With the rise of the concept of the metaverse,mixed reality continues to receive keen attention from all over the *** and industry worldwide are constantly innovating the key technologies of mixed reality software and *** a long time,the field of mixed reality mainly focused on display technology,but with the increase of mixed reality applications,people gradually found that the lack of interactive technology and solutions has become a bottleneck restricting the development of mixed reality *** the mixed reality platform represented by AR/VR helmets,people cannot completely get rid of the remote control to complete human-computer interaction,which greatly limits the development of applications on *** to enable users to exchange information with computers based on the natural interaction modality has become an urgent problem to be solved.

Background Gesture is a basic interaction channel that is frequently used by humans to communicate in daily life. In this paper, we explore to use gesture-based approaches for target acquisition in virtual and augmented reality. A typical process of gesture-based target acquisition is: when a user intends to acquire a target, she performs a gesture with her hands, head or other parts of the body, the computer senses and recognizes the gesture and infers the most possible target. Methods We build mental model and behavior model of the user to study two key parts of the interaction process. Mental model describes how user thinks up a gesture for acquiring a target, and can be the intuitive mapping between gestures and targets. Behavior model describes how user moves the body parts to perform the gestures, and the relationship between the gesture that user intends to perform and signals that computer senses. Results In this paper, we present and discuss three pieces of research that focus on the mental model and behavior model of gesture-based target acquisition in VR and AR. Conclusions We show that leveraging these two models, interaction experience and performance can be improved in VR and AR environments.

With the rapid development of computer, communication, and sensing technology, our living space has been transformed from physical space into a space shared by physical space and cyberspace. In the light of this fact and based on analyzing the char- acteristics of physical and cyberspace, respectively, this paper proposed that there are dual relations be- tween physical space and cyberspace. Establishing dual relations is realized in the following two processes: the process of information extraction, analysis and structurization from physical space to cyberspace and the process of providing the information services from cyberspace to physical space by means of inferring the intention, state and demand of users, as well. HCI (Human Cyberspace Interaction) in dual space means to establish the dual relations, which embodied the human centered HCI, i.e. the interaction is carried out in the way accustomed to users and without distract- ing their attention.

Background The combination of an augmented reality(AR)headset and a smartphone can simultaneously provide a wider display and a precise touch input;it can redefine the way we use applications ***,users are deprived of such benefits owing to the independence of the two *** is a lack of intuitive and direct interactions between *** In this study,we conduct a formative investigation to understand the window management requirements and interaction preferences of using an AR headset and a smartphone simultaneously and report the insights we *** addition,we introduce an example vocabulary of window management operations in the AR headset and smartphone *** This allows users to manipulate windows in a virtual space and shift windows between devices efficiently and seamlessly.

Biofuels are the current promising alternative to fossil fuels. However, the fluctuating food prices caused by oil price led to critics to biofuels. The paper surveyed biofuels production and grain production and consumption demand, and come to the conclusion that there was a little impact of corn ethanol on international food price, and there was no impact on China’s food prices. China has launched non-food biofuels development strategy to use marginal lands for growing hard crops, such as sweet sorghum, tuber crops, and switchgrass etc. to produce biofuels without any impact on food security in the future.

China’s bioenergy industry development roadmap

In this paper, we introduce collaboration into augmented tabletop games and study how collaboration affects game experience. The tabletop serves as the public workspace while mobile phones as private ones. Besides, we propose the group workspace for collaboration by supporting communication between players via mobile phones. Based on the popular board game Monopoly, we leverage these three workspaces and design a game, named Copoly. In this game, Players can form a permanent group at the beginning, as well as temporary groups in the process. A qualitative and quantitative user study was conducted to explore the collaboration in group workspace and its effect on game experience. Results indicate that players gained a more joyful game experience through collaboration.

Positive development of renewable energy, saving and substitution of fossil energy, promotion of the energy structure adjustment are the inevitable strategy choices of China’s sustainable development. This paper discussed the China’s bioenergy resources status, development targets and technology development roadmaps. China has 136.140 million hm2 of marginal land, which distribute mainly in western and northern regions. There are 1 billion t of crop residues and forestry waste annually, and 300 million t can be used to produce different kinds of bioenergies. And organic waste and manure can generate 50 billion m3 of biogas. The discussed development target indicated that it can construct a biomass oilfield with the capacity of 100 million t/year and reduce 200 million t of CO_2 emission by 2020. The bioenergy technology development roadmap indicated that the bioethanol mainly uses non grain starch and hemicellulose products as raw materials in the near-term (2006-2010). The biodiesel technology will focus on the advanced production technology, FT diesel, liquefaction of biomass and raw material production technology.

作为第一产业的农林业是唯一的碳汇产业,具有碳减排与碳吸存双重功能,在实现国家碳中和目标中处于重要位置。农林碳中和工程是指在农田、森林和不宜农林但能生长抗逆性强的能源灌草的待开发边际性土地等3片土地上,通过科学的管理与经营,以大幅度增加碳减排与碳吸存力度的综合性工程。面积分别是1.35亿hm2、1.86亿hm2和1.44亿hm2的3片农林碳中和场具有年增汇37.4亿t二氧化碳,年增12.1亿t标煤生物质能的潜力。农林碳中和工程是集保护环境、能源换代、做强农业-乡村振兴-惠及农民于一役的国家工程,乃国之重器。
