The burgeoning growth of the new energy vehicles and aviation industry has escalated the need for energy storage capacitors capable of stable operation in harsh *** advent of metal-polyimide complexes has illuminated a novel approach for preparing tem perature-resistant ***,the general application of these metal-polyimide com plexes is impeded by the high dielectric loss and low breakdown strength,consequences of main-chain coordination and excessive metal ions ***,our study proposes a novel polyimideCu complex material(POP-Cu)predicated on side-chain-type pyridine-Cu coordination,utilizing the structural backbone PMDA-ODA of mature commercial PI(Kapton)with reliable *** to the high degree of freedom afforded by the side chain with suppressed relaxation activation energy and the long-range electron delocalization formed by d-πcoordination,the dielectric constant of this material containing merely 2.7 mol%Cu increases from 3.25(POPI)to 5.58,while maintaining a remarkably low dielectric loss of ***,this material exhibits a substantial DC breakdown strength of 436.2 MV·m^(-1)and a high energy density of 5.42 J·cm^(-3),coupled with superior mechanical and thermal *** at 150℃,it retains over 90%of its room-temperature energy density,demon strating notable dielectric stability under high *** attributes underscore its promising application for capacitors operating in harsh environments.

Of dietary monosaccharides,fructose is primarily metabolized by aldolase B(ALDOB)in the liver,whereas glucose is metabolized elsewhere in the *** has been documented that overconsumption of dietary fructose,especially industrial fructose,associates significantly with advanced inflammation in chronic hepatitis C(CHC)***,little is known about whether impaired fructolysis might attribute to CHC *** we found that the level of ALDOB protein was significantly reduced in CHC patients and mice that were persistently infected by hepatitis C virus(HCV).In vitro,HCV infection activated caspase-1,and caspase-3 to a lesser extent,which proteolyzed ALDOB and blocked fructose metabolism in *** of ALDOB attenuated HCV replication,indicating an intrinsic anti-HCV role for homeostatic *** the other hand,reduced ALDOB caused intracellular fructose 1-phosphate accumulation that provoked severe cellular toxicity through intracellular ATP depletion and heightened glycation,which was aggravated by HCV *** together,these results have unveiled that inflammatory activation of caspase-1 impairs homeostatic fructolysis and exacerbates liver damage.

High-timing-precision detection of single X-ray photons by superconducting nanowires

Precisely acquiring the timing information of individual X-ray photons is important in both fundamental research and practical applications. The timing precision of commonly used X-ray single-photon detectors remains in the range of one hundred picoseconds to microseconds. In this work, we report on high-timing-precision detection of single X-ray photons through the fast transition to the normal state from the superconductive state of superconducting nanowires. We successfully demonstrate a free-running X-ray single-photon detector with a timing resolution of 20.1 ps made of 100-nm-thick niobium nitride film with an active area of 50 μm by 50 μm. By using a repeated differential timing measurement on two adjacent X-ray single-photon detectors, we demonstrate a precision of 0.87 ps in the arrival-time difference of X-ray photon measurements. Therefore, our work significantly enhances the timing precision in X-ray photon counting, opening a new niche for ultrafast X-ray photonics and many associated applications.

转运RNA(transfer RNA,tRNA)是哺乳动物细胞中修饰程度最高的RNA,其修饰不仅高度动态,并且易受环境条件的影响。肿瘤发生常伴有tRNA修饰异常。研究发现tRNA修饰酶在多种肿瘤组织中异常表达,与发病机制密切相关。胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统肿瘤,恶性程度最高,预后极差。本文主要针对胶质瘤相关的几种t RNA修饰予以综述,描述其在胶质瘤发生发展中的功能和机制,为探索tRNA异常修饰生成的衍生片段作为胶质瘤诊断的生物标志物,以及设计靶向表观遗传调控因子的小分子抑制剂作为胶质瘤的治疗靶点提供新思路。

萜类化合物种类繁多,生物活性多样,在食品、药品与化妆品等行业中具有广泛的应用。萜类化合物多来源于植物,然而随着合成生物学的快速发展,相较于传统的天然植物提取与化学合成方法,利用工程微生物进行萜类化合物异源合成的方法显得更为经济与环保。萜类合成酶的催化活性及合成产物的结构特性是萜类化合物异源合成的关键。通过蛋白定向进化与理性设计可以有针对性地优化萜类合成酶的催化性能及产物专一性,但该方案需要一个特异的筛选方法来实现蛋白突变体库的高通量筛选。近年来,一系列高通量筛选方法的建立使得萜类合成酶的筛选变得更加灵敏与高效。本文对近期建立的萜类合成酶高通量筛选方法进行了综述,简要概述了各种筛选方法的基本原理与优缺点,并对高通量筛选技术在萜类合成酶改造中的应用做出了展望。

Coxsackievirus B3(CVB3)is the pathogen causing hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD),which manifests across a spectrum of clinical severity from mild to ***,CVB3-infected mouse models mainly demonstrate viral myocarditis and pancreatitis,failing to replicate human HFMD *** several enteroviruses have been evaluated in Syrian hamsters and rhesus monkeys,there is no comprehensive data on *** this study,we have first tested the susceptibility of Syrian hamsters to CVB3 infection via different *** results showed that Syrian hamsters were successfully infected with CVB3 by intraperitoneal injection or nasal drip,leading to nasopharyngeal colonization,acute severe pathological injury,and typical HFMD ***,the nasal drip group exhibited a longer viral excretion cycle and more severe pathological *** the subsequent study,rhesus monkeys infected with CVB3 through nasal drips also presented signs of HFMD symptoms,viral excretion,serum antibody conversion,viral nucleic acids and antigens,and the specific organ damages,particularly in the ***,there were no significant differences in myocardial enzyme levels,and the clinical symptoms resembled those often associated with common,mild *** summary,the study successfully developed severe Syrian hamsters and mild rhesus monkey models for CVB3-induced *** models could serve as a basis for understanding the disease pathogenesis,conducting pre-trial prevention and evaluation,and implementing post-exposure intervention.
