Time-varying parameters estimation with adaptive neural network EKF for missile-dual control system

In this paper, a filtering method is presented to estimate time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system with tail fins and reaction jets as control variables. In this method, the long-short-term memory(LSTM) neural network is nested into the extended Kalman filter(EKF) to modify the Kalman gain such that the filtering performance is improved in the presence of large model uncertainties. To avoid the unstable network output caused by the abrupt changes of system states,an adaptive correction factor is introduced to correct the network output online. In the process of training the network, a multi-gradient descent learning mode is proposed to better fit the internal state of the system, and a rolling training is used to implement an online prediction logic. Based on the Lyapunov second method, we discuss the stability of the system, the result shows that when the training error of neural network is sufficiently small, the system is asymptotically stable. With its application to the estimation of time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system, the LSTM-EKF shows better filtering performance than the EKF and adaptive EKF(AEKF) when there exist large uncertainties in the system model.

Multiscale causes of the 2022 Yangtze mega-flash drought under climate change

The 2022 Yangtze mega-flash drought is characterized by strong intensity and rapid development both in time and space,accompanied by a persistent anticyclonic circulation ***,the causes of the extreme event remain elusive given the multiscale nature of *** we presented a brief overview for the oceanic and terrestrial causes of the megaflash drought during the summer of 2022,and estimated the risk in a changing *** the soil moisture percentile as the drought index,it was found that the drought expanded to the entire Yangtze River basin within two months,with 80%of basin under severe drought conditions at the end of *** the intensity and onset speed of the 2022 mega-flash drought were ranked as the first during the past 62 years,with return periods of 86 and 259 years,*** results of composite analysis showed that the spring La Ni?a can facilitate the abrupt change from a wet/normal condition in May–June to drought in July–August over the Yangtze River basin,which was beneficial for the increase of flash drought intensity and onset speed *** analysis through the linear regression also indicated that the unprecedented intensity was associated with the negative phase of the Pacific Decadal *** by a coupling strength index for soil moisture and vapor pressure deficit,it was found that there was a strong land-atmosphere coupling over the Yangtze River basin during July–August *** attribution by using CMIP6 climate models suggested that land-atmosphere coupling increased the risks of flash drought intensity and onset speed like 2022 by 61%±6%and 64%±7%under natural climate forcings,and the synergy of coupling and anthropogenic climate change would increase the risks by 75%±22%and 85%±12%.Our findings emphasized the role of landatmosphere coupling combined with anthropogenic climate change in intensifying flash droughts.

Deep electrical structures of Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone in Guangxi and seismogenic environment of the 1936 lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake

The tectonic position of the southwest section of the Qinzhou Bay-Hangzhou Bay Tectonic Junction Zone(QHTJZ)can be determined by examining the Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone(QFJZ)in *** zone is significant because it was the location of the largest earthquake ever recorded in the inland region of South China,specifically the 1936 lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake in ***,this region serves as an optimal location for researching the origins of intraplate earthquakes in South *** study presents a display of a broadband magnetotelluric(MT)prospecting profile that traverses the Guangxi QFJZ and the lingshan earthquake zone,extending from the northwest(NW)to the southeast(SE).A resistivity structure model was generated using three-dimensional(3D)inversion technology along the *** main faults in QFJZ were analyzed in terms of their deep extension forms and tectonic *** analysis was performed by integrating the results obtained from geology,gravity,wave velocity ratio,Global Position System(GPS),and geothermal *** results showed that(1)the Dongzhong-Xiaodong fault(DXf),the eastern Fangcheng-lingshan fault(FLf2),and the eastern Hepu-Beiliu fault(HBf2)were all trans-crustal deep faults,and crust-mantle ductile shear zones developed in the deep *** electrical boundary zones,DXf and HBf2,were *** inclined towards the northwest,while HBf2 inclined towards the *** Fangchenglingshan fault(FLf)exhibits a tectonic style resembling a“flower”shape in the upper *** the deeper section,it is characterized by an electrical boundary zone that gradually slopes towards the southeast direction.(2)The Hunan-Guangxi Passive Continental Margin(HGPCM)on the NW side of DXf had a stratified resistivity structure and relatively stable Bouguer gravity anomalies,which conformed to the quasi-craton tectonic attribute of the local failure at the southeastern margin of the Yangtze Block(YB).The southeastern side of this bloc

Acute postoperative pain is commonly treated with flurbiprofen(FBP),but conventional delivery methods are *** study prepared a new non-burst release microneedles(MNs)using genipin cross-linked gelatin(cGel).By adding varying amounts of genipin to modulate the crosslinking degree of cGel,the drug release behavior of the drug-loaded MNs in the skin can be *** crosslinking parameters that meet therapeutic requirements are selected,thus providing rapid and longlasting analgesic *** solutions were successfully cross-linked,altering matrix material microstructure,confirmed by scanning electron microscope imaging and fourier transform infrared *** demonstrated increasing mechanical strength with higher *** release rates were rapid initially,then slowed,exhibiting a characteristic of decreased release rates with increasing degrees of *** vivo,FBP/cGel MNs significantly reduced allodynia and hyperalgesia post-surgery,with the greatest effect observed at 2–3 h post-surgery,and can maintain analgesia for up to 6 *** tests confirmed good ***/cGel MNs effectively penetrate the stratum corneum,safely delivering drugs with significant analgesic effects,excellent mechanical properties,and good biocompatibility,representing a promising strategy for managing acute postoperative pain.

Local Adaptive Gradient Variance Attack for Deep Fake Fingerprint Detection

In recent years,deep learning has been the mainstream technology for fingerprint liveness detection(FLD)tasks because of its remarkable ***,recent studies have shown that these deep fake fingerprint detection(DFFD)models are not resistant to attacks by adversarial examples,which are generated by the introduction of subtle perturbations in the fingerprint image,allowing the model to make fake *** of the existing adversarial example generation methods are based on gradient optimization,which is easy to fall into local optimal,resulting in poor transferability of adversarial *** addition,the perturbation added to the blank area of the fingerprint image is easily perceived by the human eye,leading to poor visual *** response to the above challenges,this paper proposes a novel adversarial attack method based on local adaptive gradient variance for *** ridge texture area within the fingerprint image has been identified and designated as the region for perturbation ***,the images are fed into the targeted white-box model,and the gradient direction is optimized to compute gradient ***,an adaptive parameter search method is proposed using stochastic gradient ascent to explore the parameter values during adversarial example generation,aiming to maximize adversarial attack *** results on two publicly available fingerprint datasets show that ourmethod achieves higher attack transferability and robustness than existing methods,and the perturbation is harder to perceive.

Hydrolysis Process of the Anticancer Agents Novel Non-classical trans-Platinum(Ⅱ) with Aliphatic Amines

The hydrolysis process of the anticancer agents novel non-classical transplatinum（ Ⅱ ） with aliphatic amines and the influence of solvent models therein have been studied by using hybrid density functional theory （B3LYP）. In this study, the stepwise hydrolysis, trans[PtCl2（Am）（isopropylamine）] ＋ 2H2O → trans-[Pt（Am）（isopropylamine）（OH2）2]^2＋＋ 2Cl^-, was explored. Implicit solvent effects were incorporated through polarized continuum models. The stationary points on the potential energy surfaces for the first and second hydrolysis steps,proceeding via a general SN2 pathway, were fully optimized and characterized. It was found that the first hydrolysis reaction is easier than the second one and the hydrolysis of trans- [PtCl2-（isopropylamine）2] is the easiest in our studying systems. The result can assist in under- tanding the hydrolysis mechanism of trans-[PtCl2（Am）（isopropylamine）] and designing novel Pt-based anticancer drugs.
