INTRODUCTIONDiabetes mellitus is the most common disease and its death rate ranks the 8th in the world. Up to now, its incidence has a tendency to increase[1]. Since disorder of sugar metabolism might result in microvascular degeneration and injury of important human organs, it will endanger human health seriously. In 1969, Younszai first reported the method that could decrease diabetes symptoms by islet tissue transplantation. In 1981, our country began to treat diabetes type Ⅰ by transplanting cultured islet tissues. In our study, we digested the pieces of pancreas with collagenase and made morphological observation on islet cells cultured for 3d, 5d, 7d, 9d and 13d respectively, and the contents of insulin and C-peptide in the supernatant were detected by radioimmunoassay. The experimental model of rabbit diabetes was established, and certain curative effect was achieved in the treatment of experimental diabetes in rats.

The ecological environment of the Tibetan Plateau,known as the“Third Pole of the Earth”,is extremely sensitive and *** rapid societal development,environmental problems on the Tibetan Plateau have become prominent,as it is downwind of the emission sources from densely populated areas in the Middle East and South Asia,and the plateau has become one of the regions significantly affected by transboundary pollutant transmission(including black carbon,BC).The Tibetan Plateau has a long history of life and religious sacrifices,including aromatic plant-burning,which were recorded in the geologic record;therefore,BC can be used as a potential indicator to study the changes in religious *** this study,BC analysis was carried out based on the plausible dating framework tested by the AMS14C and137Cs methods on successive sediment cores from Lake Dalzong,an alpine lake in the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,northeast of the Tibetan *** was found that the BC in the lake sediments mainly accumulated through proximity wet deposition,and its content changes reflected the prevalence of surrounding religious *** study results indicate that the area of Lake Dalzong has experienced three periods of enhanced religious activities in the last millennium:1490-1565 CE(mid-Ming Dynasty),1810-1890 CE(late Qing Dynasty),and 1920 CE to the present(since the founding of the Republic of China),and the increase in religious activities on this centennial time scale is a response to concurrent social *** study is the first to extract information on the variation in religious activities from lake sediments on the Tibetan Plateau,which will help advance the study of the historical context of the Anthropocene on the Tibetan Plateau.

PROCOAGULANT EFFECTS OF THROMBOLYTICTHERAPY IN ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION

To examine the procoagulant effects of thrombolytic agent on h emostasis and study the role of hemostatic markers as predictors of clinical outcomes. Methods. In the present study, eighteen patients with acute myocardial in farction(AMI) received 1.5 or 2.0 million U nonspecific urokinase(UK), or 70～80 mg fibrin specific recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt PA)and did not use heparin until 8 hours after intravenous injection of the above agents. Eig ht patients with AMI and without thrombolytic therapy were enrolled as controls. Coagulant and thrombolytic activity markers included thrombin antithrombin Ⅲ complex (TAT), D dimer, fibrinogen (Fg), FMPV/Amax. All markers were determined before,immediately,1,2,4 and 8 hours after the administration of thrombolytic a gents respectively. Results. Molecular marker of thrombin generation——TAT showed an activated coa gulant state immediately after thrombolytic therapy. Level of TAT showed no sign ificant changes between every two observed phases in controls. However, level of TAT increased significantly from 4.95±1.75μg/L ( 4.63±1.37μg/L) to 14.71±3 .31μg/L ( 14.25±2.53μg/L) before and immediately after administration of thro mbolytic agents UK(or rt PA). There was significant difference between level of serum TAT of patients with and without thrombolytic therapy (P< 0.05). Patients achieving clinical reperfusion had lower TAT level than those failing in thromb olytic therapy, and higher FMPV/Amax level than controls. D dimer, a surrogate of thrombolytic activity increased markedly and Fg significantly declined afte r thrombolytic therapy(P< 0.05).Conclusions. Thrombin generation occurred in plasma in response to excess fibri nolysis induced by thrombolytic therapy. Both urokinase and rt PA had procoagul ant action. This transient activation of the coagulant system might contribute t o early reocclusion. These data provided the theoretical support for simultaneou s administration of antico

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

The triggering mechanism for radio lobes from late-type galaxies is not fully *** samples are desired for a thorough investigation and *** utilizing the optical data from the newly released Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument imaging surveys and the radio sources from the NRAO VLA Sky Survey and the Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Twenty-centimeter,we identify four Late-type Galaxies with double Radio Lobes(La GRLs):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and J1736+*** previously known La GRLs,we confirm the correlation between radio power P_(1.4GHz)and stellar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud galaxies,while the newly identified cases in this work are located within the region of the red *** find a clear correlation between the differential radio power,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz)-M_(*)relation,and the galaxy color,indicating that bluer galaxies at a fixed M_(*)tend to host more powerful radio ***,the majority(31/36)of La GRLs are either located in a galaxy group or displaying a disturbed *** suggest that all of the galaxy mass,color and surrounding environment could play important roles in triggering radio lobes in late-type galaxies.

A two-step method for stacking arrangement of passages in multistream plate-fin heat exchanger is proposed. The first step (predict step) is to initialize the arrangement according to a local-balance principle, and the second step (correct step) is to resadust the arrangement according to the results of differential computation of the temperature distribution. The computer implementation process of the local balance principle is described in detail and three examples are illustrated to show the feasibility of this principle. A subroutine program is provided to facilitate the reader to adopt this principle.

The rotary forging process of a disc is simulated by 3-D finite element *** motion of the rotary the is described as the combination of a revolution round the machine axis and a spin round the rotary die axis. Therefore, the workpiece can be loaded and unloaded partly and cyclically by the cone surface of the rotary the continuously, according with the practical rotary forging process. From the siumulation rasults, the causes of center-thinning during rotary forging of discs are that the locally loading of rotary die made the workpiece center get high radial and tangential tensile stresses, and then the shortening in axial direction and the elongating in tangential and radial direction occur continuous- ly.
