旅游直播自兴起以来,越来越重视内容输出,希望通过传递丰富而又全面的信息来吸引旅游消费者。然而,过于全面的旅游信息反而会降低旅游目的地的可探索性,对旅游消费者的实地旅游意愿带来负面作用。鉴于此,文章基于媒介丰富性理论,采用混合方法,通过17份质性访谈数据(研究一)和520份问卷数据(研究二),分析了旅游直播信息丰富度对旅游消费者实地旅游意愿的影响机制。结果表明:(1)旅游直播在时间特征、传播渠道、交互特征及个性化信息提供方面表现出比其他社交媒体更强的信息丰富度;(2)旅游直播信息丰富度能够正向影响旅游消费者实地旅游意愿与感知全面性;(3)感知全面性与旅游消费者实地旅游意愿间呈倒U型曲线关系,且在旅游直播信息丰富度与实地旅游意愿之间发挥瞬时中介作用;(4)目的地兴趣调节了上述倒U型曲线关系,目的地兴趣越强,曲线越趋于平缓。研究结果拓展了旅游直播影响旅游消费者实地出游意愿的探索视角,同时为旅游直播内容营销实践提供了参考。

循环肿瘤DNA(circulating tumor DNA,ctDNA)来源于患者体内的肿瘤细胞,可以综合地反映肿瘤患者体内的肿瘤负荷,相较于单个部位的肿瘤组织活检取样偏差,血浆ctDNA可以即时反映患者体内的整体分子改变情况。目前检测ctDNA突变有两种常见方法,一种是在无肿瘤组织的情况下用高频突变基因探针进行靶向捕获,分析ctDNA突变,另一种是对肿瘤组织测序后,选取多个突变位点,定制个体化检测试剂盒,追踪ctDNA突变以评估突变负荷,即肿瘤特异性突变检测。ctDNA检测在胃癌的早期诊断、疗效评估和预后预测方面发挥重要的作用,一方面可以利用胃癌患者的ctDNA特征进行胃癌诊断,另一方面是通过检测ctDNA突变评估患者体内的微小残留病灶,预测患者的复发和预后以及对患者进行分层,筛选出需要进行后续治疗的患者等。综上所述,本文将对ctDNA检测在胃癌诊断和疗效预测中的应用作一概述。

Human pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(PanNETs)are a rare,deadly tumor type that is sporadic or arises in the background of a hereditary syndrome.A critical genetic event in sporadic tumors is inactivation of the gene menin 1(MEN1)on chromosome 11,and indeed,PanNETs occur in patients with the hereditary syndrome multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1(MEN1)due to germline mutations in the ***,we review the recent progress in the field of molecular genetics and therapeutic targets of *** key genomic alterations,including MEN1,ATRX/DAXX,mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),DNA damage and repair associated genes,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR)and SSTRs,and epigenetic aberrations in PanNETs are *** addition,the commonly used preclinical models for PanNETs are enumerated.

目的构建三级综合医院急诊科护士置信职业行为指标并进行初步验证,为评价三级综合医院急诊科护士岗位胜任力提供参考。方法通过文献研究、研究小组会议及专家咨询法确定急诊科护士置信职业行为指标,并于2022年5月使用三级综合医院急诊科护士置信职业行为评价指标满意度问卷对无锡市某三级综合医院40名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,以初步验证指标的应用效果。结果对21名专家进行2轮咨询,咨询问卷的有效回收率均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.881、0.898;肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.509、0.535(P<0.01),最终形成了18个三级综合医院急诊科护士置信职业行为指标条目及说明,并确定各指标在不同年限的预期置信级别。急诊科护士对置信职业行为评价指标较满意,满意度得分为(22.25±3.04)分。结论该研究形成的三级综合医院急诊科护士置信职业行为指标具有科学性和实用性,可为评价三级综合医院急诊科护士岗位胜任力提供参考。

Laboratory research and pharmacoepidemiology provide support for metformin as a potential antitumor ***,the lack of a clear understanding of the indications of metformin limits its ***,we performed a genome-wide CRISPR knockout negative screen to identify potential targets that might synergize with ***-generation sequencing of pooled genomic DNAs isolated from surviving cells after 18 days of metformin treatment(T18)compared to those of the untreated cells at day 0(T0)yielded candidate *** of a group of cyclin-dependent kinases(CDKs),including CDK1,CDK4,and CDK6,confirmed the results of the *** treatment of the CDKs inhibitor abemaciclib with metformin profoundly inhibited tumor viability in vitro and in *** cell cycle parameters were not further altered under the combination treatment,investigation of the metabolome revealed significant changes in cell metabolism,especially with regard to fatty acid oxidation,the tricarboxylic acid cycle and aspartate *** changes appeared to be mediated through inhibition of the mTOR ***,our study suggests that the combination of CDKs inhibitor with metformin could be recognized as a potential therapy in future clinical applications.
