Answering reachability queries with ordered label constraints over labeled graphs

Reachability query plays a vital role in many graph analysis *** researches proposed many methods to efficiently answer reachability queries between vertex *** many real graphs are labeled graph,it highly demands Label-Constrained Reachability(LCR)query inwhich constraint includes a set of labels besides vertex *** researches proposed several methods for answering some LCR queries which require appearance of some labels specified in constraints in the *** that constraint may be a label set,query constraint may be ordered labels,namely OLCR(Ordered-Label-Constrained Reachability)queries which retrieve paths matching a sequence of ***,no solutions are available for ***,we propose DHL,a novel bloom filter based indexing technique for answering OLCR *** can be used to check reachability between vertex *** the answers are not no,then constrained DFS is ***,we employ DHL followed by performing constrained DFS to answer OLCR *** show that DHL has a bounded false positive rate,and it's powerful in saving indexing time and *** experiments on 10 real-life graphs and 12 synthetic graphs demonstrate that DHL achieves about 4.8-22.5 times smaller index space and 4.6-114 times less index construction time than two state-of-art techniques for LCR queries,while achieving comparable query response *** results also show that our algorithm can answer OLCR queries effectively.

Metal-coated nanoshell, the nanoparticle consisting of a nanometre-scale dielectric core coated with a thin metallic shell, exhibits three distinct optical resonant forms, the sphere cavity resonance (SCR), plasmon resonance (PR), and concentric dielectric sphere resonance (CDSR). The SCR, PR and CDSR of the metal-coated nanoshell reveal a geometric tunability controlled by the core radius and by the ratio of the core radius to the total radius. Classical electrodynamics and Mie scattering theory are used to treat the resonant forms and the transition state between the resonant forms. Based on previous experimental research, we present a group of resonant equations for all the resonant forms, which depend on the geometric structure of the metal-coated nanoshell.

The microstructural characteristics including optical texture,porosity and pore structure and chemical structure of stamp-charged coke(SCC)and gravity-charged coke(GCC)with similar conventional macro-indicators were investigated,and the properties including micro-strength,reactivity of coke matrix and that after alkali enrichment were comparatively studied by various characterization *** anisotropic structure of SCC is composed of high content of fine mosaic texture,while the content of medium mosaic texture,coarse texture and fibrous texture is *** statistical average shows that the fine mosaic average of SCC(24.89%)is 3.78 times the GCC average(6.58%),and the coarse mosaic average(1.24%)is only about 1/3 of the GCC average(3.43%).The porosity of SCC is lower than that of GCC,but tamping process does not lead to the fact that the number of closed pores of SCC is significantly lower than that of *** the structure of SCC is compact,its pore number is large and the pore wall is *** of coke with diameter less than 150 nm seem unaffected by tamping *** aromatic structure of SCC was less ordered than that of GCC,which was speculated to be related to the addition of more low metamorphic coal in *** microscopic strength and structural strength of SCC are lower than those of *** reactivity of coke matrix is affected by the specific surface area,but it is not the determining factor of its *** improvement in dissolution reactivity of coke after potassium enrichment is independent of coke type.

Carbon nitride has been extensively used as a visible-light photocatalyst,but it has the disadvantages of a low specific surface area,rapid electron-hole recombination,and relatively low light *** this study,single-atom Ag was successfully anchored on ultrathin carbon nitride(UTCN)via thermal polymerization,the catalyst obtained is called *** Ag hardly changed the carbon nitride's layered and porous physical *** exhibited efficient visible-light photocatalytic performances in the degradation of various recalcitrant pollutants,eliminations of 85% were achieved by visible-light irradiation for *** with Ag improved the photocatalytic performance of UTCN by narrowing the forbidden band gap from 2.49 to 2.36 e V and suppressing electron-hole pair *** addition,Ag doping facilitated O_(2) adsorption on UTCN by decreasing the adsorption energy from -0.2 to -2.22 e V and favored the formation of O_(2)^(·-).Electron spin resonance and radical-quenching experiments showed that O_(2)^(·-)was the major reactive species in the degradation of Acetaminophen(paracetamol,APAP).

Manganese ferrite(MnFe_(2)O_(4))has the advantages of simple preparation,high resistivity,and high crystal ***,we have developed an electrochemical sensor utilizing graphene and MnFe_(2)O_(4) nanocomposites modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE),which is very efficient and sensitive to detect bisphenol A(BPA).MnFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene(GR)was synthesized by immobilizing the MnFe_(2)O_(4) microspheres on the graphene nanosheets via a simple one-pot solvothermal *** morphology and structure of the MnFe_(2)O_(4)/GR nanocomposite have been characterized through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).In addition,electrochemical properties of the modified materials are comparably explored by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Under the optimal conditions,the proposed electrochemical sensor for the detection of BPA has a linear range of 0.8-400μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.0235μmol/L(S/N=3)with high sensitivity,good selectivity and high *** addition,the proposed sensor was used to measure the content of BPA in real water samples with a recovery rate of 97.94%-104.56%.At present,the synthesis of MnFe_(2)O_(4)/GR provides more opportunities for the electrochemical detection of BPA in practical applications.

Tumor bioinformatics plays an important role in cancer research and precision medicine. The primary focus of traditional cancer research has been molecular and clinical studies of a number of fundamental pathways and genes. In recent years, driven by breakthroughs in high-throughput technologies, large-scale cancer omics data have accumulated rapidly. How to effectively utilize and share these data is particularly important. To address this crucial task, many computational tools and databases have been developed over the past few years. To help researchers quickly learn and understand the functions of these tools, in this review, we summarize publicly available bioinformatics tools and resources for pan-cancer multi-omics analysis, regulatory analysis of tumorigenesis, tumor treatment and prognosis, immune infiltration analysis, immune repertoire analysis, cancer driver gene and driver mutation analysis, and cancer single-cell analysis, which may further help researchers find more suitable tools for their research.

In slurry shield tunneling, the stability of tunnel face is closely related to the filter cake. The cutting of the cutterhead has negative impact on the formation of filter cake. This study focuses on the formation time of dynamic filter cake considering the filtration effect and rotation of cutterhead. Filtration effect is the key factor for slurry infiltration. A multilayer slurry infiltration experiment system is designed to investigate the variation of filtrate rheological property in infiltration process. Slurry mass concentration CL, soil permeability coefficient k, the particle diameter ratio between soil equivalent grain size and representative diameter of slurry particles d(10)/D-85 are selected as independent design variables to fit the computational formula of filtration coefficient. Based on the relative relation between the mass of deposited particles in soil pores and infiltration time, a mathematical model for calculating the formation time of dynamic filter cake is proposed by combining the formation criteria and formation rate of external filter cake. The accuracy of the proposed model is verified through existing experiment data. Analysis results show that filtration coefficient is positively correlated with slurry mass concentration, while negatively correlated with the soil permeability coefficient and the particle diameter ratio between soil and slurry. As infiltration distance increases, the adsorption capacity of soil skeleton to slurry particles gradually decreases. The formation time of external filter cake is significantly lower than internal filter cake and the ratio is approximately 3.9. Under the dynamic cutting of the cutterhead, the formation time is positively associated with the rotation speed of cutter head, while negatively with the phase angle difference between adjacent cutter arm. The formation rate of external filter cake is greater than 98% when d(10)/D-85 <= 6.1. Properly increasing the content or decreasing the diameter size
