数(standardized western Pacific subtropical high intensity index,SWPSHI)与农业干旱相关性最为显著;以典型年2014年8月份为例发现MG模型预测值受预见期长度、预测因子影响较大;相比于单因子预测,引入大气环流因子的MG模型的评价指标NSE和RMSE改善网格占比最高达46%,空间上在内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃、陕西等省区1 a以上预见期明显改善,而考虑大气环流因子和高温的MG模型进一步提升了模型的预测性能,扩大了网格占比。因此在上述省区干旱预测时需考虑大气环流因子的影响。

Promoting the coupling coordination development of port and its hinterland city environments is an important way to improve urban economic *** on relevant data of 13 coastal port cities in eastern China from 2000 to 2018,this study explores the coupling coordination development of port and city environments and its impact on urban economic competitiveness by constructing the coupling coordination degree model and the panel threshold *** research results show that:(1)In terms of the coupling coordination development of port and city environments,most coastal ports and their hinterland cities are in a state of moderate or serious ***,the degree of coupling coordination of port and city environments needs to be further improved;(2)The coupling coordination degree of port and city environments has a significant impact on urban economic competitiveness,and this effect gradually increases with the development of the ports and the urban *** the variables that impact the urban economic competitiveness,fixed assets investment and foreign trade are significant factors that can enhance urban economic competitiveness.(3)At present,there is a“U-shaped”relationship between the coupling coordination degree of port-city environments and the urban economic *** relationship lies on the right side of the inflection point of the“U-shaped”***,following the concept of assigning priority to ecological development,expanding fixed assets investment and actively developing foreign trade can further enhance the urban economic competitiveness.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is capable of synthesizing EPA and DHA in vivo， but the conversion rate is hard to meet the body's need for rapid DHA supplementation. Studies have shown that fucoxanthin can increase DHA content in the liver of mice， but the mechanism is not clear. Moreover， the effect of fucoxanthin and its metabolite fucoxanthinol on the chain lengthening reaction of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) is little studied. In this study， the effects of fucoxanthin and fucoxanthinol on the chain elongation of n-3 and n-6 series PUFAs were investigated in mice. Results showed that fucoxanthin and fucoxanthinol significantly increased the conversion of n-3 series ALA to DHA and n-6 series LA to AA in the serum， liver， small intestine， and heart of mice. In addition， fucoxanthin accelerated the rate of DHA supplementation by ALA in the brain. Further mechanistic studies revealed that the role of fucoxanthin in promoting PUFAs conversion was not regulated at transcriptional level， but by increasing the activity of fatty acid desaturase 2 (FADS2)， a key enzyme of chain elongation reaction of n-3 and n-6 PUFAs. This study fundamentally provided theoretical bases for a new strategy of dietary supplementation of n-3 and n-6 PUFAs.

构建装备制造业颠覆性创新生态系统理论模型,并遵循“政策工具-作用效果-政策评价”框架,基于政策文本分析结果构建PMC指数模型,对筛选出的15份政策样本进行量化评价。研究发现:相关政策涉及7类政策工具,以供给面与环境面政策工具为主,作用于颠覆性技术创新、商业模式创新、系统内部协同和系统外部开放四个维度;政策总体虽基本满足系统构建与发展需要,但也存在政策类型单一、缺乏中长期规划、颠覆性创新专项政策缺失等呕需解决的问题。

Background Growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)is a stress response protein and is related to cardiovascular diseases(CVD).This study aimed to investigate the association between GDF-15 and pre-eclampsia(PE).Method The study involved 299 pregnant women,out of which 236 had normal pregnancies,while 63 participants had *** serum levels of GDF-15 were measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits and then translated into multiple of median(MOM)to avoid the influence of gestational week at blood *** models were performed to estimate the association between GDF-15 MOM and PE,presenting as odd ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Results MOM of GDF-15 in PE participants was higher compared with controls(1.588 vs.1.000,p1)had a 4.74-fold(95%CI=2.23–10.08,p<0.001)increased risk of PE,adjusted by age,preconceptional body mass index,gravidity,and *** These results demonstrated that higher levels of serum GDF-15 were associated with ***-15 may serve as a biomarker for diagnosing PE.
