Based on the CFD technique, fifteen cases were evaluated for the airflows and pollutant dispersions inside urban street canyons formed by slanted roof buildings. The simulated wind fields and concentration contours show that W/H, W/h and h/H （where W is the street width, and Hand h are the heights of buildings at the leeward and windward sides of the street, respectively） are the crucial factors in determining the vortex structure and pollutant distribution within a canyon. It is concluded that （1） in a symmetrical canyon, at W/H =0.5 two vortices （an upper clockwise vortex between the slanted roofs and a lower counter-clockwise one） are developed and pollutants accumulate on the windward side of the street, whereas at w/H=2.0 only one clockwise vortex is generated and thus pollution piles up on the leeward side, （2） in a step-up canyon with W/H=0.5 to 2.0 （at h/H =1.5 to 2.0）and a step-down canyon with W/h=1.0 （at h/H =0.5 to 0.667）, the pollution level close to the lower building is higher than that close to the taller building since a clockwise vortex is generated in the step-up canyon and a counter-clockwise one in the step-down canyon, （3） in a narrow step-down canyon with W/h=0.5 （at h/H =0.667） very poor ventilation properties is detected, and inside a wider step-down canyon with W/h=2.0 the vortex structure and consequently pollutant distribution varies greatly with h/H.

Lake Baiyangdian is one of China’s largest macrophyte-derived lakes,facing severe challenges related to water quality maintenance and eutrophication *** organic matter(DOM)was a huge carbon pool and its abundance,property,and transformation played important roles in the biogeochemical cycle and energy flow in lake *** this study,Lake Baiyangdian was divided into four distinct areas:Unartificial Area(UA),Village Area(VA),Tourism Area(TA),and Breeding Area(BA).We examined the diversity of DOM properties and sources across these functional *** findings reveal that DOM in this lake is predominantly composed of protein-like substances,as determined by excitation-emission matrix and parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC).Notably,the exogenous tyrosine-like component C1 showed a stronger presence in VA and BA compared to UA and ***-resolution mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS)unveiled a similar DOM molecular composition pattern across different functional areas due to the high relative abundances of lignan compounds,suggesting that macrophytes significantly influence the material structure of *** properties exhibited specific associations with water quality indicators in various functional areas,as indicated by the Mantel *** connections between DOM properties and NO_(3)-N andNH3-Nwere more pronounced in VA and BA than in UA and *** results underscore the viability of using DOM as an indicator for more precise and scientific water quality management.

In China pediatric liver transplantation (PLT) has become a safe and standardized procedure. Innovations and measures to further improve long-term survival and quality of life for children should be the next focus. In particular better strategies related to the surgical treatment of high-risk recipients as well as the long-term follow-up of pediatric liver recipients have to be addressed. A particular attention should be given to children presenting significant co-morbidities and those needing retransplantation. A tight multidisciplinary follow-up system addressing both short-and long-term issues of pediatric liver recipients is still a challenge for the Chinese pediatric transplant community.

糖尿病肾脏疾病是糖尿病最常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,其患病率高,严重影响患者生活质量。对糖尿病肾脏疾病进行早期诊断及早期干预对改善患者预后、延缓疾病进展至关重要。尿微量白蛋白检测作为诊断早期糖尿病肾脏疾病的常用指标具有一定的局限性,而发现具有早期诊断和预测价值的新指标是临床和研究共同关注的重要问题。近年不断提出与糖尿病肾脏疾病发生和进展相关的生物标志物,包括肾小球、肾小管损伤相关指标,氧化应激与炎性因子,微小RNA及蛋白组学亦成为新的研究热点。本文就糖尿病肾脏疾病早期预测因子的研究进展进行综述。

Quantum algorithms offer more enhanced computational efficiency in comparison to their classical counterparts when solving specific tasks. In this study, we implement the quantum permutation algorithm utilizing a polar molecule within an external electric field. The selection of the molecular qutrit involves the utilization of field-dressed states generated through the pendular modes of SrO. Through the application of multi-target optimal control theory, we strategically design microwave pulses to execute logical operations, including Fourier transform,oracle Ufoperation, and inverse Fourier transform within a three-level molecular qutrit *** observed high fidelity of our outcomes is intricately linked to the concept of the quantum speed limit, which quantifies the maximum speed of quantum state manipulation. Subsequently,we design the optimized pulse sequence to successfully simulate the quantum permutation algorithm on a single SrO molecule, achieving remarkable fidelity. Consequently, a quantum circuit comprising a single qutrit suffices to determine permutation parity with just a single function evaluation. Therefore, our results indicate that the optimal control theory can be well applied to the quantum computation of polar molecular systems.

针对共轴式无人直升机非线性、强耦合的动力学特性,本文提出了一种基于动态反馈线性化方法的鲁棒跟踪控制策略.首先根据叶素理论、Pitt-Peters动态入流模型、上下旋翼气动干扰分析建立了共轴式无人直升机的数学模型.然后对于高度-姿态子系统,通过扩展状态变量对其进行了动态反馈线性化,分析了零动态特性.根据内环期望跟踪特性对解耦后的子系统进行极点配置.通过设计鲁棒补偿器实现了对高度与姿态指令的鲁棒跟踪.在此基础上,针对水平面内的位置子系统设计了外环比例微分(proportional-derivative,PD)控制器以实现位置跟踪.最后,通过内环跟踪仿真验证了反馈线性化方法良好的解耦特性,通过干扰条件下的轨迹跟踪仿真验证了所设计控制器具有较好的控制性能与鲁棒性.

AIM:To explore the effect of co-host non-coding RNA(ncRNA)MIR503HG/miR-503-5p on the angiogenesis of ***:MIR503HG/miR-503-5p/fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2)expression levels in pterygium tissues,control conjunctival tissues,and human pterygium fibroblasts(HPF)were examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and immunohistochemical *** of MIR503HG/miR-503-5p on low molecular weight FGF2(LWM FGF2),migration and angiogenesis of human retinal microvascular endothelial cells(HRMEC)were determined in an HPF and HRMEC co-culture model using Western blots,wound healing assay,Matrigel-based tube formation assay,and Transwell ***:MIR503HG/miR-503-5p/FGF2 pathway was actively increased in pterygium tissue and there was a negative correlation between the expression of the two ***2 expression level was positively correlated with MIR503HG and negatively correlated with *** MIR503HG/miR-503-5p did not affect the migration and angiogenesis of HRMECs cultured separately,but significantly affected migration and angiogenesis of HRMEC in HPF and HRMEC co-culture *** blotting revealed that MIR503HG/miR-503-5p overexpression significantly increased LMW FGF2 expression in ***:MIR503HG/miR-503-5p inhibits HRMEC migration and angiogenic function by interfering with the interaction between HPF and endothelial cells via reducing LMW FGF2 in HPF.

Food is a critical environmental factor that influences animal survival, especially for small passerines due to their high mass-specific metabolic rates. Basal metabolic rate（BMR） reflects the energy expended by endothermic animals for basic physiological processes and constitutes a major part of their daily energy budget. Some birds have been shown to employ compensatory mechanisms during food shortages, temporarily reducing these selfmaintenance expenditures without using hypothermia. However, the mechanisms of BMR adjustment remain unexplored. In the present study, we assessed the phenotypic variation in basal thermogenesis of Eurasian Tree Sparrows（Passer montanus） by comparing a control group to groups fasted for 6, 12, 18, and 24 h. We focused on the correlation between a reduction in energy metabolism and the alterations of cellular metabolic activities, mitochondrial substrate supply, and changes in serum thyroid hormones during fasting. Our data indicated that fasting groups had significantly lower body mass, BMR, body temperature, and body fat content. Furthermore, fasting groups had significantly lower glycogen levels, mitochondrial state 4 respiration and cytochrome c oxidase（CCO） activity in the liver, and CCO activity in pectoral muscle. The levels of avian uncoupling protein（avUCP） m RNA were significantly reduced, while the levels of myostatin protein in pectoral muscle were significantly increased in the fasting groups. Furthermore, the groups subjected to fasting exhibited significantly lower levels of serum glucose, triglyceride, thyroxine（T4）, and triiodothyronine（T3）. Positive correlations were observed between the following pairs of variables: log BMR and log body mass, log body mass and log body fat, log BMR and log state 4 respiration in the liver, log BMR and log CCO activity in the liver and muscle, log BMR and log av-UCP m RNA expression, whereas a negative correlation was observed between log BMR and log myostatin level.
