Since backlash nonlinearity is inevitably existing in actuators for bidirectional stabilization system of allelectric tank,it behaves more drastically in high maneuvering *** this work,the accurate tracking control for bidirectional stabilization system of moving all-electric tank with actuator backlash and unmodeled disturbance is *** utilizing the smooth adaptive backlash inverse model,a nonlinear robust adaptive feedback control scheme is *** unknown parameters and unmodelled disturbance are addressed separately through the derived parametric adaptive function and the continuous nonlinear robust *** the unknown backlash parameters are updated via adaptive function and the backlash effect can be suppressed successfully by inverse operation,which ensures the system ***,the system disturbance in the high maneuverable environment can be estimated with the constructed adaptive law online improving the engineering ***,Lyapunov-based analysis proves that the developed controller can ensure the tracking error asymptotically converges to zero even with unmodeled disturbance and unknown actuator *** co-simulations and experiments illustrate the advantages of the proposed approach.

Due to their precise atomic structures,photoluminescent copper nanoclusters(Cu NCs)have promising applications in basic research and technical applications,such as bioimaging,cell labeling,phototherapy,and photoactivation *** this work,we report a simple strategy for synthesizing novel CuNCs co-protected by alkynyl and phosphine ligands with the molecular formula[Cu_(7)(PPh_(3))_(10)(PE)_(3)(CH_(3)O)](Cu_(4)@Cu_(3)).Single-crystal X-ray crystallography reveals that the NC core exhibits an open square structure and an overall pyramid *** Cu_(4)@Cu_(3) units are connected through weak interactions to form dimers in crystals,creating a molecular cage that looks like two tightly closed ***_(4)@Cu_(3)exhibits dual emission in the visible *** is also an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)-active luminescent substance,which exhibits strong emission in the visible light region when ***,it has the properties of radioluminescent(RL)and could be a potential scintillator *** study not only enriches the types of atomically accurate AIE clusters,but also holds significant importance for the development of a new generation of high-performance and environmentally friendly X-ray scintillators.

The circular electron-positron collider(CEPC)is designed to precisely measure the properties of the Higgs boson,study electroweak interactions at the Z-boson peak,and search for new physics beyond the Standard *** a component of the 4th conceptual CEPC detector,the drift chamber facilitates the measurement of charged *** study implemented a Geant4-based simulation and track reconstruction for the drift *** the simulation,detector construction and response were implemented and added to the CEPC simulation *** development of track reconstruction involves track finding using the combinatorial Kalman filter method and track fitting using the tool of *** the simulated data,the tracking performance was *** results showed that both the reconstruction resolution and tracking efficiency satisfied the requirements of the CEPC experiment.

Seismic prediction of cracks is of great significance in many disciplines,for which the rock physics model is ***,up to now,multitudinous analytical models focus primarily on the cracked rock with the isotropic background,while the explicit model for the cracked rock with the anisotropic background is rarely investigated in spite of such case being often encountered in the ***,we first studied dependences of the crack opening displacement tensors on the crack dip angle in the coordinate systems formed by symmetry planes of the crack and the background anisotropy,respectively,by forty groups of numerical *** on the conclusion from the experiments,the analytical solution was derived for the effective elastic properties of the rock with the inclined penny-shaped cracks in the transversely isotropic ***,we comprehensively analyzed,according to the developed model,effects of the crack dip angle,background anisotropy,filling fluid and crack density on the effective elastic properties of the cracked *** analysis results indicate that the dip angle and background anisotropy can significantly either enhance or weaken the anisotropy degrees of the P-and SH-wave velocities,whereas they have relatively small effects on the SV-wave velocity ***,the filling fluid can increase the stiffness coefficients related to the compressional modulus by reducing crack compliance parameters,while its effects on shear coefficients depend on the crack dip *** increasing crack density reduces velocities of the dry rock,and decreasing rates of the velocities are affected by the crack dip *** comparing with exact numerical results and experimental data,it was demonstrated that the proposed model can achieve high-precision estimations of stiffness ***,the assumption of the weakly anisotropic background results in the consistency between the proposed model and Hudson's published theory for the or

Exclusive responsiveness to ultraviolet light (~3.2 eV) and high photogenerated charge recombination rate are the two primary drawbacks of pure TiO_(2). We combined N-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs), morphology regulation, and heterojunction construction strategies to synthesize N-GQD/N-doped TiO_(2)/P-doped porous hollow g-C_(3)N_(4) nanotube (PCN) composite photocatalysts (denoted as G-TPCN). The optimal sample (G-TPCN doped with 0.1wt% N-GQD, denoted as 0.1% G-TPCN) exhibits significantly enhanced photoabsorption, which is attributed to the change in bandgap caused by elemental doping (P and N), the improved light-harvesting resulting from the tube structure, and the upconversion effect of N-GQDs. In addition, the internal charge separation and transfer capability of0.1% G-TPCN are dramatically boosted, and its carrier concentration is 3.7, 2.3, and 1.9 times that of N-TiO_(2), PCN, and N-TiO_(2)/PCN(TPCN-1), respectively. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction between N-TiO_(2) and PCNs, the excellent electron conduction ability of N-GQDs, and the short transfer distance caused by the porous nanotube structure. Compared with those of N-TiO_(2), PCNs, and TPCN-1, the H2 production activity of 0.1%G-TPCN under visible light is enhanced by 12.4, 2.3, and 1.4times, respectively, and its ciprofloxacin (CIP) degradation rate is increased by 7.9, 5.7, and 2.9 times, respectively. The optimized performance benefits from excellent photoresponsiveness and improved carrier separation and migration efficiencies. Finally, the photocatalytic mechanism of 0.1% G-TPCN and five possible degradation pathways of CIP are proposed. This study clarifies the mechanism of multiple modification strategies to synergistically improve the photocatalytic performance of 0.1% G-TPCN and provides a potential strategy for rationally designing novel photocatalysts for environmental remediation and solar energy conversion.

In situ direct reprogramming technology can directly convert endogenous glial cells into functional neurons in vivo for central nervous system repair. Polypyrimidine tract-binding protein 1(PTB) knockdown has been shown to reprogram astrocytes to functional neurons in situ. In this study, we used AAV-PHP.e B-GFAP-sh PTB to knockdown PTB in a mouse model of ischemic stroke induced by endothelin-1, and investigated the effects of GFAP-sh PTB-mediated direct reprogramming to neurons. Our results showed that in the mouse model of ischemic stroke, PTB knockdown effectively reprogrammed GFAP-positive cells to neurons in ischemic foci, restored neural tissue structure, reduced inflammatory response, and improved behavioral function. These findings validate the effectiveness of in situ transdifferentiation of astrocytes, and suggest that the approach may be a promising strategy for stroke treatment.

On January 1,2024,a devastating M 7.6 earthquake struck the Noto Peninsula,Ishikawa Prefecture,Japan,resulting in significant casualties and property *** information from the first six days after the earthquake,this article analyzes the seismic source characteristics,disaster situation,and emergency response of this *** results show:1)The earthquake rupture was of the thrust type,with aftershock distribution showing a north-east-oriented belt-like feature of 150 km.2)Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)and Interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR),observations detected significant westward to north-westward co-seismic displacement near the epicenter,with the maximum horizontal displacement reaching 1.2 m and the vertical uplift displacement reaching 4 m.A two-segment fault inversion model fits the observational data well.3)Near the epicenter,large Peak Ground Velocity(PGV)and Peak Ground Acceleration(PGA)were observed,with the maxima reaching 145 cm/s and 2681 gal,respectively,and the intensity reached the highest level 7 on the Japanese(Japan Meteorological Agency,JMA)intensity standard,which is higher than level 10 of the United States Geological Survey(USGS)Modified Mercalli Intensity(MMI)standard.4)The observation of the very rare multiple strong pulse-like ground motion(PLGM)waveform poses a topic worthy of research in the field of earthquake engineering.5)As of January 7,the earthquake had left 128 deaths and 560 injuries in Ishikawa Prefecture,with 1305 buildings completely or partially destroyed,and had triggered a chain of disasters including tsunamis,fires,slope failures,and road ***,this paper summarizes the emergency rescue,information dissemination,and other disaster response and management measures taken in response to this *** work provides a reference case for carrying out effective responses,and offers lessons for handling similar events in the future.

A tunnel-group metro station built in rock site is composed of a group of *** tunnels and their interconnections can show inconsistent responses during an *** study investigates the dynamic responses of such a metro station in a rock site,by shaking table *** lining structures of each tunnel and surrounding rock are modeled based on the similitude law;foam concrete and gypsum are used to model the ground-structure system,keeping relative stiffness consistent with that of the prototype.A series of harmonic waves are employed as excitations,input along the transverse and longitudinal direction of the shaking *** discrepant responses caused by the structural irregularities are revealed by measurement of acceleration and strain of the *** characteristics are identified by the transfer function method in white noise *** test results show that the acceleration response and strain response of the structure are controlled by the *** particular,the acceleration amplification effect at the opening section of the station hall is more significant than that at the standard section under transverse excitation;the amplification effect of the structural opening is insignificant under longitudinal excitation.
