Hydrolysis Process of the Anticancer Agents Novel Non-classical trans-Platinum(Ⅱ) with Aliphatic Amines

The hydrolysis process of the anticancer agents novel non-classical transplatinum（ Ⅱ ） with aliphatic amines and the influence of solvent models therein have been studied by using hybrid density functional theory （B3LYP）. In this study, the stepwise hydrolysis, trans[PtCl2（Am）（isopropylamine）] ＋ 2H2O → trans-[Pt（Am）（isopropylamine）（OH2）2]^2＋＋ 2Cl^-, was explored. Implicit solvent effects were incorporated through polarized continuum models. The stationary points on the potential energy surfaces for the first and second hydrolysis steps,proceeding via a general SN2 pathway, were fully optimized and characterized. It was found that the first hydrolysis reaction is easier than the second one and the hydrolysis of trans- [PtCl2-（isopropylamine）2] is the easiest in our studying systems. The result can assist in under- tanding the hydrolysis mechanism of trans-[PtCl2（Am）（isopropylamine）] and designing novel Pt-based anticancer drugs.

Time-varying parameters estimation with adaptive neural network EKF for missile-dual control system

In this paper, a filtering method is presented to estimate time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system with tail fins and reaction jets as control variables. In this method, the long-short-term memory(LSTM) neural network is nested into the extended Kalman filter(EKF) to modify the Kalman gain such that the filtering performance is improved in the presence of large model uncertainties. To avoid the unstable network output caused by the abrupt changes of system states,an adaptive correction factor is introduced to correct the network output online. In the process of training the network, a multi-gradient descent learning mode is proposed to better fit the internal state of the system, and a rolling training is used to implement an online prediction logic. Based on the Lyapunov second method, we discuss the stability of the system, the result shows that when the training error of neural network is sufficiently small, the system is asymptotically stable. With its application to the estimation of time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system, the LSTM-EKF shows better filtering performance than the EKF and adaptive EKF(AEKF) when there exist large uncertainties in the system model.

Dose-effect correlation of chloride de-icing salt on Euonymus japonicus

In order to prevent severe pollution by de-icing salt on greenery along urban roads, a half lethal dose （LD_50）for a plant population was confirmed through stress simulation of chloride de-icing salt on Euonymus japonicus, with an ianalysis of physiological changes, statistics on mortality rate on plant populations and mathematic modeling during a 30- day subacute toxicity test. The results indicate that a significant positive correlation in the early stages and a significant negative correlation in the later stages were observed between the amount of chlorophyll a and b in plants and a cumulative dose of de-icing salt. The amounts of free proline in plants and the dose of de-icing salt were positively correlated Over the entire period. No significant correlation in the initial stage, but a significant negative correlation in later stages was observed between the soluble protein and the dose of de-icing salt. LDs0 of this chloride agent on E. japonicus is 5 kg.（L·m2）-1 over 30 days.

Clinical application of hepatic venous occlusion for hepatectomy

Background Most liver resections require clamping of the hepatic pedicle （Pringle maneuver） to avoid excessive blood loss. But Pringle maneuver can not control backflow bleeding of hepatic vein. Resection of liver tumors involving hepatic veins may cause massive hemorrhage or air embolism from the injuries of the hepatic veins. Although total hepatic vascular exclusion can prevent bleeding of the hepatic veins effectively, it also may result in systemic hemodynamic disturbance because of the inferior vena cava being clamped. Hepatic venous occlusion, a new technique, can control the inflow and outflow of the liver without clamping the vena cava. Methods A total of 71 cases of liver tumors underwent resection with occlusion of more than one of the main hepatic veins. All tumors involved the second porta hepatis and at least one main hepatic vein. ligation or occlusion with serreflnes, tourniquets and auricular clamps were used in hepatic venous occlusion. Results Of the 71 patients, ligation of the hepatic veins was used in 28 cases, occlusion with a tourniquet in 26, and occlusion with a serrefine in 17. Right hepatic veins were occluded in 38 cases, both right and middle hepatic veins in 2, the common trunk of the left and middle hepatic veins in 24, branches of the left and middle hepatic veins in 2, and all three hepatic veins in 5. Thirty-five cases underwent hemihepatic vascular occlusion, 4 alternate hemihepatic vascular occlusion, 23 portal triad clamping plus selective hepatic vein occlusion, and 9 portal triad clamping plus total hepatic vein occlusion. The third porta hepatis was isolated in 26 cases. The amount of intraoperative blood loss averaged （540±2.83）（range 100 to 1000） ml in the group of total hemihepatic vascular occlusion and in the group of alternate hemihepatic vascular occlusion, （620±317）（range 200-6000） ml in the group of portal triad clamping plus selective or total hepatic vein occlusion. All tumors were completely removed. Conclusions

Multiscale causes of the 2022 Yangtze mega-flash drought under climate change

The 2022 Yangtze mega-flash drought is characterized by strong intensity and rapid development both in time and space,accompanied by a persistent anticyclonic circulation ***,the causes of the extreme event remain elusive given the multiscale nature of *** we presented a brief overview for the oceanic and terrestrial causes of the megaflash drought during the summer of 2022,and estimated the risk in a changing *** the soil moisture percentile as the drought index,it was found that the drought expanded to the entire Yangtze River basin within two months,with 80%of basin under severe drought conditions at the end of *** the intensity and onset speed of the 2022 mega-flash drought were ranked as the first during the past 62 years,with return periods of 86 and 259 years,*** results of composite analysis showed that the spring La Ni?a can facilitate the abrupt change from a wet/normal condition in May–June to drought in July–August over the Yangtze River basin,which was beneficial for the increase of flash drought intensity and onset speed *** analysis through the linear regression also indicated that the unprecedented intensity was associated with the negative phase of the Pacific Decadal *** by a coupling strength index for soil moisture and vapor pressure deficit,it was found that there was a strong land-atmosphere coupling over the Yangtze River basin during July–August *** attribution by using CMIP6 climate models suggested that land-atmosphere coupling increased the risks of flash drought intensity and onset speed like 2022 by 61%±6%and 64%±7%under natural climate forcings,and the synergy of coupling and anthropogenic climate change would increase the risks by 75%±22%and 85%±12%.Our findings emphasized the role of landatmosphere coupling combined with anthropogenic climate change in intensifying flash droughts.

NEW METHOD OF FORMATION DESIGN FOR BOTH GMTI AND INSAR USING DISTRIBUTED SATELliTES

This letter proposes a method for designing a specific formation of satellites where the flying motion only exists in a circle orbit plane of the reference satellite, which means that the orbit eccentricity is zero. This method combines the Hill equation, the Kepler equation, and the geometrical inea^ing of orbit elements. It creates the redundancy condition to simplify the deducing process, utilizes multiple conditions to solve the orbit elements for the satellite formation, and obtains the analytical relationship of the orbit elements for the formation satellites with the formation parameters and the orbit elements of the reference satellite. Using these formulations, the orbit elements and formation parameters for the formation satellites can be solved for the given orbit elements of the reference satellite. The letter describes the proposed double-ellipse formation for both GMTI and InSAR, and the validity of the formation is demonstrated via simulation.
