The variation of 90 Laminaria gametophyte clones representing the introduced Laminaria japonica （Group 1） and Laminaria Iongissima （Group 2）, the varieties of L. japonica （Group 3） and the varieties derived from interspecific hybrids （Group 4） was determined with 18 microsatellite markers. The allelic diversity and Nei＇s gene diversity of Group 1 were significantly higher than those of Group 2 （2.9 vs. 1.8 and 0.414 vs. 0.161, respectively）, demonstrating that the variation of the introduced L. japonica is richer than that of L. Iongissima. Both allelic diversity and Nei＇s gene diversity of Group 3 were lower than those of Group 1, indicating that only a portion of variation of L. japonica was incorporated into the varieties of L. japonica. Significant genetic differentiation was detected between four groups and between female （Population 1 ） and male （Population 2） gametophyte clones in each group. The variation among groups accounted for 39.95%, while that among populations accounted for 21.65% of the total. The genetic distance between Group 1 and Group 4 was obviously longer than that between Group 2 and Group 4 （0.686 vs. 0.291）, indicating that maternal gametophyte clone contributed more variation to the hybrids than the paternal gametophyte clone did.

BACKGROUND Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome(SRUS)is a rare rectal disorder characterized by bloody mucus in the stool,difficulty in defecation,pain,and anal *** date,the etiology of this syndrome remains not well understood and the diagnosis is frequently confused with other disorders,making treatment a clinical *** SUMMARY A 50-year-old woman presented to our hospital with a 40-d history of bloody mucus in the stool and anal *** was *** revealed a large,severe ulcerous ***,the lesion was characterized as chronic ulcer without clear tumor cells,and the final diagnosis of SRUS was *** patient was treated with Chinese medicine therapy,with administration of Tong Xie Yao *** 3 wk of treatment,the symptoms improved *** 2-mo follow-up,rectoscopy in a local hospital showed healed ulcer scars without obvious protrusion 3 cm from the anal *** Chinese medicine therapy represents a potential treatment of SRUS with predominant rectal bleeding,mucinous discharge,and anal swelling pain.

The purpose of this study is to determine a suitable modeling method to make computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation more efficient for aeroacoustics optimization of the bogie region of high-speed *** this end,four modeling methods are considered,which involve different geometry simplifications and boundary condition *** corresponding models are named the three-car marshalling model,computational domain shortening model,carbody shortening model,and sub-domain *** the detached eddy simulation(DES)model and Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)equation,the unsteady flow field and far-field noise of the four models are *** evaluate the effect of the different modeling methods,the time-averaged flow field,fluctuating flow field,and far-field noise results of the four models are compared and analyzed in detail with the results of the three-car marshalling model used as basis for *** results show that the flow field results of the bogie region predicted by the four models have relatively high ***,the usage of the non-time varying outlet boundary conditions in the computational domain shortening model and sub-domain model could affect the pressure fluctuation on the upstream carbody *** only the bogie region is used as the source surface,the differences between the far-field noise results of the three simplified models and the three-car marshalling model are all within 1 dB;when the train head is used as the source surface,the results of the carbody shortening model and the three-car marshalling model are more consistent.

The interfacial structure of the α-Mg/14H-LPSO phase in rare earth-including magnesium alloy was investigated via high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADFSTEM) imaging and first-principles calculations of density-functional *** possible interfacial models were constructed according to the different terminations of the LPSO phase,and the corresponding interfacial energies were calculated,from which the four most stable structures(Terl-MgY-hollow,Ter2-Zn-hollow,Ter3-MgYII-hollow and Ter4-Mg-bridge) were *** interfacial phase diagrams related to the Y chemical potentials were obtained from the calculations,and the most stable interfacial structure was ***-MgY-hollow and Ter2-Zn-hollow have the lowest interfacial energies in the range of-0.7 eV <Δμγ<-0.6 eV,where fluctuating change of state is the minimized and the interface is the most *** separation work of the two models was calculated to predict the bonding strength of the structures at both ends of the *** calculation results show that the maximum interfacial separation work is 1.45 J/m^(2) for the interface model of α-Mg and 14H-LPSO phase structure with Ter2-Zn-hollow termination.

Background: Increasing evidence indicates that Six2 contributes to tumorigenesis in various tumor in- cluding hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study aimed to determine the role of Six2 in HCC and to elucidate the association of Six2 with clinical pathological characteristics. Methods: The expressions of Six2 in HCC tumor, para-tumor tissue and portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) were detected by tissue microarray technique, immunohistochemistry, real-time RT-PCR and West- ern blotting. Chi-square and Kaplan-Meier analysis were used to analyze the correlation between Six2 expression and prognosis of HCC patients. Lentivirus mediated Six2 knockdown, spheroid formation as- say, proliferation assay and subcutaneous tumor implantation were performed to determine the function of Six2. Results: In 274 HCC samples, Six2 was strongly expressed. Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed that high ex- pression of Six2 was correlated with a shorter overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). More- over, Six2 expression was associated with sex, alpha-fetoprotein, tumor size and portal vein invasion. Six2 was highly expressed in PVTT. Six2 knockdown inhibited HCC cell lines proliferation, migration, and self-renewal in vitro and in vivo. In addition, low-expression of Six2 weakened TGF-β induced Smad4 activation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in HCC cell lines. Conclusions: Elevated Six2 expression in HCC tumor patients was associated with negative prognosis. Upregulated Six2 promoted tumor growth and facilitated HCC metastasis via TGF-β/Smad signal pathway.

A total of 45 alkylbenzenes were detected and identified in crude oils with different depositional environments and thermal maturities from the Tarim Basin,Beibuwan Basin,and Songliao Basin using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC×GCTOFMS).By analyzing the distribution characteristics of C0-C5alkylbenzenes,it is found that the content of some alkylbenzenes varies greatly in crude *** on the distribution characteristics of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene(Te MB)and 1,2,3,4-Te MB,the ratio of 1,2,4,5-Te MB to 1,2,3,4-Te MB is proposed to indicate the organic matter origin and depositional environment of ancient *** samples originated mainly from lower hydrobiont,algae,bacteria and source rocks deposited under reducing/anoxic conditions have low 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(less than 0.6),while oil samples originated mainly from terrestrial higher plants and source rocks deposited under oxic/sub-oxic conditions have higher 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(greater than 1.0).The significant difference of 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values is controlled by 1,2,4,5-Te MB content.1,2,4,5-Te MB content in oils derived from source rocks deposited in oxidized sedimentary environment(greater than 1.0 mg/g whole oil)is higher than that in oils from source rocks deposited in reduced sedimentary environment(less than 1.0 mg/g whole oil).1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio might not or slightly be affected by evaporative fractionation,biodegradation and thermal maturity.1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio and 1,2,4,5-Te MB content can be used as supplementary parameter for the identification of sedimentary environment and organic matter *** should be noted that compared to the identification of organic matter sources,the 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB parameter is more effective in identifying sedimentary environments.

This study investigates the effects of displacement damage on the dark signal of a pinned photodiode CMOS image sensor (CIS) following irradiation with back-streaming white neutrons from white neutron sources at the China spallation neutron source (CSNS) and Xi'an pulsed reactor (XAPR). The mean dark signal, dark signal non-uniformity (DSNU), dark signal distribution, and hot pixels of the CIS were compared between the CSNS back-n and XAPR neutron irradiations. The non-ionizing energy loss and energy distribution of primary knock-on atoms in silicon, induced by neutrons, were calculated using the open-source package Geant4. An analysis combining experimental and simulation results showed a noticeable proportionality between the increase in the mean dark signal and the displacement damage dose (DDD). Additionally, neutron energies influence DSNU, dark signal distribution, and hot pixels. High neutron energies at the same DDD level may lead to pronounced dark signal non-uniformity and elevated hot pixel values.

The synergistic reaction of photocatalysis and advanced oxidation is a valid strategy for the degradation of harmful antibiotic ***,carbon dots(CDs)modified MIL-101(Fe)octahedrons to form CDs/MIL-101(Fe)composite photocatalyst was synthesized for visible light-driven photocatalytic/persulfate(PS)-activated tetracycline(TC)*** electron spin resonance(ESR)spectra,scavenging experiment and electrochemical analysis were carried out to reveal that the high visible light-driven photocatalytic degradation activity of TC over CDs/MIL-101(Fe)photocatalysts is not only ascribed to the production of free active radicals in the CDs/MIL-101(Fe)/PS system(·OH,·SO_(4-),^(1)O_(2),h^(+)and·O_(2)^(-))but also attributed to the consumption of electrons caused by the PS,which can suppress the recombination of photo-generated carriers as well as strong light scattering and electron trapping effects of ***,the possible degradation pathways were proposed by analyzing intermediates via liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry *** research presents a rational design conception to construct a CDs/PS-based photocatalysis/advanced oxidation technology with high-efficient degradation activity for the remediation of organic antibiotic pollutant wastewater and for the improvement of carrier transport kinetics of photocatalysts.

This paper proposes a measurement method related to the braking deformation of a complex *** the braking process,the deformation of the wheel includes large amounts of movement,vibration,warping,and distortion.A novel subset assignment and correlation method is proposed to measure the complex *** proposed method can greatly improve the accuracy and stability of the calculation of complex deformations by simplifying the complex deformation into translational deformations in logarithmic coordinate *** to the simulation and actual experiments,the proposed method can be utilized to measure the deformations of up to 100%tensile strain under complex *** to the accuracy verification experiment,the error of the proposed method is less than 50 *** results show that the proposed method can effectively carry out structural deformation measurement in the complex motion and deformation *** proposed method has great significance for structural performance analysis and optimization design considering complex motion and deformation.
