Thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR)has been gradually considered as the mainstream therapy for type B aortic dissection(TBAD),especially for complicated acute TBAD,[1]due to its minimally invasive nature and satisfactory clinical outcomes.Currently,our knowledge of aortic dissection and endovascular treatment is primarily derived from western registries including the International Registry of Acute Aortic Dissection(IRAD)and Vascular Quality Initiative(VQI),which includes few Asian TBAD patients without any Chinese population.Therefore,we report a long-term single-center experience of TBAD patients who underwent TEVAR in a Chinese high-volume tertiary center.The preliminary results would provide useful insight and enhances our understanding of this disease in the Chinese population.

High-strength metallic foams have a wide range of applications in engineering as lightweight structural and energy-absorbing materials.However,it is challenging to obtain metallic foam with both good energy absorption performance and high strength.Here,we developed a novel metal matrix syntactic foam fabri-cated with AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) eutectic high entropy alloy and alumina cenospheres that exhibits a remarkable combination of high strength and energy absorption performance under both quasi-static and dynamic compression.The porous structure of syntactic foam fully exploits the properties of the AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) alloy matrix with a unique FCC/B2 dual-phase eutectic microstructure and thus yields exceptional per-formance.We discovered that this dual-phase microstructure not only provides high strength but also allows the pores to collapse in a progressive and diffusive way,which enables the formation of a high and smooth energy absorption platform.It is found that the heterogeneity between the two phases in the matrix can provide back stress strengthening,and it also induces multiple micro shear bands and microcracks as additional energy dissipation modes as the deformation proceeds.This unique mechanism ensures the strength of microstructures and makes them fracture promptly,which causes the balance of strengthening and softening on the macro scale.This work opens the avenue for developing advanced high-strength lightweight structural and energy-absorbing materials.

·AIM: To determine the effects of laser photocoagulation on serum levels of angiopoietin-1(Ang-1),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2), soluble angiopoietin receptor Tie-2(Tie-2), Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR). We also explored the role of the Ang/Tie system in PDR.·METHODS:Totally 160patientswithT2 DM, including50 patients with non-diabetic retinopathy(NDR), 58 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR), and52 patients with PDR were enrolled in this study. Serum Ang-1, Ang-2, Tie-2 receptor and VEGF levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for all patients and were repeated in 26 patients who underwent laser photocoagulation two months after the procedure.·RESULTS:ThemedianlevelsofAng-2andVEGFinserum were significantly higher in the NPDR group(4.23 ng/mL and 303.2 pg/mL, respectively) compared to the NDR group(2.67 ng/mL and 159.8 pg/mL, respectively, P 0.05).Ang-2 was positively correlated with VEGF and Tie-2 in the PDR and NPDR groups(both P 0.05). The median levels of Ang-2 and VEGF in serum were highest in PDR group,however, Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio of PDR group was lowest in three groups.·CONCLUSION: Laser photocoagulation can reduce serum Ang-2 and VEGF

Composite films of different contents were prepared by Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 powder as compound phase and silicone rubber as matrix phase. The thickness of film is 200 μm. Values of impedance, Z, under pressure stress were measured by TH2816LCR digital bridge. LYYL-500N high-grade-type microcomputer control pressure testing machine was used to conduct program control loading with a speed of 0.1 mm·min^-1. The results show that composite films of different contents （25 vol%, 30 vol%, and 35 vol%） have excellent force-sensitive properties in both loading process and unloading process, especially when the stress is below 0.2 MPa, the stress- impedance （SI） and ＋｜k｜ values of composite films are much higher than that in the range of 0.2-1.0 MPa. The force- sensitive properties of loading process are superior to unloading process. While the frequency is 1 kHz, the force-sensitive properties of composite films are better than 50 kHz. The optimal temperature of powder heat treatment is 500 ℃. Composite film which was prepared by this kind of powder has a good force-sensitive property.

Endometritis affects the reproductive capacity of dairy cows and leads to serious economic losses in dairy farming.Clarification of the pathogenesis of endometritis is necessary to improve the reproductive efficiency of dairy cows.Exosomes and their miRNAs have been proven to play an important role in inflammatory regulation.Exosomal miR-218 is a differentially expressed miRNA found in endometrial epithelial cells(EECs)under endometrial inflammation.Therefore,we investigated the expression of miR-218 in the uterine tissue of dairy cows,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)treated EECs,exosomal vesicles,and regulation of exosomal miR-218 by targeting TGIF-2 inducible factor homology frame 2(TGIF2)/transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β).The expression of miR-218 was suppressed in inflammatory uterine tissues and LPS treated EECs.The expression of TGIF2 and TGF-βin inflammatory uterine tissues and LPS treated EECs was significantly higher than those in healthy uterine tissues and EECs(pfusion of exosomes.Concurrently,the expression of its target gene TGIF2 was also suppressed by miR-218 in donor cells resulting in fewer TGIF2 being transported into recipient cells with exosomal fusion.This may be a novel mechanism of miRNAs-mediated regulation and provides a new reference for analyzing the pathogenesis of endometritis in dairy cows.

BACKGROUND The incidence rate of acute pancreatitis(AP), which is a pathophysiological process with complex etiology, is increasing globally. miR-125b-5p, a bidirectional regulatory miRNA, is speculated to exhibit anti-tumor activity. However,exosome-derived miR-125b-5p in AP has not been reported.AIM To elucidate the molecular mechanism of exosome-derived miR-125b-5p promoting AP exacerbation from the perspective of the interaction between immune cells and acinar cells.METHODS Exosomes derived from AR42J cells were isolated and extracted in active and inactive states by an exosome extraction kit, and were verified via transmission electron microscopy, nanoparticle tracking analysis, and western blotting. RNA sequencing assay technology was used to screen differentially expressed miRNAs in active and inactive AR42J cell lines, and bioinformatics analysis was used to predict downstream target genes of miR-125b-5p. The expression level of miR-125b-5p and insulin-like growth factor 2(IGF2) in the activated AR42J cell line and AP pancreatic tissue were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blots. The changes in the pancreatic inflammatory response in a rat AP model were detected by histopathological methods. Western Blot was used to detect the expression of IGF2, PI3K/AKT signaling pathway proteins, and apoptosis and necrosis related proteins.RESULTS miR-125b-5p expression was upregulated in the activated AR42J cell line and AP pancreatic tissue,while that of IGF2 was downregulated. In vitro experiments confirmed that miR-125b-5p could promote the death of activated AR42J cells by inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. In addition,miR-125b-5p was found to act on macrophages to promote M1 type polarization and inhibit M2type polarization, resulting in a massive release of inflammatory factors and reactive oxygen species accumulation. further research found that miR-125b-5p could inhibit the expression of IGF2 in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. 目的:评估新型硫氧还蛋白还原酶抑制剂丁烷硒啉(BS)对小鼠免疫系统及肿瘤发生的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。创新点:实验室自主设计的硫氧还蛋白还原酶抑制剂BS对免疫系统的调节作用及机制探究。方法:将24只体重为18~22g的正常雄性KM小鼠随机分为4组,分别为BS低、中、高剂量组和对照组,每组6只动物。于接种小鼠肝癌H22细胞(1×106个/只)后第2天开始给药,给药剂量分别为:空白对照组(5g/L羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na),灌胃(i.g.),每日一次(q.d.));BS低剂量组(90mg/kg,i.g.,q.d.);BS中剂量组(180mg/kg,i.g.,q.d.);BS高剂量组(360 mg/kg,i.g.,q.d.)。每天观察小鼠状态,连续8天。结论:BS通过促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞的活化来抑制肿瘤增殖。BS能够通过下调体内肿瘤细胞表面的程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)的表达,提高小鼠CD4^-CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分比和下游细胞因子的分泌。在HepG2和BEL-7402细胞中的进一步研究表明,通过抑制信号传导子及转录激活子3(STAT3)磷酸化,BS处理后PD-L1表达水平降低。综上所述,BS通过STAT3途径降低PD-L1表达,从而产生促进免疫应答的作用,抑制肿瘤发生。

Overpressure is significant to the exploration and exploitation of petroleum due to its influence on hydrocarbon accumulation and drilling strategies.The deep-burial hydrocarbon reservoirs of Jurassic strata in the central Junggar Basin are characterized by intensive overpressure,whose origins are complex and still unclear.In this study,Bowers'method and sonic velocity-density crossplot method based on well logging data were used as a combination for overpressure judgements in geophysics.furthermore,the corresponding geological processes were analysed in quality and quantity to provide a rational comprehension of the overpressure origins and the model of overpressure evolution and hy-drocarbon accumulation processes.The results showed that hydrocarbon generation in the Jurassic source rocks led to overpressure in the mudstones,while hydrocarbon generation in Permian source rocks led to overpressure in the sandstone reservoirs in Jurassic strata by vertical pressure transfer.The burial and thermal history indicated that the aquathermal effect of pore fluids by temperature increase in deep strata is also an important origin of overpressure,while disequilibrium compaction may not be the dominant cause for the overpressure in deep-buried strata.furthermore,the continuous tectonic compression in both the north-south and west-east trends from the Jurassic period to the present may also have enhanced the overpressure in deep strata.Meanwhile,the developed faults formed by intensive tectonic compression led to pressure transfer from source rocks to the Jurassic reservoirs.Overpressured geofluids with hydrocarbons migrated to sandstone reservoirs and aggravated the over-pressure in the Jurassic strata.To conclude,the intensive overpressure in the central Junggar Basin is attributed to the combination of multiple mechanisms,including hydrocarbon generation,the aqua-thermal effect,tectonic compression and pressure transfer.furthermore,the developed overpressure indicated hydrocarbon migration and accumulation processes and

目的探讨持续性护理模式在溶栓治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年3月我院收治的溶栓治疗60例ACI患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用持续性护理模式,比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、简化上肢运动功能评测(fugl-Meyer)评定量表(FMA)评分、功能独立性测量(FIM)评分、改良Barther指数评分及患者的遵医行为、并发症发生率相关指标,分析持续性护理模式对溶栓治疗ACI患者的影响。结果两组护理后NIHSS评分低于护理前,其FMA评分、改良Barther指数评分和FIM评分高于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分、改良Barther指数评分和FIM评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后遵医嘱行为比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续性护理模式应用于溶栓治疗ACI患者的护理有显著效果,能够减少并发症,促进患者的神经功能和肢体功能恢复,并提高患者的日常生活能力,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。
