MeshCNN-based BREP to CSG conversion algorithm for 3D CAD models and its application

In the field of neutronics analysis, it is imperative to develop computer-aided modeling technology for Monte Carlo codes to address the increasing complexity of reactor core components by converting 3D CAD model(boundary representation, BREP) to MC model(constructive solid geometry, CSG). Separation-based conversion from BREP to CSG is widely used in computer-aided modeling MC codes because of its high efficiency, reliability, and easy implementation. However, the current separation-based BREP-CSG conversion is poor for processing complex CAD models, and it is necessary to divide a complex model into several simple models before applying the separation-based conversion algorithm, which is time-consuming and tedious. To avoid manual segmentation, this study proposed a MeshCNN-based 3D-shape segmentation algorithm to automatically separate a complex model. The proposed 3D-shape segmentation algorithm was combined with separation-based BREP-CSG conversion algorithms to directly convert complex *** proposed algorithm was integrated into the computeraided modeling software cosVMPT and validated using the Chinese fusion engineering testing reactor model. The results demonstrate that the MeshCNN-based BREP-CSG conversion algorithm has a better performance and higher efficiency, particularly in terms of CPU time, and the conversion result is more intuitive and consistent with the intention of the modeler.

Pyrite-hydrocarbon Interaction under Hydrothermal Conditions: an Alternative Origin of H_2S and Organic Sulfur Compounds in Sedimentary Environments

Sulfate rocks and organic sulfur from sedimentary organic matter are conventionally assumed as the original sulfur sources for hydrogen sulfide （H2S） in oil and gas reservoirs. However, a few recent experiments preliminarily indicate that the association of pyrite and hydrocarbons may also have implications for H2S generation, in which water effects and natural controls on the evolution of pyrite sulfur into OSCs and H2S have not been evaluated. In this study, laboratory experiments were conducted from 200 to 450°C to investigate chemical interactions between pyrite and hydrocarbons under hydrothermal conditions. Based on the experimental results, preliminary mechanism and geochemical implications were tentatively discussed. Results of the experiments showed that decomposition of pyrite produced H2S and thiophenes at as low as 330°C in the presence of water and n-pentane. High concentrations of H2S were generated above 450°C under closed pyrolysis conditions no matter whether there is water in the designed experiments. However, much more organic sulfur compounds （OSCs） were formed in the hydrous pyrolysis than in anhydrous pyrolysis. Generally, most of sulfur liberated from pyrite at elevated temperatures was converted to H2S. Water was beneficial to breakdown of pyrite and to decomposition of alkanes into olefins but not essential to formation of large amounts of H2S, given the main hydrogen source derived from hydrocarbons. In addition, cracking of pyrite in the presence of 1-octene under hydrous conditions was found to proceed at 200°C, producing thiols and alkyl sulfides. Unsaturated hydrocarbons would be more reactive intermediates involved in the breakdown of pyrite than alkanes. The geochemistry of OSCs is actually controlled by various geochemical factors such as thermal maturity and the carbon chain length of the alkanes. Commercial aircraft crews have experienced a trend from five-person crew to dual-pilot *** from both technological and market demands,Single Pilot Operations(SPO)is considered an important development direction in modern aviation *** this paper,starting from Dual-Pilot Operations(DPO),the piloting process,decision-making process and decisionmaking mode of DPO for commercial aircraft are studied to obtain the operational requirements of ***,based on above analysis,the operational mechanism of SPO is studied and the core technology of SPO mode is ***,a new closed frequent bicluster mining algorithm named FsCluster is proposed for the optimization of the SPO model,and the other efficient bicluster mining algorithm named TsCluster is proposed for the analysis and verification of the SPO ***,a typical flight phase scenario is modelled by Magic System of System,and combined with the proposed algorithms for analysis and verification to determine whether the SPO mode can meet the DPO requirements.

From birth to adulthood,we often align our behaviors,attitudes,and opinions with a majority,a phenomenon known as social conformity.A seminal framework has proposed that conformity behaviors are mainly driven by three fundamental motives:a desire to gain more information to be accurate,to obtain social approval from others,and to maintain a favorable *** extensive interest in neuroimaging investigation of social conformity,the relationship between brain systems and these fundamental motivations has yet to be ***,we reviewed brain imaging findings of social conformity with a componential framework,aiming to reveal the neuropsychological substrates underlying different conformity ***,information-seeking engages the evaluation of social information,information integration,and modification of task-related activity,corresponding to brain networks implicated in reward,cognitive control,and tasks at ***,social acceptance involves the anticipation of social acceptance or rejection and mental state attribution,mediated by networks of reward,punishment,and ***,self-enhancement entails the excessive representation of positive self-related information and suppression of negative self-related information,ingroup favoritism and/or outgroup derogation,and elaborated mentalizing processes to the ingroup,supported by brain systems of reward,punishment,and ***,recent brain imaging studies have provided important insights into the fundamental motivations of social conformity in terms of component processes and brain mechanisms.

NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DRAGREDUCING SURFACE OF A REAL SHARK SKIN

It is well known that shark skin surface can effectively inhabit the occurrence of turbulence and reduce the wall friction, but in order to understand the mechanism of drag reduction, one has to solve the problem of the turbulent flow on grooved-scale surface, and in that respect, the direct numerical simulation is an important tool. In this article, based on the real biological shark skin, the model of real shark skin is built through high-accurate scanning and data processing. The turbulent flow on a real shark skin is comprehensively simulated, and based on the simulation, the drag reduction mechanism is discussed. In addition, in order to validate the drag-reducing effect of shark skin surface, actual experiments were carried out in water tunnel, and the experimental results are approximately consistent with the numerical simulation.

DFCluster:An efficient algorithm to mine maximal differential biclusters for single pilot operations task synthesis safety analysis

With the continuous advancement of the avionics system,crew members are correspondingly reduced,and Single Pilot Operations(SPO)has attracted widespread attention from *** meet the flight requirements in SPO mode,it is necessary to further strengthen air-ground coordination system integration,but at the same time,there will be some safety issues caused by resource integration,function fusion,and task *** at the safety problems caused by task synthesis,an efficient differential bicluster mining algorithm--DFCluster algorithm is proposed in this paper to discover potential hazardous elements or propagation mechanisms through mining the resource-function *** mine efficiently,several pruning techniques are designed for generating maximal biclusters without candidate *** experimental results show that the DFCluster algorithm is more efficient than the existing differential biclustering algorithms under different scales of artificial datasets and public ***,a typical flight scenario is designed based on SPO air-ground collaborative system architecture,and combined with our proposed DFCluster algorithm for task synthesis safety *** on the mining results,the SPO airground collaborative system architecture is modified,which ultimately improves the safety of the SPO system.

Fairness is a fundamental value in human societies,with individuals concerned about unfairness both to themselves and to ***,an enduring debate focuses on whether self-unfairness and other-unfairness elicit shared or distinct neuropsychological *** address this,we combined a three-person ultimatum game with computational modeling and advanced neuroimaging analysis techniques to unravel the behavioral,cognitive,and neural patterns underlying unfairness to self and *** behavioral and computational results reveal a heightened concern among participants for self-unfairness over ***,self-unfairness consistently activates brain regions such as the anterior insula,dorsal anterior cingulate cortex,and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,spanning various spatial scales that encompass univariate activation,local multivariate patterns,and whole-brain multivariate *** regions are well-established in their association with emotional and cognitive processes relevant to fairness-based ***,other-unfairness primarily engages the middle occipital ***,our findings robustly support distinct neurocomputational signatures between self-unfairness and other-unfairness.

Power allocation in cooperative MIMO systems under individual power constraints

allocation （PA） plays an important role in capacity improvement for cooperative multiple-input multipleoutput （Co-MIMO） systems. Many contributions consider a total power constraint （TPC） on the sum of transmit power from all nodes in addressing PA problem. However, in practical implementations, each transmit node is equipped with its own power amplifier and is limited by individual power constraint （IPC）. Hence these PA methods under TPC are not realizable in practical systems. Meanwhile, the PA problem under IPC is essential, but it has not been studied. This paper extends the traditional non-cooperative water-filling PA algorithm to IPC-based Co-MIMO systems. Moreover, the PA matrix is derived based on the compound channel matrix from all the cooperative nodes to the user. Therefore, the cooperative gain of the IPC-based Co-MIMO systems is fully exploited, and further the maximal instantaneous capacity is achieved. Numerical simulations validate that, under the same IPC conditions, the proposed PA scheme considerably outperforms the non-cooperative water-filling PA and uniform PA design in terms of ergodic capacity.

A keyed-hashing based self-synchronization mechanism for port address hopping communication

Port address hopping(PAH) communication is a powerful network moving target defense(MTD)mechanism. It was inspired by frequency hopping in wireless communications. One of the critical and difficult issues with PAH is synchronization. Existing schemes usually provide hops for each session lasting only a few seconds/minutes, making them easily influenced by network events such as transmission delays, traffic jams, packet dropouts, reordering, and retransmission. To address these problems, in this paper we propose a novel selfsynchronization scheme, called ‘keyed-hashing based self-synchronization(KHSS)'. The proposed method generates the message authentication code(MAC) based on the hash based MAC(HMAC), which is then further used as the synchronization information for port address encoding and decoding. Providing the PAH communication system with one-packet-one-hopping and invisible message authentication abilities enables both clients and servers to constantly change their identities as well as perform message authentication over unreliable communication mediums without synchronization and authentication information transmissions. Theoretical analysis and simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method is effective in defending against man-in-the-middle(MITM) attacks and network scanning. It significantly outperforms existing schemes in terms of both security and hopping efficiency.
