Thrombophilia denotes a condition,whether acquired or hereditary,characterized by increased susceptibility to hypercoagulation.[1]This condition was first described in 1965,coinciding with the discovery of an inherited predisposition to venous thromboembolism(VTE)in patients deficient in antithrombin III.[2]While arterial and venous thromboses are common in hospitalized patients,acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and pulmonary embolism(PE)stand out as ***,theoccurrenceof AMI complicated by PE is exceedingly rare,especially when considering cases where paradoxical embolism originating from a patent foramen ovale is *** report presents a case of AMI complicated with PE.A comprehensive understanding of the pathophysiology of this rare yet critical condition is important for ensuring prompt diagnosis and treatment.

Within the context of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor(CMEC),the Dulong-Ir-rawaddy(Ayeyarwady)River,an international river among China,India and Myanmar,plays a significant role as both a valuable hydro-power resource and an essential ecological ***,the water resources and security exhibit a high degree of vulnerabil-ity to climate change *** research evaluates climate impacts on the hydrology of the Dulong-Irrawaddy River Basin(DIRB)by using a physical-based hydrologic *** crafted future climate scenarios using the three latest global climate models(GCMs)from Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6(CMIP6)under two shared socioeconomic pathways(SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5)for the near(2025-2049),mid(2050-2074),and far future(2075-2099).The regional model using MIKE SHE based on historical hydrologic processes was developed to further project future streamflow,demonstrating reliable performance in streamflow simulations with a val-idation Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency(NSE)of *** showed that climate change projections showed increases in the annual precip-itation and potential evapotranspiration(PET),with precipitation increasing by 11.3%and 26.1%,and PET increasing by 3.2%and 4.9%,respectively,by the end of the century under SSP2-4.5 and *** changes are projected to result in increased annual streamflow at all stations,notably at the basin’s outlet(Pyay station)compared to the baseline period(with an increase of 16.1%and 37.0%at the end of the 21st century under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively).Seasonal analysis for Pyay station forecasts an in-crease in dry-season streamflow by 31.3%-48.9%and 22.5%-76.3%under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively,and an increase in wet-season streamflow by 5.8%-12.6%and 2.8%-33.3%,***,the magnitude and frequency of flood events are pre-dicted to escalate,potentially impacting hydropower production and food security *** res

Background： It remains undetermined whether second-generation drug-eluting stents （G2-DESs） outperform first-generation DESs （G1-DESs） in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. We aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of G I-DES and G2-DES in ACS patients in a high-volume cardiovascular center. Methods： In 2013, 10,724 consecutive patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in our institution. We included 4037 patients with ACS who underwent exclusively GI-DES or G2-DES implantation （n - 364 and n - 3673, respectively）. We used propensity score matching to minimize the imbalance between the G1-DES and G2-DES groups and followed patients for 2 years. The efficacy endpoints were major adverse cardiac events （maCEs） and its components including target vessel-related myocardial infarction （TV-MI）, target vessel revascularization/target lesion revascularization （TVR/TLR）, and cardiac death. The safety endpoint was stent thrombosis. Continuous variables were compared by mann-Whitney U-test, and categorical variables were compared using Pearson＇s Chisquare or Fisher＇s exact test. Kaplan-Meier curves were constructed to compare the event-free survival rates, and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was used to assess whether stent type was an independent risk factor for the etticacy and safety endpoints. Results： At the 2-year lbllow-up, the results for maCE and it components, as well as stent thrombosis, were similar for GI-DES and G2-DES （maCE, 5.2% vs. 4.3%,χ^2= 0.514, P= 0.474; TV-M1, 0.8% vs. 0.4%, P 0.407; TVR, 4.9% vs. 3.7%,χ^2=0.939, P 0.333; TLR, 3.8% vs. 2.5%,χ^2=1.610, P = 0.205; cardiac death, 0.3% vs. 0.5%, P= 0.670; and stent thrombosis, 0.5% vs. 0.4%, P 〉 0.999）. A Johann-type X-ray spectrometer was successfully developed at the hard X-ray branch(in-vacuum undulator with a 24-mm periodic length)of the energy material beamline(E-line)at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF).This spectrometer was utilized to implement X-ray emission spectroscopy(XES),high-energy resolution fluorescence-detected X-ray absorption spectroscopy(HERFD-XAS),and resonant inelastic X-ray *** spherically bent crystals were positioned on the respective vertical 500-mm-diameter Rowland circles,adopting an area detector to increase the solid angle to 1.75%of 4πsr,facilitating the study of low-concentrate systems under complex reaction *** under the atmosphere pressure,the spectrometer covers the energy region from 3.5 to 18 keV,with the Bragg angle ranging from 73°to 86°during vertical *** offers a promised energy resolution of sub-eV(XES)and super-eV(HERFD-XAS).Generally,these comprehensive core-level spectroscopy methods based on hard X-rays at the E-line with an extremely high photon flux can meet the crucial requirements of a green energy ***,they provide substantial support for scientific advances in fundamental research.

Seismic prediction of cracks is of great significance in many disciplines,for which the rock physics model is ***,up to now,multitudinous analytical models focus primarily on the cracked rock with the isotropic background,while the explicit model for the cracked rock with the anisotropic background is rarely investigated in spite of such case being often encountered in the ***,we first studied dependences of the crack opening displacement tensors on the crack dip angle in the coordinate systems formed by symmetry planes of the crack and the background anisotropy,respectively,by forty groups of numerical *** on the conclusion from the experiments,the analytical solution was derived for the effective elastic properties of the rock with the inclined penny-shaped cracks in the transversely isotropic ***,we comprehensively analyzed,according to the developed model,effects of the crack dip angle,background anisotropy,filling fluid and crack density on the effective elastic properties of the cracked *** analysis results indicate that the dip angle and background anisotropy can significantly either enhance or weaken the anisotropy degrees of the P-and SH-wave velocities,whereas they have relatively small effects on the SV-wave velocity ***,the filling fluid can increase the stiffness coefficients related to the compressional modulus by reducing crack compliance parameters,while its effects on shear coefficients depend on the crack dip *** increasing crack density reduces velocities of the dry rock,and decreasing rates of the velocities are affected by the crack dip *** comparing with exact numerical results and experimental data,it was demonstrated that the proposed model can achieve high-precision estimations of stiffness ***,the assumption of the weakly anisotropic background results in the consistency between the proposed model and Hudson's published theory for the or

The particle residence time distribution(RTD)and axial dispersion coefficient are key parameters for the design and operation of a pressurized circulating fluidized bed(PCFB).In this study,the effects of pressure(0.1-0.6 MPa),fluidizing gas velocity(2-7 m·s^(-1)),and solid circulation rate(10-90 kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1))on particle RTD and axial dispersion coefficient in a PCFB are numerically investigated based on the multiphase particle-in-cell(MP-PIC)*** details of the gas-solid flow behaviors of PCFB are *** on the gas-solid flow pattern,the particles tend to move more orderly under elevated *** an increase in either fluidizing gas velocity or solid circulation rate,the mean residence time of particles decreases while the axial dispersion coefficient *** an increase in pressure,the core-annulus flow is strengthened,which leads to a wider shape of the particle RTD curve and a larger mean particle residence *** back-mixing of particles increases with increasing pressure,resulting in an increase in the axial dispersion coefficient.

Accurate prediction of the state-of-charge(SOC)of battery energy storage system(BESS)is critical for its safety and lifespan in electric *** overcome the imbalance of existing methods between multi-scale feature fusion and global feature extraction,this paper introduces a novel multi-scale fusion(MSF)model based on gated recurrent unit(GRU),which is specifically designed for complex multi-step SOC prediction in practical *** correlation analysis is first employed to identify SOC-related *** parameters are then input into a multi-layer GRU for point-wise feature ***,the parameters undergo patching before entering a dual-stage multi-layer GRU,thus enabling the model to capture nuanced information across varying time ***,by means of adaptive weight fusion and a fully connected network,multi-step SOC predictions are *** extensive validation over multiple days,it is illustrated that the proposed model achieves an absolute error of less than 1.5%in real-time SOC prediction.
