Eye diagnosis is a method for inspecting systemic diseases and syndromes by observing the *** the development of intelligent diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM);artificial intelligence(AI)can improve the accuracy and efficiency of eye ***;the research on intelligent eye diagnosis still faces many challenges;including the lack of standardized and precisely labeled data;multi-modal information analysis;and artificial in-telligence models for syndrome *** widespread application of AI models in medicine provides new insights and opportunities for the research of eye diagnosis *** study elaborates on the three key technologies of AI models in the intelligent ap-plication of TCM eye diagnosis;and explores the implications for the research of eye diagno-sis ***;a database concerning eye diagnosis was established based on self-su-pervised learning so as to solve the issues related to the lack of standardized and precisely la-beled ***;the cross-modal understanding and generation of deep neural network models to address the problem of lacking multi-modal information ***;the build-ing of data-driven models for eye diagnosis to tackle the issue of the absence of syndrome dif-ferentiation *** summary;research on intelligent eye diagnosis has great potential to be applied the surge of AI model applications.

Modern medicine is reliant on various medical imaging technologies for non-invasively observing patients’***,the interpretation of medical images can be highly subjective and dependent on the expertise of ***,some potentially useful quantitative information in medical images,especially that which is not visible to the naked eye,is often ignored during clinical *** contrast,radiomics performs high-throughput feature extraction from medical images,which enables quantitative analysis of medical images and prediction of various clinical *** have reported that radiomics exhibits promising performance in diagnosis and predicting treatment responses and prognosis,demonstrating its potential to be a non-invasive auxiliary tool for personalized ***,radiomics remains in a developmental phase as numerous technical challenges have yet to be solved,especially in feature engineering and statistical *** this review,we introduce the current utility of radiomics by summarizing research on its application in the diagnosis,prognosis,and prediction of treatment responses in patients with *** focus on machine learning approaches,for feature extraction and selection during feature engineering and for imbalanced datasets and multi-modality fusion during statistical ***,we introduce the stability,reproducibility,and interpretability of features,and the generalizability and interpretability of ***,we offer possible solutions to current challenges in radiomics research.

Background: Heterotaxy (HTX) is a thoracoabdominal organ anomaly syndrome and commonly accompanied by congenital heart disease (CHD). The aim of this study was to analyze rare copy number variations (CNVs) in a HTX/CHD cohort and to examine the potential mechanisms contributing to HTX/***: Chromosome microarray analysis was used to identify rare CNVs in a cohort of 120 unrelated HTX/CHD patients, and available samples from parents were used to confirm the inheritance pattern. Potential candidate genes in CNVs region were prioritized via the DECIPHER database, andPNPLA4 was identified as the leading candidate gene. To validate, we generatedPNPLA4-overexpressing human induced pluripotent stem cell lines as well aspnpla4-overexpressing zebrafish model, followed by a series of transcriptomic, biochemical and cellular ***: Seventeen rare CNVs were identified in 15 of the 120 HTX/CHD patients (12.5%). Xp22.31 duplication was one of the inherited CNVs identified in this HTX/CHD cohort, andPNPLA4 in the Xp22.31 was a candidate gene associated with HTX/***4 is expressed in the lateral plate mesoderm, which is known to be critical for left/right embryonic patterning as well as cardiomyocyte differentiation, and in the neural crest cell lineage. Through a series ofin vivo andin vitro analyses at the molecular and cellular levels, we revealed that the biological function ofPNPLA4 is importantly involved in the primary cilia formation and function via its regulation of energy metabolism and mitochondria-mediated ATP ***: Our findings demonstrated a significant association between CNVs and HTX/CHD. Our data strongly suggested that an increased genetic dose ofPNPLA4 due to Xp22.31 duplication is a disease-causing risk factor for HTX/CHD.

为了研究受限拉盖尔-高斯光束湍流传输时轴上光强分布,采用扩展惠更斯-菲涅耳原理方法进行了理论分析,得到了受发射圆孔限制的拉盖尔-高斯光束在大气湍流中传输时轴上光强的表达式。并运用MAPLE模拟,取得了不同湍流强度、波长和发射圆孔孔径下轴上光强的分布理论数据。结果表明,拉盖尔-高斯光束在不同阶数、湍流强度、波长和发射圆孔孔径下,真空和湍流较弱时,轴上光强在近场发生明显振荡,达到最大值后,强度明显开始降低,湍流较强时,传输很近距离强度就迅速衰减,并与其在真空中的传输特性进行了比较。这一结果对研究拉盖尔一高斯光束是有帮助的。

随着高速铁路在城市地区的日益普及和运营速度的不断加快,桥梁噪声问题已经成为一个重要问题,因为桥梁区段的噪声占高速铁路噪声的80%以上。随着列车速度的不断加快,噪声预测模型中包含的桥梁跨径数成为影响准确预测桥梁噪声的主要因素。为了解决这一问题,本文以高速列车常用的32 m简支箱梁为例,采用傅里叶级数法和三维边界元法进行建模,研究桥梁跨数对高速铁路桥梁噪声的影响。结果表明,桥梁跨数对桥梁噪声的影响很大程度上取决于观测点相对于桥梁的位置和桥梁噪声的分布。具体来说,当超过54 m和部分近场区域时,至少需要5跨桥梁才能获得更精确的桥梁总噪声。该研究有助于桥梁噪声的控制,并可为在桥梁沿线不同位置实施不同长度的降噪措施提供参考。
