森林土壤有机碳(SOC)是土壤中的有机物质(SOM)的碳部分,它对维持森林生态系统的平衡和稳定非常重要。传统实验通过化学方法分析土壤中有机物质的含量进而计算土壤中的有机碳,此类化学方法费时费力且产生化学废水污染环境。高光谱技术可以非接触、高效率地检测出土壤的养分信息。针对现有机器学习土壤有机质预测模型的精度和计算效率方面的不足,以广西国有黄冕林场和国有雅长林场为土壤样品采集点,基于全光谱数据利用主成分分析算法(PCA)筛选特征波段的最佳波长数量,并利用比一阶微分处理数据更加精细且能平衡光谱噪声和光谱分辨率之间的关系的分数阶微分为预处理方法之一对光谱数据进行变换处理,最后采用相对于传统的中心化算法拥有较高鲁棒性和容错能力的蜣螂算法(DBO)对支持向量回归机(SVR)的高斯核函数的参数组合进行优化。研究结果表明,PCA-DBO-SVR模型可以有效提高土壤有机质预测的决定系数R^(2)并降低预测均方根误差(RMSE)。PCA-DBO-SVR在对比预测模型中表现出最佳的泛化性能和准确度,其验证集R^(2)为0.942,RMSE为2.989 g·kg^(-1),展现了较好的准确性。

新生儿是呼吸道病毒感染的易感人群,在一些新生儿聚集的场所,如月子中心、新生儿病房,有暴发流行的报道。针对流行性感冒已经有特异性的抗病毒药物,但是对于呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)而言,主要治疗措施则是对症支持治疗,因此预防尤为关键。该文紧扣《新生儿常见呼吸道病毒感染预防的专家建议》,围绕近年来有突破性进展的RSV防控进行深入解读,包括新生儿生理及免疫特点、RSV感染的疾病负担及传播途径、新生儿RSV感染的主要临床表现和远期危害,以及RSV特异性预防手段、国外具体操作推荐及预防经验,为中国新生儿RSV防控奠定基础。

The interfacial structure of the α-Mg/14H-LPSO phase in rare earth-including magnesium alloy was investigated via high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADFSTEM) imaging and first-principles calculations of density-functional *** possible interfacial models were constructed according to the different terminations of the LPSO phase,and the corresponding interfacial energies were calculated,from which the four most stable structures(Terl-MgY-hollow,Ter2-Zn-hollow,Ter3-MgYII-hollow and Ter4-Mg-bridge) were *** interfacial phase diagrams related to the Y chemical potentials were obtained from the calculations,and the most stable interfacial structure was ***-MgY-hollow and Ter2-Zn-hollow have the lowest interfacial energies in the range of-0.7 eV <Δμγ<-0.6 eV,where fluctuating change of state is the minimized and the interface is the most *** separation work of the two models was calculated to predict the bonding strength of the structures at both ends of the *** calculation results show that the maximum interfacial separation work is 1.45 J/m^(2) for the interface model of α-Mg and 14H-LPSO phase structure with Ter2-Zn-hollow termination.

Accurate sales prediction in filling stations is the basis to fill in the refined oil in time and avoid the outof-stock as much as *** the defect of great“lag”in the general time series model,this paper summarizes the multiple factors that influence the oil sales and develops a multivariable long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,with the hyper-parameters being improved by the genetic algorithm(GA).To further improve the prediction accuracy,the proposed LSTM neural network is generalized to bidirectional LSTM(Bi LSTM),in which the impact of future factors on present sales can be taken into account by backward ***,different LSTM structures and genetic algorithm parameters are tested to discuss their impact on prediction *** demonstrated that genetic algorithm improved Bi LSTM model is superior to extreme gradient boosting,ARIMA,and artificial neural network,having the highest accuracy of 89%.

Transforming sloping land into terraced land is an effective approach to cope with the problems including farmland shortage and severe soil *** paper introduces a new system based on rainwater harvesting and recycling technology,which may effectively improve farmland productivity rainwater use efficiency and reduce water and fertilizer *** new system consists of three subsystems：1） A plough layer with the dual function of crop cultivation and rainwater harvesting; 2） A tank below the plough layer for storing water; 3） An irrigation-drainage *** plough layer and the storage tank,both treated for reducing seepage,are connected through the irrigation and drainage *** showed that,compared with the traditional paddy fields,rice evapotranspiration（ and crop coefficient） in the test field remained at a similar level,while the irrigation amount was reduced by 44.3% under the condition of basin irrigation,and the drainage amount decreased by 86.6%,and the non-point source pollution was reduced to 67.7%~87.9%,and the rainwater utilization efficiency increased by 30% and reached 95.4%,and crop yield of middle-season rice reached 9,975 kg/hm2,which was only 0.4% lower than that in the traditional paddy field in the terms of dry *** new technology sheds light on new possibilities for transformation of hilly sloping land.

BACKGROUND Gitelman syndrome(GS)is an autosomal recessive salt-losing renal tubulopathy arising from mutations in the thiazide-sensitive Na-Cl cotransporter *** to its low incidence and lack of awareness,GS can be easily misdiagnosed or missed in *** SUMMARY A 24-year-old male presented with>4 years of repeated limb weakness without any *** previous day,the patient was bitten by ants and showed weakness of the lower *** patient had hypokalemia(1.66-2.83 mmol/L),hypomagnesemia(0.4 mmol/L),hypocalciuria(1.51-2.46 mmol/d),metabolic alkalosis(7.47-7.54),normal blood pressure,and increased activity of aldosterone and plasma renin activity(PRA)(PRA 6.4 and 16.45 ng/mL/h and aldosterone 330.64 and 756.82 pg/mL in the supine and upright position,respectively).In addition,SLCI2A3 gene mutation with GS was *** and intravenous supplementation with potassium and magnesium was *** magnesium returned to 0.48 mmol/L and serum potassium returned to 3.08 mmol/L,alleviating the patient’s fatigue *** GS should be considered in patients with hypokalemia complicated with *** testing is essential to confirm the diagnosis.
