The Mechanism of Heating Rate on the Secondary Recrystallization Evolution in Grain Oriented Silicon Steel

Grain-oriented silicon steels were prepared at different heating rates during high temperature annealing,in which the evolution of magnetic properties,grain orientations and precipitates were *** illustrate the Zener factor,the diameter and number density of precipitates of interrupted testing samples were statistically *** effect of precipitate ripening on the Goss texture and magnetic property was *** indicated that the trend of Zener factor was similar under different heating rates,first increasing and then decreasing,and that the precipitate maturing was greatly inhibited as the heating rate *** recrystallization was developed at the temperature of 1010℃when a heating rate of 5℃/h was used,resulting in Goss,Brass and{110}oriented grains growing abnormally and a magnetic induction intensity of ***,increasing the heating rate to 20℃/h would inhibit the development of undesirable oriented grains and obtain a sharp Goss ***,when the heating rate was extremely fast,such as 40℃/h,poor secondary recrystallization was developed with many island grains,corresponding to a decrease in magnetic induction intensity to 1.87 *** a suitable heating rate of 20℃/h,the sharpest Goss texture and the highest magnetic induction of 1.94 T with an onset secondary recrystallization temperature of 1020℃were found among the experimental variables in this *** heating rate affected the initial temperature of secondary recrystallization by controlling the maturation of precipitates,leading to the deviation and dispersion of Goss texture,thereby reducing the magnetic properties.

Cell polarization in ischemic stroke: molecular mechanisms and advances

Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease associated with high mortality and disability rates. Since the inflammation and immune response play a central role in driving ischemic damage, it becomes essential to modulate excessive inflammatory reactions to promote cell survival and facilitate tissue repair around the injury site. Various cell types are involved in the inflammatory response, including microglia, astrocytes, and neutrophils, each exhibiting distinct phenotypic profiles upon stimulation. They display either proinflammatory or anti-inflammatory states, a phenomenon known as ‘cell polarization.’ There are two cell polarization therapy strategies. The first involves inducing cells into a neuroprotective phenotype in vitro, then reintroducing them autologously. The second approach utilizes small molecular substances to directly affect cells in vivo. In this review, we elucidate the polarization dynamics of the three reactive cell populations(microglia, astrocytes, and neutrophils) in the context of ischemic stroke, and provide a comprehensive summary of the molecular mechanisms involved in their phenotypic switching. By unraveling the complexity of cell polarization, we hope to offer insights for future research on neuroinflammation and novel therapeutic strategies for ischemic stroke.

本文分析表明,形成南京地区SO2高浓度空气污染的天气形势背景是:本区处在移动缓慢的变性高压脊后部“暖脊去、干槽来”的过渡带的弱辐合区内。此时,上空有弱下沉运动,近地层为弱上升运动,地面有辐合流场,傍晚到翌晨有贴地逆温,构成了有利于污染物汇积而不利于扩散的动力条件,从而导致高浓度空气污染的形成。上述结果对空气污染潜势预报有实用价值。

在磁悬浮转子微陀螺(MGELR)中,悬浮线圈是定子线圈的重要组成部分,它产生的电磁力将微转子浮起.基于多圈螺旋型悬浮线圈新型结构能产生较大的悬浮力,应用有限元方法对其进行建模仿真,研究了线圈的圈数、厚度和内径对悬浮力的影响规律.结果表明:随着悬浮线圈的圈数增多,悬浮力增大且幅度增加;线圈厚度增加,悬浮力减小;随着悬浮线圈内径增加,悬浮力呈线性增加.采用了光刻、电镀、溅射等微细加工工艺制造了MGELR的定子.初步的实验结果验证了该设计方案是可行的.

Flexible electrodes have significant potential in fields such as healthcare and neuroscience, as they enable comprehensive recording and analysis of human electrical signals, providing deeper insights into physiological conditions and the state of internal organs and tissues [1, 2]. However, commercial Ag/AgCl wet electrodes face issues such as dehydration,poor comfort, and insufficient mechanical strength, while other types of electrodes, like dry and semi-dry electrodes,also have their own limitations, including the higher contact impedance. In contrast, ionically conductive electrodes offer potential advantages such as transparency, stability, and low impedance, making them a promising alternative to existing electrically conductive electrodes [3]. Acrylic acid (AA)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) are commonly used in the synthesis of ionic gels, as they ionize in water to produce a large number of ions, helping to maintain moisture balance and reduce impedance caused by dehydration [4]. However, the presence of freely moving ions in the gel network can interfere with conductivity, highlighting the need to introduce new conductive networks to enhance performance [5].

High-throughput screening of CO_(2) cycloaddition MOF catalyst with an explainable machine learning model

The high porosity and tunable chemical functionality of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)make it a promising catalyst design ***-throughput screening of catalytic performance is feasible since the large MOF structure database is *** this study,we report a machine learning model for high-throughput screening of MOF catalysts for the CO_(2) cycloaddition *** descriptors for model training were judiciously chosen according to the reaction mechanism,which leads to high accuracy up to 97%for the 75%quantile of the training set as the classification *** feature contribution was further evaluated with SHAP and PDP analysis to provide a certain physical understanding.12,415 hypothetical MOF structures and 100 reported MOFs were evaluated under 100℃ and 1 bar within one day using the model,and 239 potentially efficient catalysts were *** them,MOF-76(Y)achieved the top performance experimentally among reported MOFs,in good agreement with the prediction.

A Hybrid Approach for Pavement Crack Detection Using Mask R-CNN and Vision Transformer Model

Detecting pavement cracks is critical for road safety and infrastructure *** methods,relying on manual inspection and basic image processing,are time-consuming and prone to *** deep-learning(DL)methods automate crack detection,but many still struggle with variable crack patterns and environmental *** study aims to address these limitations by introducing the Masker Transformer,a novel hybrid deep learning model that integrates the precise localization capabilities of Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network(Mask R-CNN)with the global contextual awareness of Vision Transformer(ViT).The research focuses on leveraging the strengths of both architectures to enhance segmentation accuracy and adaptability across different pavement *** evaluated the performance of theMaskerTransformer against other state-of-theartmodels such asU-Net,TransformerU-Net(TransUNet),U-NetTransformer(UNETr),SwinU-NetTransformer(Swin-UNETr),You Only Look Once version 8(YoloV8),and Mask R-CNN using two benchmark datasets:Crack500 and *** findings reveal that the MaskerTransformer significantly outperforms the existing models,achieving the highest Dice SimilarityCoefficient(DSC),precision,recall,and F1-Score across both ***,the model attained a DSC of 80.04%on Crack500 and 91.37%on DeepCrack,demonstrating superior segmentation accuracy and *** high precision and recall rates further substantiate its effectiveness in real-world applications,suggesting that the Masker Transformer can serve as a robust tool for automated pavement crack detection,potentially replacing more traditional methods.

Early detection and treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) can be significantly enhanced through the use of flexible wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) sensors, potentially reducing CVD-related mortality. This paper introduces an ECG-on-Chip (EoC) solution tailored for flexible ECG sensors, incorporating novel features to address common challenges in wearable ECG technology. The EoC integrates a chopper-stabilized capacitively-coupled instrumentation amplifier (CS-CCIA),ensuring a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and low noise performance. Performance is further boosted via a positive feedback loop (PFL) and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with shared on-chip calibration logic, which enhances input impedance and minimizes gain variability to ensure consistent algorithm performance. Additionally, a secondary chopping technique is employed to further reduce noise, achieving an input-referred noise level of 454 nVrms. The embedded algorithm within the EoC is designed to extract clinically meaningful features, facilitating robust real-time arrhythmia analysis. Fabricated using a 0.18μm CMOS process, the EoC consumes 14.9μW with a supply voltage of 1.2 V. The algorithm’s efficacy has been validated over 0.4 million heartbeats, demonstrating a sensitivity of over 99.7%for R-peak detection and 98.3%for arrhythmia analysis. To demonstrate practical application, the EoC has been integrated with a commercial Bluetooth low energy (BLE)transceiver, forming a wireless arrhythmia monitoring sensor equipped with dry electrodes. This system consumes 292.04μW in arrhythmia-aware transmission mode, supporting 13 days of operation with a 30 mAh thin-film battery.

【目的】腐植酸在我国农业生产中发挥了重要作用,许多研究证实,腐植酸具有促进植物生长的功能,本文从腐植酸刺激植物根系生长、调控土壤与肥料养分转化及肥料利用率和影响土壤微生物和酶活性方面,系统总结了国内外施用腐植酸促进植物生长的途径,阐述了腐植酸对植物生长促进作用的机理,旨在梳理腐植酸促进植物生长机理的研究现状,为腐植酸的进一步研究和应用提供参考依据。【主要进展】1)腐植酸能够对植物产生类似生物刺激素的效应。它能够提高植物根系H+-ATP酶等的活性、刺激植物根伸长和侧根生长点的增加,从而增加根系活力及植物根系与土壤养分的接触面积,增加植物对养分的吸收;2)逆境胁迫下,腐植酸能够通过调节植物体内的新陈代谢并改善植物生长环境,缓解甚至消除逆境胁迫对植物的伤害,从而促进植物生长;3)腐植酸能够通过与氮素、磷素和钾素发生结合效应,与磷酸盐产生竞争效应和对钾离子的吸附作用固持与活化土壤与肥料中的养分,提高土壤肥料有效性和缓释性能,提高肥料利用率,从而促进植物生长;4)腐植酸还能够影响土壤中与养分转化相关的酶活性和微生物群落结构及数量,在活化养分的同时,保蓄养分,降低养分的损失,为植物生长保障持久的养分供应;5)腐植酸对植物生长的促进效应受腐植酸结构特征、添加量和供试植物种类等因素的影响。【建议与展望】由于技术手段的限制和研究技术的差异,人们对腐植酸促进植物生长机理的认识还不够系统和深入,因此,腐植酸的基本特征、影响腐植酸作用的主控因子、土壤–植物系统中腐植酸促进植物生长的主要途径和腐植酸对土壤功能性微生物等的影响都将成为未来研究的重要方向。
