Current guidelines encourage large studies in a diverse population to establish normal reference ranges for three-dimensional(3D)echocardiography for different ethnic *** study was designed to establish the normal values of 3D-left ventricular(LV)and left atrial(LA)volume and function in a nationwide,population-based cohort of healthy Han Chinese adults.A total of 1117 healthy volunteers aged 18–89 years were enrolled from 28 collaborating laboratories in *** sets of 3D echocardiographic instruments were used,and full-volume echocardiographic images were recorded and transmitted to a core laboratory for image analysis with a vendor-independent off-line ***,866 volunteers(mean age of 48.4 years,402 men)were qualified for final *** parameters exhibited substantial differences between different sex and age groups,even after indexation by body surface *** normal ranges of 3D-LV and 3D-LA volume and function differed from those recommended by the American Society of Echocardiography and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging guidelines,presented by the World Alliance Societies of Echocardiography(WASE)study,and from the 2D values in the EMINCA *** normal reference values of 3D echocardiography-derived LV and LA volume and function were established for the first time in healthy Han Chinese *** ranges of 3D-LV and 3D-LA echocardiographic measurements stratified with sex,age,and race should be recommended for clinical applications.

Driven by renewable or excess electrical energy,electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(eCO_(2)RR)represents a promising carbon-neutral approach to generating valuable low-carbon fuels by consuming CO_(2)and H_(2)O.C_(2+)products are one of the most economically valuable products among the reduction species of eCO_(2)RR,but there are still some challenges,such as low selectivity or low current *** this work,we showed that a copper-based metal-azolate framework(MAF),denoted as MAF-203,exhibits the high performance of eCO_(2)RR to yield C_(2+)products with the Faradaic efficiency(C_(2+))of 52.5%and a current density of 660 mA/cm^(2)at-1.2 V *** in a flow cell device under alkaline *** experiment,in situ infrared spectroscopy and the density functional theory(DFT)calculations showed that the electron donating effect of methyl substituents on organic ligands of the copper-based MAF could enhance the ligand field and activation of key intermediates(*CO and*CHO species),thus promoting the coupling of*CO and*CHO for yielding C_(2+)products.

The nutrient digestion,absorption and biological activity of bee pollen may be limited due to the complex pollen ***,the effect of superfine grinding technology on the release of nutrients from bee pollen were investigated,and their antioxidant activities and in vitro digestion were explored in this *** showed that the content of nutrients in bee pollen increased after wall *** them,fat content increased by 22.55%-8.31%,protein content increased by 0.54%-4.91%,starch content increased by 36.31%-48.64%,soluble sugar content increased by 20.57%-29.67%,total phenolic acid content increased by 11.73%-86.98%and total flavonoids content increased by 14.29%-24.79%.At the same time,the antioxidant activity increased by 14.84%-46.00%.Furthermore,the active components such as phenolic compounds in the wall-disruption bee pollen were more readily to be released during the in vitro digestion,and easier to be absorbed because of their higher *** activities during in vitro digestion were also improved in walldisruption bee *** findings provide evidence that bee pollen wall disruption was suggested,thus,it is more conducive to exerting the value of bee pollen in functional foods.

0 INTRODUCTION The landscape evolution of mountain belts links rock uplift caused by tectonic deformation in the lithosphere to fluvial erosion and deposition driven by climatic precipitation in the *** Himalayas,one of the most typical mountain belts in the world,are undergoing the strong collision of the Indian and Eurasian plates and the strong South Asian monsoon precipitation(Figure 1a).It is a natural laboratory to research the evolution mechanisms of orogenic growth involving tectonic and climatic *** addition,it is a good prototype to advance and verify many research methods in multiple *** Indian-Eurasian collision initiated since the Early Paleogene(ca.50 Ma)based on geological,stratigraphic,and palaeomagnetic records(Ding et al.,2022;van Hinsbergen et al.,2012),causing an early slow topographic change in the Himalayas until the Neogene(ca.23 Ma)(Ding et al.,2022).

Nickel-manganese binary layered oxides with high working potential and low cost are potential candidates for sodium-ion batteries,but their electrochemical properties are highly related to compositional *** composite materials with various phase structures of P3,P2/P3,P2,P2/O3,and P2/P3/O3 were synthesized by manipulating the sodium content and calcination conditions,leading to the construction of a synthetic phase diagram for Na_(x)Ni_(0.25)Mn_(0.75)O_(2)(0.45≤x≤1.1).Then,we compared the electrochemical characteristics and structural evolution during the desodiation/sodiation process of P2,P2/P3,P2/03,and P2/P3/O3-Na_(x)Ni_(0.25)Mn_(0.75)O_(2).Among them,P2/P3-Na0.75Ni0.25Mn0.75O2exhibits the best rate capability of 90.9 mA h g^(-1)at 5 C,with an initial discharge capacity of 142.62 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 C and a capacity retention rate of 78.25%after 100 cycles at 1 C in the voltage range of 2-4.3 *** observed superior sodium storage performance of P2/P3 hybrids compared to other composite phases can be attributed to the enhanced Na^(+)transfer dynamic,reduction of the Jahn-teller effect,and improved reaction reversibility induced by the synergistic effect of P2 and P3 *** systematic research and exploration of phases in Na_(x)Ni_(0.25)Mn_(0.75)O_(2)provide new sights into high-performance nickel-manganese binary layered oxide for sodium-ion batteries.
