The large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm(LSMOA),based on the grouping of decision variables,is an advanced method for handling high-dimensional decision ***,in practical problems,the interaction among decision variables is intricate,leading to large group sizes and suboptimal optimization effects;hence a large-scale multi-objective optimization algorithm based on weighted overlapping grouping of decision variables(MOEAWOD)is proposed in this ***,the decision variables are perturbed and categorized into convergence and diversity variables;subsequently,the convergence variables are subdivided into groups based on the interactions among different decision *** the size of a group surpasses the set threshold,that group undergoes a process of weighting and overlapping ***,the interaction strength is evaluated based on the interaction frequency and number of objectives among various decision *** decision variable with the highest interaction in the group is identified and disregarded,and the remaining variables are then reclassified into ***,the decision variable with the strongest interaction is added to each *** minimizes the interactivity between different groups and maximizes the interactivity of decision variables within groups,which contributed to the optimized direction of convergence and diversity exploration with different *** was subjected to testing on 18 benchmark large-scale optimization problems,and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our *** with the other algorithms,our method is still at an advantage.

为了增强电动汽车电池调度的合理性,在集中型充电站换电模式下,结合集中型充电站、配送站和换电站,分析电池的联合调度问题。首先,考虑充电成本、充电负荷、运输成本和时间成本,提出了一种集中型充电站换电模式高维多目标优化调度模型。然后,采用非支配排序遗传算法-Ⅲ(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅲ,NSGA-Ⅲ)对该调度模型进行优化。同时,根据实际调度问题,对NSGA-Ⅲ的交叉和变异方式进行改进。最后,通过仿真实验测试算法的性能。实验结果表明,与其他高维多目标优化算法相比,该算法在换电模式下的优化性能具有明显的优势。

为了实现电渣重熔1RK91不锈钢过程中Ti含量的精准控制,以CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)三元渣系为基础,通过向渣中添加一定量的MgO、TiO_(2)、Al进行电渣重熔试验。结果表明:在三元基础渣系中添加5%(质量分数,下同)MgO和4%TiO_(2),电渣锭Ti损失量可降低12.9%以上;添加5%MgO和0.4%Al粉时,随着渣中TiO_(2)含量的增加,电渣重熔锭Ti烧损量减小,TiO_(2)添加量达到10%时,出现烧铝增钛现象。试验确定了电渣冶炼1RK91钢的渣系调控方案,在基础渣系中添加5%MgO、7%TiO_(2)和0.4%Al粉,Ti烧损量可控制在2.5%以内,实现了Ti元素的精准控制。

Multilayer ANN indoor location system with area division in WLAN environment

А Novel AP Placement Algorithm Based on User Distribution for Indoor WLAN System

AP deployment is significant for indoor WLAN system to achieve seamless coverage. The available algorithms do not take user distribution into consideration so that poor user coverage and imbalanced network load occur. Therefore, this paper proposed a novel AP placement algorithm to bridge the AP deployment with user distribution. The proposed algorithm employs statistics theory to model the user distribution as its location and probability. Then we obtain the AP location based on the fuzzy C-clustering algorithm. The proposed algorithm is practical for implementation, which means the actual signal transmission isn't required in our proposed method. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could automatically achieve a good AP deployment with different user distribution, and provide a good performance in the maximum users and AP load balance in WLAN.

Energy Efficient Access Point Selection and Signal Projection for Accurate Indoor Positioning

We propose a method to improve positioning accuracy while reducing energy consumption in an indoor Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN) ***,we intelligently and jointly select the subset of Access Points(APs) used in positioning via Maximum Mutual Information(MMI) ***,we propose Orthogonal Locality Preserving Projection(OLPP) to reduce the redundancy among selected *** effectively extracts the intrinsic location features in situations where previous linear signal projection techniques failed to do,while maintaining computational ***,we show that the combination of AP selection and OLPP simultaneously exploits their complementary advantages while avoiding the *** results indicate that,compared with the widely used weighted K-nearest neighbor and maximum likelihood estimation method,the proposed method leads to 21.8%(0.49 m) positioning accuracy improvement,while decreasing the computation cost by 65.4%.

Triboelectric‘electrostatic tweezers'for manipulating droplets on lubricated slippery surfaces prepared by femtosecond laser processing

The use of‘Electrostatic tweezers'is a promising tool for droplet manipulation,but it faces many limitations in manipulating droplets on superhydrophobic ***,we achieve noncontact and multifunctional droplet manipulation on Nepenthes-inspired lubricated slippery surfaces via triboelectric electrostatic tweezers(TETs).The TET manipulation of droplets on a slippery surface has many advantages over electrostatic droplet manipulation on a superhydrophobic *** electrostatic field induces the redistribution of the charges inside the neutral droplet,which causes the triboelectric charged rod to drive the droplet to move forward under the electrostatic *** or negatively charged droplets can also be driven by TET based on electrostatic attraction and *** enables us to manipulate droplets under diverse conditions,including anti-gravity climb,suspended droplets,corrosive liquids,low-surface-tension liquids(*** with a surface tension of 22.3 mN·m^(-1)),different droplet volumes(from 100 nl to 0.5 ml),passing through narrow slits,sliding over damaged areas,on various solid substrates,and even droplets in an enclosed *** droplet-related applications,such as motion guidance,motion switching,droplet-based microreactions,surface cleaning,surface defogging,liquid sorting,and cell labeling,can be easily achieved with TETs.

A Resource Scheduling Scheme for Spectrum Aggregation in Cognitive Radio Based Heterogeneous Networks

In spectrum aggregation(SA), two or more component carriers(CCs) of different bandwidths in different bands can be aggregated to support wider transmission bandwidth. The current resource scheduling schemes for spectrum aggregation are not optimal or suitable for CR based heterogeneous networks(Het Nets). Consequently, the authors propose a novel resource scheduling scheme for spectrum aggregation in CR based Het Nets, termed as cognitive radio based resource scheduling(CR-RS) scheme. CR-RS has a three-level structure. Under a dynamic traffic model, an equivalent throughput of the CCs based on the knowledge of primary users(PUs) is given. On this basis, the CR users data transmission time of each CC is equal in CR-RS. The simulation results show that CR-RS has the better performance than the current resource scheduling schemes in the CR based Het Nets. Meanwhile, CR-RS is also effective in other spectrum aggregation systems which are not CR based HetNets.

Radio-map Establishment based on Fuzzy Clustering for WLAN Hybrid KNN/ANN Indoor Positioning

A novel radio-map establishment based on fuzzy clustering for hybrid K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Artifi cial Neural Network (ANN) position algorithm in WLAN indoor environment is proposed. First of all, the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is utilized for the purpose of simplifying input dimensions of position estimation algorithm and saving storage cost for the establishment of radio-map. Then, reference points (RPs) calibrated in the off-line phase are divided into separate clusters by Fuzzy C-means clustering (FCM), and membership degrees (MDs) for different clusters are also allocated to each RPs. However, the singular RPs cased by the multi-path effect signifi cantly decreases the clustering performance. Therefore, a novel radio-map establishment method is presented based on the modifi cation of signal samples recorded at singular RPs by surface fitting. In the on-line phase, the region which the mobile terminal (MT) belongs to is estimated according to the MDs firstly. Then, in estimated small dimensional regions, MT's coordinates are calculated byKNN positioning method for efficiency purpose. However, for the regions including singular RPs, ANN method is utilized because ofits great pattern matching ability. Furthermore, compared with other typical indoor positioning methods, feasibility and effectiveness of this hybrid KNN/ANN method are also verified by the experimental results in static and tracking situations.
