In this paper,a contention-based connection-free transmission scheme is proposed to meet the stringent requirements of ultra-reliability and low-latency for critical machine-type communication(cMTC).To improve reliability,we design multiple independent sparse orthogonal pilots(MISOP)to significantly reduce the probability of pilot collision to the order of 10^(−5).Besides,the advancements of massive MIMO(mMIMO)are exploited to further enhance the *** achieve low latency,connection-free slot-based one-shot transmission without retransmissions is *** the receiver side,single round of multi-user detection(MUD)without interference cancellation(IC)can reduce the processing *** imprecise synchronization between cMTC device and the gNB in connection-free transmission,e.g.,time and frequency offsets,are also *** simulation results shows that the proposed scheme can well satisfy the ambitious requirements of cMTC,and has the potential applications in supporting massive cMTC devices in 6G.

SEBS与常用单质炸药的相容性研究

将分子动力学(MD)模拟方法中理论键长变化趋势与差示扫描量热法(DSC)测得的分解温度变化情况相结合,分析了热塑性弹性体氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)与推进剂中常用的单质炸药黑索今(RDX)、奥克托今(HMX)、六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)之间的相容性。MD模拟结果表明:RDX、HMX、CL-20与SEBS共混体系的引发键最大键长随温度的升高而增加,与单质炸药单组分体系相比均没有明显的变化,推测SEBS与RDX、HMX、CL-20共混后稳定性较好,不易发生引发键的断裂。DSC结果中,RDX、HMX、CL-20与SEBS共混后,热分解温度变化均在3℃以内,表明SEBS与RDX、HMX和CL-20之间相容性好。进一步,选择相容性差的二号中定剂(C_(2))和3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)作为对照体系,进行MD模拟和DSC分析发现,引发键最大键长明显增加,DSC热分解温度提前了70℃以上,验证了引发键键长预测相容性优劣的可行性。

关键机器类通信(Critical MTC)对时延和可靠性都有极高的要求。支持海量Critical MTC的终端是一个巨大挑战。提出了一种面向海量Critical MTC终端的无连接传输方案。为了降低时延,提出了基于竞争的无连接单次传输方案;为了实现高可靠性,设计了具有极低导频碰撞概率的稀疏正交多导频。进一步利用大规模多输入多输出(MIMO)的增益来提高可靠性以及在空域复用大量用户。仿真结果表明,提出的方案可以支持海量Critical MTC终端,同时满足低时延和高可靠的严格要求。

Genetic Analysis of Structural Styles in the Makran Accretionary Wedge–Insight from Physical Simulations

The Makran accretionary wedge has the smallest subduction angle among any accretionary prism in the world. The factors controlling the spacing and morphological development of its deep thrust faults, as well as the formation mechanism of shallow normal faults, remain unclear. Meanwhile, the factors affecting the continuity of plane faults must be comprehensively discussed. Clarifying the development characteristics and deformation mechanisms of the Makran accretionary wedge is crucial to effectively guide the exploration of gas hydrate deposits in the area. This study aims to interpret seismic data to identify typical structures in the Makran accretionary wedge, including deep imbricate thrust faults, shallow and small normal faults, wedge-shaped piggyback basins, mud diapirs with fuzzy and disorderly characteristics of reflection, décollements with a northward tilt of 1° – 2°, and large seamounts. Physical simulation-based experiments are performed to comprehensively analyze the results of the plane, section, and slices of the wedge. Results reveal that the distances between and shapes of thrust faults in the deep parts of the Makran accretionary wedge are controlled by the bottom décollement. The uplift of the thrust fault-related folds and the upwelling of the mud diapirs primarily contribute to the formation of small normal faults in the shallow part of the area. The mud diapirs originate from plastic material at the bottom, while those that have developed in the area near the trench are larger. Seamounts and mud diapirs break the continuity of fault plane distribution.

Noise-induced hearing loss is the primary non-genetic factor contributing to auditory ***,there are currently no effective pharmacological interventions for patients with noise-induced hearing ***,we present evidence suggesting that the lysine-specific demethylase 1 inhibitor–tranylcypromine is an otoprotective agent that could be used to treat noise-induced hearing loss,and elucidate its underlying regulatory *** established a mouse model of permanent threshold shift hearing loss by exposing the mice to white broadband noise at a sound pressure level of 120 d B for 4 *** found that tranylcypromine treatment led to the upregulation of Sestrin2(SESN2)and activation of the autophagy markers light chain 3B and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 in the cochleae of mice treated with *** noise exposure group treated with tranylcypromine showed significantly lower average auditory brainstem response hearing thresholds at click,4,8,and 16 k Hz frequencies compared with the noise exposure group treated with *** findings indicate that tranylcypromine treatment resulted in increased SESN2,light chain 3B,and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 expression after noise exposure,leading to a reduction in levels of 4-hydroxynonenal and cleaved caspase-3,thereby reducing noise-induced hair cell ***,immunoblot analysis demonstrated that treatment with tranylcypromine upregulated SESN2 expression via the autophagy *** treatment also reduced the production of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domaincontaining 3(NLRP3)*** conclusion,our results showed that tranylcypromine treatment ameliorated cochlear inflammation by promoting the expression of SESN2,which induced autophagy,thereby restricting NLRP3-related inflammasome signaling,alleviating cochlear hair cell loss,and protecting hearing *** findings suggest that inhibiting lysine-specific demethylase 1 is a
