A novel asymmetrical Pi-shaped defected ground structure （DGS） with 3-interations Koch fractal curves is proposed to design a microstrip low-pass filter （LPF） with uhra-wide stop-band （SB）. The proposed LPFs with a single resonator and two cascaded resonators are both designed, simulated, manufactured and measured. Simulation and experiment results demonstrate that the designed LPF has a very sharp transition band （TB） and an ultra-wide SB performance compared with the existed similar symmetrical and asymmetrical DGS. The proposed LPF with two cascaded resonators is with a compact size of 36. 8 mm x 24.0 mm, a very low insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB under 1.9 GHz, and a wide SB from 2.2 GHz to 8 GHz with rejection of larger than 30 dB.

为了发现新型脱落酸功能类似物,采用活性亚结构拼接原理设计了含吗啉磺酰胺片段的目标分子.以吗啉-4-磺酰胺和氟代硝基苯为起始原料,经芳基亲核取代反应合成了14个目标化合物,该合成方法操作简单,底物适用范围广.种子萌芽实验结果表明,浓度为50µmol/L时4a~4d、4k、4m、4n等7个化合物处理后完全抑制萌芽,25µmol/L时4a~4d、4k、4m、4n等7个化合物处理后抑制率仍高于95%.进一步降低至15μmol/L时,发现4m、4n的抑制活性高于ABA和先导化合物PM4.分子对接结果表明,引入吗啉促使小分子中磺酰基(SO2)与Ser98形成氢键,提高了结合受体的能力,所以4m和4n的打分函数高于ABA和PM4,活性也更高.该结果有利于发现新型脱落酸功能类似物.

近年来,肿瘤微环境(TME)备受科学家们的关注,它是由肿瘤细胞、肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)、免疫细胞、血管、细胞外基质、周围支持组织及其所在的代谢环境等共同组成的复杂体系。免疫逃逸和代谢改变(葡萄糖有氧代谢转至无氧代谢产生乳酸)是此体系的两个基本特征。虽然过去一直认为乳酸是TME中的代谢废物,但现在人们普遍认为乳酸的增加和TME的酸化在肿瘤发生发展中发挥关键作用,包括免疫逃逸、组织侵袭/肿瘤转移、血管生成和肿瘤耐药等。因此,研究TME中乳酸代谢、免疫抑制、血管生成、肿瘤耐药等关键过程的调控机制,可为靶向TME的新治疗策略提供理论基础和实践依据。

以江苏某电极箔生产企业废水处理工程为研究对象,采用“中和过滤-缺氧反硝化-好氧硝化”为主体工艺进行处理,通过工艺参数的优化调节,工程运行结果表明该工艺可有效处理电极箔生产废水,氨氮、总氮去除率可达90%、87.5%以上,对应出水低于5、25 mg/L,优于国家《电子工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 39731-2020)间接排放标准以及下游污水处理厂接管标准,直接运行成本约为3.58元/m3。

The cognitive network has become a promising method to solve the spectrum resources shortage problem.Especially for the optimization of network slicing resources in the cognitive radio access network(RAN),we are interested in the profit of the mobile virtual network operator(MVNO)and the utility of secondary users(SUs).In cognitive RAN,we aim to find the optimal scheme for the MVNO to efficiently allocate slice resources to SUs.Since the MVNO and SUs are selfish and the game between the MVNO and SUs is difficult to reach equilibrium,we consider modeling this scheme as a Stackelberg game.Leveraging mathematical programming with equilibrium constraints(MPEC)and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions,we can obtain a single-level optimization problem,and then prove that the problem is a convex optimization problem.The simulation results show that the proposed method is superior to the noncooperative game.While guaranteeing the Quality of Service(QoS)of primary users(PUs)and SUs,the proposed method can balance the profit of the MVNO and the utility of SUs.

Heterogeneous base station deployment enables to provide high capacity and wide area coverage.Network slicing makes it possible to allocate wireless resource for heterogeneous services on demand.These two promising technologies contribute to the unprecedented service in 5G.We establish a multiservice heterogeneous network model,which aims to raise the transmission rate under the delay constraints for active control terminals,and optimize the energy efficiency for passive network terminals.A policygradient-based deep reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed to make decisions on user association and power control in the continuous action space.Simulation results indicate the good convergence of the algorithm,and higher reward is obtained compared with other baselines.

To solve the contradiction between limited spectrum resources and increasing communication demand,this paper proposes a wireless resource allocation scheme based on the Deep Q Network(DQN)to allocate radio resources in a downlink multi-user cognitive radio(CR)network with slicing.Secondary users(SUs)are multiplexed using non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA).The SUs use the hybrid spectrum access mode to improve the spectral efficiency(SE).Considering the demand for multiple services,the enhanced mobile broadband(eMBB)slice and ultrareliable low-latency communication(URLLC)slice were established.The proposed scheme can maximize the SE while ensuring Quality of Service(QoS)for the users.This study established a mapping relationship between resource allocation and the DQN algorithm in the CR-NOMA network.According to the signal-to-interference-plusnoise ratio(SINR)of the primary users(PUs),the proposed scheme can output the optimal channel selection and power allocation.The simulation results reveal that the proposed scheme can converge faster and obtain higher rewards compared with the Q-Learning scheme.Additionally,the proposed scheme has better SE than both the overlay and underlay only modes.

Two thermomechanical coupled elastic-plastic finite element （FE） models were developed for predicting the 12-pass continuous rolling process of GCrl 5 rod and wire steel. The distances between stands in the proposed models were set according to the actual values, and the billets were shortened in the models to reduce the calculation time. To keep the continuity of simulation, a technique was developed to transfer temperature data between the meshes of different models in terms of nodal parameters by interpolation functions. The different process variables related to the rolling process, such as temperature, total equivalent plastic strain, equivalent plastic strain rate, and contact friction force, were analyzed. Also, the proposed models were applied to analyze the reason for the occurrence of an excessive spread in width. Meanwhile, it was also utilized to assess the influence of the roll diameter change on the simulated results such as temperature and rolling force. The simulated results of temperature are found to agree well with the measured results.

Walnut oil is a functional wood oil known to researchers that may potentially be a large source of Chinese edible oils.There are various extraction methods for walnut oil,including traditional(pressing,solvent-and enzymeassisted extraction)and novel methods(microwave,ultrasound,supercritical CO_(2),subcritical and other extraction technologies).Walnut oil is rich in nutrients,including phytosterols,tocopherols,polyphenols,squalene and minerals.It provides many health benefits,such as antioxidant,antitumor,anti-inflammatory,antidiabetic and lipid metabolism-related functions.In addition,the authentication of walnut oil has received much research attention.The present review provides detailed research on walnut oil extraction,composition,health benefits and adulteration identification methods.The path toward further walnut oil improvement in the context of the market value of walnut oil is also discussed.
