The occurrence of ultrafiltration(UF)membrane fouling frequently hampers the sustainable advancement of UF technology.Reactive self-cleaning UF membranes can effectively alleviate the problem of membrane fouling.Nevertheless,the self-cleaning process may accelerate membrane aging.Addressing these concerns,we present an innovative design concept for composite self-healing materials based on self-cleaning UF membranes.To begin,TiO_(2)nanoparticles were incorporated into the polymer molecular structure via molecular design,resulting in the synthesis of TiO_(2)/carboxyl-polyether sulfone(PES)hybrid materials.Subsequently,the nonsolvent-induced phase inversion technique was employed to prepare a novel of UF membrane.Lastly,a polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel coating was applied to the hybrid UF membrane surface to create PVA@TiO_(2)/carboxyl-PES self-healing reactive UF membranes.By establishing a covalent bond,the TiO_(2)nanoparticles were effectively and uniformly dispersed within the UF membrane,leading to exceptional self-cleaning properties.Furthermore,the water-absorbing and swelling properties of PVA hydrogel,along with its capacity to form hydrogen bonds with water molecules,resulted in UF membranes with improved hydrophilicity and active self-healing abilities.The results demonstrated that the water contact angle of PVA@5%TiO_(2)/carboxyl-PES UF membrane was 43.1°.Following a 1-h exposure to simulated solar exposure,the water flux recovery ratio increased from 48.16%to 81.03%.Moreover,even after undergoing five cycles of 12-h simulated sunlight exposure,the UF membranes exhibited a consistent retention rate of over 97%,thus fully demonstrating their exceptional self-cleaning,antifouling,and selfhealing capabilities.We anticipate that the self-healing reactive UF membrane system will serve as a pioneering and comprehensive solution for the self-cleaning antifouling challenges encountered in UF membranes while also effectively mitigating the aging effects of reactive UF membranes.

AB_(2)-type(A=rare earth,B=transition metal)intermetallic compounds with C15 structure can easily absorb large amount of hydrogen,showing their potential use as hydrogen storage materials.The crucial problem hindering their application is hydrogen induced amorphization(HIA),which leads to the irreversible hydrogen sorption process.The stability of the AB_2 Laves phase compounds,the structural properties,the hydrogenation properties and the controlling factors of HIA are discussed in this review.Comparing with other factors,the atomic radii ratio r_A/r_B is the most important one influencing the HIA.Multi-element substitution is an efficient way to suppress or limit HIA and may enable AB_2 compounds to be suitable for hydrogen storage.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi regulate plant mineral nutrient uptake and partitioning in iron ore tailings undergoing eco-engineered pedogenesis

Excess available K and Fe in Fe ore tailings with organic matter amendment and water-deficiencies may restrain plant colonization and growth,which hinders the formation of eco-engineered soil from these tailings for sustainable and cost-effective mine site rehabilitation.Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi are widely demonstrated to assist plant growth under various unfavorable environments.However,it is still unclear whether AM symbiosis in tailings amended with different types of plant biomass and under different water conditions could overcome the surplus K and Fe stress for plants in Fe ore tailings,and if so,by what mechanisms.Here,host plants(Sorghum sp.Hybrid cv.Silk),either colonized or noncolonized by the AM fungi(Glomus spp.),were cultivated in lucerne hay(LH,C:N ratio of 18)-or sugarcane mulch(SM,C:N ratio of 78)-amended Fe ore tailings under well-watered(55%water-holding capacity(WHC)of tailings)or water-deficient(30%WHC of tailings)conditions.Root mycorrhizal colonization,plant growth,and mineral elemental uptake and partitioning were examined.Results indicated that AM fungal colonization improved plant growth in tailings amended with plant biomass under water-deficient conditions.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal colonization enhanced plant mineral element uptake,especially P,both in the LH-and SM-amended tailings regardless of water condition.Additionally,AM symbiosis development restrained the translocation of excess elements(i.e.,K and Fe)from plant roots to shoots,thereby relieving their phytotoxicity.The AM fungal roles in P uptake and excess elemental partitioning were greater in LH-amended tailings than in SM-amended tailings.Water deficiency weakened AM fungal colonization and functions in terms of mineral element uptake and partitioning.These findings highlighted the vital role AM fungi played in regulating plant growth and nutrition status in Fe ore tailings technosol,providing an important basis for involvement of AM fungi in the eco-engineered pedogenesis of Fe ore tailings.

Brand visual design is not only an essential bridge for companies to convey their ideas and values but also a key factor in shaping the brand image and enhancing market competitiveness.However,a pervasive concern has arisen in society that many recent graduates in brand design and visual design cannot immediately meet the demands of the design industry.Despite attempts by scholars to reform courses and teaching philosophies,there are still significant shortcomings and gaps.Therefore,based on market orientation and supply-demand concepts,this study collected in-depth recruitment demands for brand design from 74 companies and conducted systematic summarization and analysis.It synthesized a demand model consisting of three major modules and 55 content points required by companies for brand design students.Based on these demands,adjustments and plans were made to the curriculum content,aiming to construct a teaching system that not only meets market demands but also enhances students’comprehensive qualities.The goal is to cultivate more outstanding talents capable of quickly adapting to and excelling in brand design work.

The measurement and control of the molten steel level are studied, which affect the quality of strip surface in strip casting. A system of molten steel measurement with a CCD (Charge Coupled Devices) sensor is designed, real-time measured data are given and its precision is analyzed. The level fluctuation model is derived, and an adaptive fuzzy-PID controller with supervisory control (AFPS) is proposed. The stability of the system is proved using Lyapunov theorem, and the simulation results are given when the model, the casting speed and the roll gap change. It is suggested that this kind of coupled nonlinear and time varying system is stable and robust using the designed AFPS controller.

CRISPR technologies have revolutionized research areas ranging from fundamental science to translational medicine. CRISPR-based genetic screens offer a powerful platform for unbiased screening in various fields, such as cancer immunology. Immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)therapy has been shown to strongly affect cancer treatment. However, the currently available ICBs are limited and do not work in all cancer patients. Pooled CRISPR screens enable the identification of previously unknown immune regulators that can regulate T-cell activation,cytotoxicity, persistence, infiltration into tumors, cytokine secretion, memory formation, T-cell metabolism, and CD4+T-cell differentiation.These novel targets can be developed as new immunotherapies or used with the current ICBs as new combination therapies that may yield synergistic efficacy. Here, we review the progress made in the development of CRISPR technologies, particularly technological advances in CRISPR screens and their application in novel target identification for immunotherapy.

本文通过使用机器学习算法中Boosting回归树模型,以中国2010—2019年A股上市企业作为研究对象,探寻政府扶持和企业内部创新激励政策对企业研发活动影响情况。研究结果表明,政府扶持和企业内部激励机制均能够影响企业研发投入强度,但企业创新更依赖政府扶持,尤其是政府补贴,在企业内部创新激励政策中,普通员工晋升激励对企业研发投入影响最强。无论政府对行业扶持集中度高或低,企业研发活动都更依靠政府扶持,企业内部激励机制对其研发活动影响具有差异性,企业普通员工晋升激励和企业高管晋升激励分别在扶持集中度低和扶持集中度高的行业中影响最大。企业员工薪酬在行业处于较高水平时,政府扶持对企业研发活动影响最大,此时管理者晋升激励在企业内部激励机制中对企业研发活动影响最大。国营企业以及私营企业研发活动都更易受政府扶持影响,在企业内部激励机制中,两类企业副总裁层级晋升激励作用最强。本文研究结论丰富了政策激励企业创新的理论成果,也为今后中国企业如何独立自主创新提供指导建议。

目的分析某三甲医院眼部细菌感染病原菌分布及耐药情况,为抗生素的合理使用提供参考。方法对某三甲医院2012–2021年眼科送检样本分离出的细菌进行回顾性分析;对分离到的可疑菌株采用自动微生物鉴定及药敏分析系统及基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪进行鉴定;采用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物药敏分析系统进行药敏试验。结果共收集眼科送检细菌培养样本1556份,其中574份检出细菌生长,总阳性率为36.89%。所分离到的细菌中,革兰阳性球菌、革兰阳性杆菌、革兰阴性杆菌、革兰阴性球菌分别占比63.15%(377/597)、18.76%(112/597)、17.09%(102/597)、1.00%(6/597)。十年间不同年份分离的细菌中,革兰阳性球菌一直为眼部感染主要的致病菌。73.47%(277/377)的革兰阳性球菌分离自眼内炎患者,以表皮葡萄球菌为主,其次为草绿色链球菌,26.53%(100/377)的革兰阳性球菌分离自外眼感染患者,主要分离菌种为表皮葡萄球菌、草绿色链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。眼内炎和外眼感染耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌分离率均超过70%。未检出对万古霉素、利奈唑胺和替加环素耐药的菌株。外眼感染患者分离到的表皮葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星的耐药率(2/27,7.41%)较低,而眼内炎感染患者分离到的表皮葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星具有较高的耐药率(43/127,33.86%),两者间耐药率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论某三甲医院眼部感染细菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,表皮葡萄球菌是最常见菌种,其对苯唑西林有较高的耐药率,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺和替加环素保持高度敏感性。该医院表皮葡萄球菌导致的眼内炎可考虑采用万古霉素进行经验性治疗,再根据药敏结果调整治疗方案。但药敏试验折点的建立主要是基于血流感染的模型,眼部感染的治疗参考价值有限,需通过加大剂量或局部给药的方式才能在感染部位达到需要的药物分布浓度。

管道的附加部件导致难以使用一维模型准确描述管内流体的瞬态流动换热,本文提出将其等效为温度不同于管道的部件,按照集总参数法处理附加部件与管道的换热。本文进行温度阶跃和余弦变化工况下圆管的瞬态换热特性实验研究,并采用附加热容法仿真计算出口温度响应,结果表明:附加热容法能够显著提升计算精度,各工况下仿真结果与实验数据的平均相对误差均不超过2%。同时,本文定义平均迟滞时间量化固体热容对流体温度变化的影响。
