Graded Lie Algebras of Dimension Five and Some Artin-Schelter Regular Algebras

In this paper, we show that there are only seven graded Lie algebras of dimension 5 generated in degree 1 up to isomorphism. By parameterizing the relations of the universal enveloping algebras of three of those graded Lie algebras, we construct some new Artin-Schelter regular algebras of global dimension 5. We prove that those algebras are all strongly noetherian, Auslander regular and Cohen-Macaulay, and describe their Nakayama automorphisms.

The space-air-ground integrated network(SAGIN)combines the superiority of the satellite,aerial,and ground communications,which is envisioned to provide high-precision positioning ability as well as seamless connectivity in the 5G and Beyond 5G(B5G)systems.In this paper,we propose a three-dimensional SAGIN localization scheme for ground agents utilizing multi-source information from satellites,base stations and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).Based on the designed scheme,we derive the positioning performance bound and establish a distributed maximum likelihood algorithm to jointly estimate the positions and clock offsets of ground agents.Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the SAGIN localization scheme and reveal the effects of the number of satellites,the number of base stations,the number of UAVs and clock noise on positioning performance.

We prove an Artin-Schelter regularity result for the method of twisted tensor products under a certain form. Such twisted tensor products, whose twisting maps are determined by the action on the generators, include Ore extensions and double Ore extensions. It is helpful to construct high- dimensional Artin-Schelter regular algebras.

The rapid growth of the Internet of Things(IoT) in recent years has spurred the progress of portable electronics. Wearable electronic devices have the capability to continuously monitor physical vital signs and biochemical markers [1,2]. Among these,wearable biosensors have the potential to analyze human epidermal sweat, which contains valuable information for disease diagnosis and fitness tracking, in a continuous and non-invasive manner.

Intravenous nanosuspensions are attracted growing attention as a viable strategy for development of intravenous formulations of poorly water-soluble drugs.However,only few information about the biological fate of intravenous nanosuspensions is currently known,especially amorphous nanosuspensions are not reported yet.In this study,the in vivo fate of herpetrione(HPE)amorphous nanosuspensions following intravenous administration was explored by using an aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)probe and HPLC methods.The ACQ probe is physically embedded into HPE nanoparticles via anti-solvent method to form HPE hybrid nanosuspensions(HPE-HNSs)for bioimaging.HPE-HNSs emit strong and stable fluorescence,but fluorescence quenches immediately upon the dissolution of HPE-HNSs,confirming the selfdiscrimination of HPE-HNSs.Following intravenous administration of HPE-HNSs,integral HPE-HNSs and HPE show similar degradation and biodistribution,with rapid clearance from blood circulation and obvious accumulation in liver and lung.Due to the slower dissolution and enhanced recognition by reticuloendothelial system,450 nm HPE-HNSs accumulate more in liver,lung and spleen than that of 200 nm HPE-HNSs.These results demonstrate that integral HPE-HNSs determine the in vivo performance of HPEHNSs.This study provides insight into the in vivo fate of intravenous amorphous nanosuspensions.

Ultra-Wide Bandwidth(UWB)localization based on time of arrival(TOA)and angle of arrival(AOA)has attracted increasing interest owing to its high accuracy and low cost.However,existing localization methods often fail to achieve satisfactory accuracy in realistic environments due to multipath effects and non-line-of-sight(NLOS)propagation.In this paper,we propose a passive anchor assisted localization(PAAL)scheme,where the active anchor obtains TOA/AOA measurements to the agent while the passive anchors capture the signals from the active anchor and agent.The proposed method fully exploits the time-difference-of-arrival(TDOA)information from the measurements at the passive anchors to complement single-anchor joint TOA/AOA localization.The performance limits of the PAAL system are derived as a benchmark via the information inequality.Moreover,we implement the PAAL system on a low-cost UWB platform,which can achieve 20 cm localization accuracy in NLOS environments.

In this study,self-discriminating hybrid nanocrystals was utilized to explore the biological fate of quercetin hybrid nanocrystals(QT-HNCs)with diameter around 280 nm(QT-HNCs-280)and550 nm(QT-HNCs-550)following oral and intravenous administration and the contribution of integral nanocrystals to oral bioavailability enhancement of QT was estimated by comparing the absolute exposure of integral QT-HNCs and total QT in the liver.Results showed that QT-HNCs could reside in vivo as intact nanocrystals for as long as 48 h following oral and intravenous administration.A higher accumulation of integral QT-HNCs in liver and lung was observed for both oral and intravenous administration of QT-HNCs.The particle size affects the absorption and biodistribution of integral QT-HNCs and total QT.As compared to QT-HNCs-550,QT-HNCs-280 with smaller particle size is more easily absorbed,but dissolves faster in vivo,leading to higher distribution of QT(146.90 vs.117.91 h·mg/mL)but lower accumulation of integral nanocrystals(6.82 e10 vs.15.27 e10 h·[p/s]/[μW/cm2])in liver following oral administration.Due to its slower dissolution and enhanced recognition by RES,QT-HNCs-550 with larger diameter shows higher liver distribution for both of QT(1015.80 h·mg/mL)and integral nanocrystals(259.63 e10 h·[p/s]/[μW/cm2])than those of QT-HNCs-280(673.82&77.66 e10 h·[p/s]/[μW/cm2])following intravenous administration.The absolute exposure of integral QT-HNCs in liver following oral administration of QT-HNCs are 8.78%for QT-HNCs-280 and 5.88%for QT-HNCs-550,while the absolute exposure of total QT for QT-HNCs-280 and QT-HNCs-550 are 21.80%and 11.61%,respectively.Owing to imprecise quantifcation method,a surprisingly high contribution of integral QT-HNCs to oral bioavailability enhancement of QT(40.27%for QT-HNCs-280 and 50.65%for QT-HNCs-550)was obtained.These results revealed signifcant difference in absorption and biodistrbution between integral nanocrystals and overall drugs following oral and intravenous administration of QT-HNCs,and provided a

Inhaled nanoparticles(NPs)need to penetrate the bronchial mucosa to deliver drug payloads deeply in the lung for amplified local therapy.However,the bronchial mucociliary barrier eliminates NPs rapidly,which considerably limits their mucosal penetration.In this study,we find that surface ligand modification and stiffness adjustment of NPs contribute to the significantly enhanced bronchial mucosal absorption and pulmonary retention of inhaled drugs.We utilize neonatal Fc receptor ligand(FcBP)to modify the rationally designed low stiffness NPs(Soft-NP)and high stiffness NPs(Stiff-NP)to target bronchial mucosa.In an acute lung inflammation rat model,after intranasal administration with dexamethasone-loaded NPs,Stiff-NP endowed with FcBP displays superior therapeutic effects.The in vitro data demonstrate that the promotion effect of FcBP to bronchial mucosal absorption of Stiff-NP dominates over Soft-NP.This could be attributed to the higher affinity between ligand-receptor when incorporating FcBP on the Stiff-NP surface.Meanwhile,high stiffness modulates more actin filaments aggregation to mediate endocytosis,along with strengthened Ca2+signal to enhance exocytosis.Conclusively,we highlight that FcBP-modified NPs with higher stiffness would be a potential pulmonary drug delivery system.
