中国中药资源出口贸易潜力——基于扩展引力模型的实证分析

采用2002—2022年中国与40个中药资源进口国的贸易数据,分析了中国中药资源贸易现状与特征,运用扩展引力模型研究了中国中药资源出口流量的影响因素和潜力。中国经济规模、中医文化海外传播、固定贸易成本、文化距离和区域贸易协定均对中国中药资源出口贸易有显著正向影响,而中国人口规模和可变贸易成本则对中药资源出口贸易有显著负向影响。中国与大部分中药资源进口国贸易潜力属于潜力巨大型,合作空间大。基于实证结果,为发挥中国中药资源出口贸易潜力,从加强文化交流、提高贸易便利化水平、加快推进自由贸易协定战略、利用孔子学院扩大中医药文化宣传、因地制宜制定出口策略5个方面提出政策建议。

为研究宏观政策环境波动对微观企业行为的影响,对央地产业政策协同与农业企业专用性投资的关系进行探讨。以2008-2022年我国沪深A股上市的农林牧渔行业企业为样本,对中央层面和地方省级层面产业政策进行文本量化,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测度央地产业政策协同水平,结合农业上市企业数据,采用普通最小二乘法进行实证检验。结果表明:1)央地产业政策协同促进了农业企业专用性投资。2)央地产业政策协同通过提高企业风险承担能力、降低现金持有和缓解融资约束,促进了农业企业专用性投资。3)相比于央地选择性产业政策协同,央地功能性产业政策协同对农业企业专用性投资具有更强的促进效果;相比于国有和处在低市场化地区的农业企业,民营和处在高市场化地区的农业企业更容易受到央地产业政策协同对专用性投资的激励作用。因此,产业政策的制定和执行要注重协同性,地方政府应与中央政策保持一致,缓解央地政策间相互冲突、不协调等问题,从而降低企业的不确定性预期,促进企业投资。

Maximum likelihood(ML) noncoherent block detection techniques are investigated for block-coded MPSK modulation in cooperative decode-and-forward relay systems over slow fading channels.A decision-directed iterative Viterbi algorithm(IVA) is derived for a suboptimal ML noncoherent detection.Simulation results show that the IVA can approach the error performances of the exhaustive detection method but at a lower complexity.

本文研究了在毫微微蜂窝网络(femtocell network,FN)中,协同双小区系统的非正交多址接入(non-orthogonal multiple access,NOMA)与无线携能通信(simultaneous wireless information and power transfer,SWIPT)下行协作通信的中断性能,提出了一种边缘用户在邻基站及源基站随机中心用户共同协作的下行接入方案。所提方案共分为两个时隙:第一时隙内由两基站向所有用户广播叠加信号,提供中继服务的中心用户对其所接收的叠加信号逐级解码并收集能量。第二时隙,中心用户将其第一时隙内所收集的能量作为额外功率资源,在优先保证自身通信质量的前提下对成功解码的边缘用户信息进行再编码转发。基于空间均质泊松点过程(Poisson point process,PPP)中心用户的位置模型,推导了中心用户与边缘用户平均中断概率的表达式,进行了蒙特卡罗仿真验证,同时分析了各仿真参数(中心用户分布半径、用户阈值速率、路径损耗指数等)与中心用户、边缘用户平均中断概率的关系。结果表明:所提方案可以改善边缘用户的下行接入中断性能和系统吞吐量。

The electronic properties of Cu-doped lithium niobate(LiNbO_(3))systems are investigated by first-principles calculations.In this work,we focus on substitutionally Cu→Li-doped LiNbO_(3) system with cuprous and cupric doping,which corresponds to the Li_(5/6)Cu_(1/6)NbO_(3) and Li_(4/6)Cu_(1/6)NbO_(3)[abbreviated as(Li,Cu Ⅰ)NbO_(3) and(Li,Cu Ⅱ)NbO_(3)].The density functional theory(DFT)calculations show that the electronic property of LiNbO_(3) is completely different from(Li,Cu Ⅰ)NbO_(3) and(Li,Cu Ⅱ)NbO_(3).The calculated band structure and density of state(DOS)of(Li,Cu Ⅰ)NbO_(3) show a small band gap of 1.34 eV and the top of valance band(VB)is completely composed of a doping energy level originating from Cu 3d filled orbital.However,the calculated band structure and DOS of(Li,Cu Ⅱ)NbO_(3) show a relatively large band gap of 2.22 eV and the top of VB is mainly composed of Cu 3d unfilled orbital and O 2p orbital.

超低场磁共振成像(ULF-MRI)设备具有成本低、质量轻、体积小等优点,在特殊领域的应用需求越来越大,如移动磁共振成像救护车、床旁监护、偏远地区等。但由于其磁场强度低,导致信噪比也较低,图像分辨率差,因此提升信噪比对促进ULF-MRI技术的发展具有重要意义。该文基于低频表面超材料的特性,提出一种电感-电容谐振阵列,用来提升ULF-MRI的信噪比。首先,建立了等效电路模型来评估磁场增强效果;其次,利用部分元等效电路法计算射频线圈的等效电阻和信噪比,根据成像要求设计优化谐振线圈结构,并提出考虑谐振耦合的匹配方法和线圈阵列的解耦方法。最后,利用自主研发的54.6 mT的ULF-MRI系统(工作频率:2.32 MHz)进行成像实验,图像信噪比得到显著提高。

Empirical study on market concentration rate and market performance of China's Swine Industry indicates that higher market concentration rate brings higher overall performance of swine industry. There exists no obvious causal relation between market concentration rate and market performance,but market performance is highly correlated with market concentration rate. The improvement in performance of swine industry is dependent on further optimization of market concentration rate and other factors.

In the transitional period of " new normal",the target price is put forward to deepen the reform system of agricultural product price. Egg is the main agricultural product and its price has fluctuated violently in recent years. Setting up a target price for egg will reduce the price fluctuations. This article brings up a three-step agricultural price forecasting model based on EEMD and applies it to the analysis of egg price. It shows that the upward trend can be divided into three stages,and the fluctuation is greater than that of food consumer price in the foreseeable future. The volatility of egg price is bad for the development of the fresh market and stable life of the residents. This article finally puts forward some recommendations.
