Erigerontis Herba(EH),the dried whole plant of Erigeron breviscapus,is well-known for circulating blood,activating meridians to alleviate pain,expelling wind,and clearing away *** has been extensively utilized in southern China for the treatment of stroke hemiplegia,chest stuffiness and pains,rheumatic arthralgia,headache,and *** review focuses on the botany,ethnopharmacology,phytochemistry,pharmacology and toxicity of EH and its related prescriptions to offer new insights for prospective research of *** information about EH was retrieved from ancient records and books,PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Pharmacopoeia,Web of Science,Doctoral and Master’s Theses,and various electronic *** is a member of Compositae family and is mainly grown in southern *** Chinese medicine records that EH has the effects of circulating blood and removing blood stasis,expelling wind,and removing cold,as well as relieving rigidity of muscle and relieving *** now,nearly 200 ingredients have been characterized from EH,including flavonoids,caffeoyls,aromatic acids,coumarins,pentacyclic terpenoids,volatile oil and other *** extracts,EH related prescriptions(Dengzhan Xixin injection,Dengzhan Shengmai capsules,etc.)or compounds(scutellarin,scutellarein,etc.)possessed obvious therapeutic effects of ischemic stroke,cerebral hemorrhage,myocardial infarction,Alzheimer’s disease,diabetes and its complications,gastric cancer,bone,and joint degenerative ***,the major active compound of EH,has been used as a quality *** no obvious toxicity of EH has been *** to its traditional applications,ethnopharmacology,phytochemistry,pharmacology,and toxicity,EH was applied as a valuable herb for clinical application in food and medicine *** several compounds have been shown to possess diverse biological activities,the underlying mechanisms of their actions remain *** fully exploi

High-Temperature Oxidation Behavior of Vanadium,Titanium-Bearing Magnetite Pellet

By means of isothermal oxidation and chemical analysis, great importance was attached to the parameters that made effects on the oxidation degree of vanadium, titanium-bearing magnetite pellet in high-temperature processing （1 073- 1 323 K）. Based on the experimental data, oxidation kinetics of pellet was analyzed according to shrinking unreacted-core model subsequently. Experiment results display that the oxidation degree of pellet increases with increasing of oxidation time, oxidation temperature and oxygen content, as well as shrinking of pellet diameter. Under the condition of oxidation time 20 min, oxidation temperature 1223 K, oxygen content 15%, and pellet diameter 12 mm, oxidation degree of pellet reaches 92.92%. The analysis of oxidation kinetics indicates that oxidation process of pellet is controlled by chemical reaction with activation energy 68.64 kJ/mol at a relatively lower temperature （1073-1 173 K）. Oxidation process of pellet is mixed-controlled by chemistry reaction and diffusion with activation energy 39.66 kJ/mol in the temperature range of 1 173-1 273 K. When oxidation temperature is higher than 1 273 K, the limited link of oxidation reaction is the diffusion control with the activation energy 20.85 kJ/mol. These results can serve as a reference to the production of vanadium, titanium-hearing magnetite pellet.

Deep electrical structures of Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone in Guangxi and seismogenic environment of the 1936 Lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake

The tectonic position of the southwest section of the Qinzhou Bay-Hangzhou Bay Tectonic Junction Zone(QHTJZ)can be determined by examining the Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone(QFJZ)in *** zone is significant because it was the location of the largest earthquake ever recorded in the inland region of South China,specifically the 1936 Lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake in ***,this region serves as an optimal location for researching the origins of intraplate earthquakes in South *** study presents a display of a broadband magnetotelluric(MT)prospecting profile that traverses the Guangxi QFJZ and the Lingshan earthquake zone,extending from the northwest(NW)to the southeast(SE).A resistivity structure model was generated using three-dimensional(3D)inversion technology along the *** main faults in QFJZ were analyzed in terms of their deep extension forms and tectonic *** analysis was performed by integrating the results obtained from geology,gravity,wave velocity ratio,Global Position System(GPS),and geothermal *** results showed that(1)the Dongzhong-Xiaodong fault(DXf),the eastern Fangcheng-Lingshan fault(FLf2),and the eastern Hepu-Beiliu fault(HBf2)were all trans-crustal deep faults,and crust-mantle ductile shear zones developed in the deep *** electrical boundary zones,DXf and HBf2,were *** inclined towards the northwest,while HBf2 inclined towards the *** FangchengLingshan fault(FLf)exhibits a tectonic style resembling a“flower”shape in the upper *** the deeper section,it is characterized by an electrical boundary zone that gradually slopes towards the southeast direction.(2)The Hunan-Guangxi Passive Continental Margin(HGPCM)on the NW side of DXf had a stratified resistivity structure and relatively stable Bouguer gravity anomalies,which conformed to the quasi-craton tectonic attribute of the local failure at the southeastern margin of the yangtze Block(YB).The southeastern side of this bloc

Humic acid(HA)is a typical refractory organicmatter,so it is of great significance to investigate its effect on the performance of Anammox granular *** the dosage ofHA≤50 mg/L,HA promotes the total nitrogen removal rate(NRR)to 1.45 kg/(m^(3)·day).When HA was between 50 and 100 mg/L,the NRR of Anammox was *** this time,the adsorption of HA causes the sludge to gradually turn fromred to brown,but the activities of heme and enzymes showed that its capacitywas not *** HA levels reached 250 mg/L,the NRR dropped to 0.11 kg/(m3·day).Moderate HA levels promoted the release of extracellular polymeric substance(EPS),but excessive HA levels lead to a decrease in EPS *** inhibited Anammox activity,which indirectly hindered the transmission of substrate and accumulated substrate *** HA promoted the increase of heterotrophicmicrobial abundance in Anammox system,the microbial diversity decreased *** the increase of HA concentration,the abundance of Candidatus_Brocadia,the main functional microorganism of Anammox system,decreased gradually,while the abundance of Candidatus_Kuenenia increased gradually.

Difference in microstructural characteristics of stamp-charged coke and gravity-charged coke with approximate macroscopic performance

The microstructural characteristics including optical texture,porosity and pore structure and chemical structure of stamp-charged coke(SCC)and gravity-charged coke(GCC)with similar conventional macro-indicators were investigated,and the properties including micro-strength,reactivity of coke matrix and that after alkali enrichment were comparatively studied by various characterization *** anisotropic structure of SCC is composed of high content of fine mosaic texture,while the content of medium mosaic texture,coarse texture and fibrous texture is *** statistical average shows that the fine mosaic average of SCC(24.89%)is 3.78 times the GCC average(6.58%),and the coarse mosaic average(1.24%)is only about 1/3 of the GCC average(3.43%).The porosity of SCC is lower than that of GCC,but tamping process does not lead to the fact that the number of closed pores of SCC is significantly lower than that of *** the structure of SCC is compact,its pore number is large and the pore wall is *** of coke with diameter less than 150 nm seem unaffected by tamping *** aromatic structure of SCC was less ordered than that of GCC,which was speculated to be related to the addition of more low metamorphic coal in *** microscopic strength and structural strength of SCC are lower than those of *** reactivity of coke matrix is affected by the specific surface area,but it is not the determining factor of its *** improvement in dissolution reactivity of coke after potassium enrichment is independent of coke type.

Two-dimensional(2D)lead halide perovskites have attracted tremendous attention due to their outstanding physical ***,the presence of toxic lead is a major problem for large-scale ***,we report the synthesis,phase transition,dielectric and photoluminescence(PL)properties of a lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)(BIM=benzimidazolium)which experiences a phase transition at 405 K accompanied by an order-disorder change of organic ***,the step-like dielectric transition near the phase transition temperature makes it suitable for dielectric ***,(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)has a direct bandgap of 2.23 eV and broadband emission from 550 to 1000 nm,implying its unique optical property for potential near-infrared lighting and *** work provides a fresh example for the development of lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite with potential applications in the fields of optoelectronics and high temperature dielectric switching.

Achieving Synergistic Improvement in Dielectric and Energy Storage Properties of All-Organic Poly(Methyl Methacrylate)-Based Copolymers Via Establishing Charge Traps

How to achieve synergistic improvement of permittivity(ε_(r))and breakdown strength(E_(b))is a huge challenge for polymer ***,for the first time,theπ-conjugated comonomer(MHT)can simultaneously promote theε_(r)and E_(b)of linear poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)*** PMMA-based random copolymer films(P(MMA-co-MHT)),block copolymer films(PMMA-b-PMHT),and PMMA-based blend films were prepared to investigate the effects of sequential structure,phase separation structure,and modification method on dielectric and energy storage properties of PMMA-based dielectric *** a result,the random copolymer P(MMA-coMHT)can achieve a maximumε_(r)of 5.8 at 1 kHz owing to the enhanced orientation polarization and electron *** electron injection and charge transfer are limited by the strong electrostatic attraction ofπ-conjugated benzophenanthrene group analyzed by the density functional theory(DFT),the discharge energy density value of P(MMA-co-PMHT)containing 1 mol%MHT units with the efficiency of 80%reaches15.00 J cm^(-3)at 872 MV m^(-1),which is 165%higher than that of pure *** study provides a simple and effective way to fabricate the high performance of polymer dielectrics via copolymerization with the monomer of P-type semi-conductive polymer.

Discovery potential of the Glashow resonance in an air shower neutrino telescope

The in-ice or in-water Cherenkov neutrino telescope,such as IceCube,has already proved its power in measuring the Glashow resonance by searching for the bump around E_(ν)=6.3PeV arising from the W-boson *** are many proposals for the next few decades for observations of cosmic tau neutrinos with extensive air showers,also known as tau neutrino *** air shower telescope is,in principle,sensitive to the Glashow resonance via the channel W→τν_(τ)followed by the tau decay in the air(e.g.,TAMBO,which has a geometric area of approximately 500km^(2)).Using a thorough numerical analysis,we find that the discovery significance can be up to 90%with a TAMBO-like setup if PeV neutrinos primarily originate from neutron decays,considering the flux parameters measured by IceCube as the *** presence of new physics affecting the neutrino flavor composition can also increase the ***,if ultrahigh-energy neutrinos are dominantly produced from meson decays,it will be statistically difficult for an advanced proposal such as TAMBO to discriminate the Glashow resonance induced byν¯e from the intrinsicντ/ν¯_(τ)*** have identified several limitations for such advanced telescopes,in comparison with the in-ice or in-water telescope,when measuring resonances:(i)a suppressed branching ratio of 11%for the decay W→τν_(τ);(ii)the smearing effect and reduced acceptance because the daughter neutrino takes away(y)∼75%of the energy from the W decay;and(iii)a large attenuation effect for Earth-skimming neutrinos with the resonance.

Evaluation and application of kinetic models for Cu-catalyzed acetylene hydrochlorination

The development of environmentally friendly catalysts has become a top priority for acetylene ***,difficulties remain in systematic studies on the applicability of kinetic models for the industrialization of Cu-based ***,a strategy involving reactor modeling,parameter estimation,and model testing is developed to evaluate the predictive ability of kinetic *** order to search for reliable and widely applicable reaction kinetic models for Cu-based catalysts,a case study is *** possible kinetic models derived from the power law,adsorption mechanism,and reaction path are sifted through collecting and testing activity data from tens of Cu-based *** optimum applicable ranges of these kinetic models are *** to the comparative analysis on their applications in various industrial scenarios,this research suggests that kinetic models derived from reaction path exhibits the best extrapolation ability and has the greatest potential for application in the scale-up design of reactors.
