Familial hypercholesterolemia(FH)is a frequently occurring genetic disorder that is linked to early-onset cardiovascular *** left untreated,patients with this condition can develop severe cardiovascular ***,many patients remain undiagnosed,and even when diagnosed,the treatment is often not *** mutations in the LDLR gene are the primary cause of FH,predicting whether novel variants are pathogenic is not a straightforward *** the functionality of LDLR variants is crucial in uncovering the genetic basis of *** study utilized CRISPR/Cas9 cytosine base editors in pooled screens to establish a novel approach for functionally assessing tens of thousands of LDLR variants on a large scale.A total of more than 100 single guide RNAs(sgRNAs)targeting LDLR pathogenic mutations were successfully screened with relatively high *** of these,5 sgRNAs were further subjected to functional verification studies,including 1 in the promoter,1 in the antisense RNA,1 in the exon,and 2 in the *** for the variant caused by the sgRNA located at intron 16,the functionalities of the other LDLR variants were all *** high similarity of LDLR intron sequences may lead to some false ***,these results confirm the reliability of the large-scale screening strategy for functional analysis of LDLR variants,and the screened candidate pathogenic mutations could be used as an auxiliary means of clinical gene detection to prevent FH-induced heart disease.

Prompt learning has attracted broad attention in computer vision since the large pre-trained visionlanguagemodels (VLMs) exploded. Based on the close relationship between vision and language information builtby VLM, prompt learning becomes a crucial technique in many important applications such as artificial intelligencegenerated content (AIGC). In this survey, we provide a progressive and comprehensive review of visual promptlearning as related to AIGC. We begin by introducing VLM, the foundation of visual prompt learning. Then, wereview the vision prompt learning methods and prompt-guided generative models, and discuss how to improve theefficiency of adapting AIGC models to specific downstream tasks. Finally, we provide some promising researchdirections concerning prompt learning.

Multi-process production occurs in the iron and steel industry,supporting‘dual carbon'target:An in-depth study of CO_(2)emissions from different processes

Reducing CO_(2)emissions of the iron and steel industry,a typical heavy CO_(2)-emitting sector is the only way that must be passed to achieve the‘dual-carbon’goal,especially in *** previous studies,however,it is still unknown what is the difference between blast furnace basic oxygen furnace(BF-BOF),scrap-electric furnace(scrap-EF)and hydrogen metallurgy *** quantitative research on the key factors affecting CO_(2)emissions is insufficient There is also a lack of research on the prediction of CO_(2)emissions by adjusting industria *** on material flow analysis,this study establishes carbon flow diagrams o three processes,and then analyze the key factors affecting CO_(2)***_(2)emissions of the iron and steel industry in the future is predicted by adjusting industrial structure The results show that:(1)The CO_(2)emissions of BF-BOF,scrap-EF and hydrogen metallurgy process in a site are 1417.26,542.93 and 1166.52 kg,respectively.(2)By increasing pellet ratio in blast furnace,scrap ratio in electric furnace,etc.,can effectively reduce CO_(2)emissions(3)Reducing the crude steel output is the most effective CO_(2)reduction *** is still 5.15×10^(8)-6.17×10^(8) tons of CO_(2)that needs to be reduced by additional measures.

Cagelike mesoporous silica encapsulated with microcapsules for immobilized laccase and 2,4-DCP degradation

In this study,cage-like mesoporous silica was used as the carrier to immobilize laccase by a physical approach,followed by encapsulating with chitosan/alginate microcapsule membranes to form microcapsules of immobilized laccase based on layer-by-layer *** relationship between laccase activity recovery/leakage rate and the coating thickness was simultaneously *** the microcapsule layers have a substantial network of pores,they act as semipermeable membranes,while the laccase immobilized inside the microcapsules acts as a processing plant for degradation of2,*** microcapsules of immobilized laccase were able to degrade 2,4-dichlorophenol within a wide range of 2,4-dichlorophenol concentration,temperature and p H,with mean degradation rate around 62%.Under the optimal conditions,the thermal stability and reusability of immobilized laccase were shown to be improved significantly,as the removal rate and degradation rate remained over 40.2% and 33.8% respectively after 6 cycles of *** mass spectrometry（MS） and nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）,diisobutyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate were identified as the products of 2,4-dichlorophenol degradation by the microcapsules of immobilized laccase and laccase immobilized by a physical approach,respectively,further demonstrating the degradation mechanism of 2,4-dichlorophenol by microcapsule-immobilized laccase.

Degradation of 2,4-DCP by the Immobilized Laccase on the Carrier of Fe304@SiO2-NH2

In this paper, the laccase immobilized on Fe304@SiO2-NH2 nanoparticles was successfully prepared by the glutaraldehyde cross-linking method. The degradations of 2,4-diehlorophenol （2,4-DCP） catalyzed by laccase and immobilized laccase were carried out. The optimal conditions regarding degradation efficiency were also discussed, which include reaction time, pH value, temperature, concentration of 2,4-DCP and laccase. When laccase was immobilized on Fe304@SiO2-NH2 carrier by crosslinking with glutaraldehyde, the stability and repetition were im- proved significantly. The removal efficiency of 2,4-DCP by immobilized laccase still remained over 59% after six cycles of operation. Degradation of 2,4-DCP is a first-order reaction and the activation energies of 2,4-DCP catalyzed by laccase and immobilized laccase are 51.93 kJ·mol-1 strate the immobilized laccase had a faster degradation Fe304@MSS-NH2 can promote the degradation reaction. and 44.12 kJ·mol-1, respectively. Late Quaternary Strata and Carbon Burial Records in the Yellow River Delta, China

Sediment carbon sequestration plays an essential role in mitigating atmospheric CO2 increases and the subsequently global greenhouse effect. To clarify the late Quaternary strata and carbon burial records in Yellow River delta(YRD), detailed analysis of benthic foraminifera, total carbon(TC), organic carbon(Corg), sedimentary characteristics and moisture contents of sediments, was performed on core ZK3, 30.3 m in length and obtained from YRD in 2007. Eight depositional units(designated U1-U8 in ascending order) were identified. A comprehensive analysis method of historical geography and sedimentary geology was used to determine the precise depositional ages of the modern Yellow River delta(MYRD), from which pre-MYRD ages were deduced. The results indicates that the maximum burial rates of TC, inorganic carbon(IC) and Corg occurred in the delta front(U5), and the minimum in the shallow sea(U3). Remarkable high sedimentation rates in the MYRD are responsible for burial efficiency of carbon, with an average rate of Corg burial reaching 2087±251 g(m2 yr)-1, and that of IC reaching 13741±808 g(m2 yr)-1, which are much higher than those of other regions with high contents of Corg. Therefore, YRD has a significant burial efficiency for carbon sequestration.

Hydrothermal Synthesized Co-Ni3S2 Ultrathin Nanosheets for Efficient and Enhanced Overall Water Splitting

We used the one-step hydrothennal controlled synthesis method for Co-Ni3S2 ultrathin nanosheets grown directly on nickel foam(NF).The as-synthesized Co-Ni3S2/NF showed eiilianced activities in the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and better overall water splitting(OWS)efficiency than the iin-doped Ni3S2/*** voltage of Co-Ni3S2/NF for OWS was only 1.58 V at the current density of 10 niA/cm^2 and with long time(>30 h)current output during the current-density(i-t)*** good i-t pertonnance was also observed in both HER and OER ***,the Co-Ni3S2/NF showed a large current density(>1A/cm^2)for both HER and *** the current densities reached 100 and 1000 mA/cm^2,the required overpotentials tor Co-Ni3S2/NF were 0.35 and 0.75 V for OER and 0.30 and 0.85 V for ***,after introducing Co,the activity of Ni3S2-based material was strongly enhanced.

Degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol catalyzed by the immobilized laccase with the carrier of Fe_3O_4@MSS–NH_2

With the Fe3O4@MSS(magnetic mesoporous silica spheres)–NH2as the carrier and the glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,the immobilized laccase has been prepared and characterized by XRD,IR,SEM and BET *** the optimal conditions,the removal efficiency of2,4-DCP reached 88%and the removal efficiency still remained 61.5%after five cycles of *** virtue of GC–MS analysis,2,5-dimethoxyl-1,4-quinone,2-chlorine-1,4-dimethoxyl benzene,3,30-dichlorine-4,40-dimethoxyl biphenyl,maleic acid phenol ester,and three kinds of maleic acid,alcohol ester,and para-hydroxyl phenol ester compounds have been identified as intermediate and final degradation products of 2,4-DCP,***,the degradation products of 2,4-DCP have been confirmed by performing the1H-NMR and13C-NMR experiments,further demonstrating the degradation mechanism of 2,4-DCP by the immobilized laccase.

Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of rare-earth ruthenate pyrochlore compounds R_2Ru_2O_7(R=Pr_(3+),Sm(3+)-Ho(3+))

A series of pyrochlore oxides, R2Ru2O7 (R=Pr3+, Sm3+–Ho3+) were synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. All the samples crystallize in uniform octahedron characteristically. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-disperse X-ray spectroscopy, and dc susceptibility, and the factors that affected the crystallization were discussed. It was found that the purity of products depends strongly on the raw materials and the amount of alkalinity in the initial reaction mixtures. The ZFC and FC susceptibilities of all of the compounds R2Ru2O7 at low temperature were also measured and discussed.

采用葡萄糖水热碳化法合成了一系列碳层包覆的NiFe_(2)O_(4)核壳八面体(NiFe_(2)O_(4)@C).通过调控葡萄糖的含量可以有效控制NiFe_(2)O_(4)表面包覆的碳层厚度.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Roman)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等对NiFe_(2)O_(4)@C的组成、结构、形貌和光学性能进行了表征.考察了表面水热碳层对NiFe_(2)O_(4)光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)性能的影响.结果表明,NiFe_(2)O_(4)的光催化活性很大程度上依赖于在其表面包覆的碳层厚度,碳层厚度为5.5 nm的NiFe_(2)O_(4)@C-3展现了最佳的光催化活性.荧光光谱(PL)、瞬态光电流和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)表征结果证明,NiFe_(2)O_(4)@C的光催化性能的提升归因于在NiFe_(2)O_(4)核和碳壳之间形成了异质结,有效地促进了光生载流子的传输和分离效率.NiFe_(2)O_(4)@C复合材料展现了较好的稳定性和可回收性,在污水处理方面有很大的应用潜力.
