Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of action of ginseng on cerebral vasospasm and early brain injury(EBI)following hemorrhagic *** and Methods:Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats(n=48)were randomly divided into sham operation(sham group),subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)model(SAH group),normal saline(NS group),and Ginaton(Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Drops)intervention(gin group)***-1 m RNA and tumor necrosis factor levels were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain *** relative expression of m RNA was detected by Western ***:(1)Compared with the sham group,the SAH,NS,and gin groups had different degrees of neurological *** with the SAH and NS groups,the neurological deficits in the gin group were significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the sham group,the relative expression levels of MCP-1 m RNA in the SAH,NS,and gin groups were 5.1±0.9,3.4±0.6,and 2.5±0.4,respectively;the relative expression levels of m RNA were 13.3±2.4,11.2±1.8,and 3.8±0.6,respectively.(3)The apoptosis rates of brain tissue in the sham,SAH,NS,and gin groups were 4.8±0.7,54.2±10.3,50.1±7.4,and 28.4±4.5,respectively.(4)Western blot showed that the relative expression levels of toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)protein in the sham,SAH,NS,and gin groups were 0.29±0.03,0.87±0.15,0.65±0.13,and 0.41±0.17,respectively;the relative expression levels of B protein were 0.21±0.04,0.96±0.14,0.73±0.18,and 0.30±0.05,*** treatment could inhibit TLR-4 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)protein ***:Dona tablets may inhibit activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway,and SAH-induced inflammatory response,so as to reduce cerebral vasospasm and EBI.

BACKGROUND Hemolymphangioma is a rare,noninvasive benign tumor that originates from vascular and lymphatic *** is usually congenital and can present with varying symptoms depending on its location and *** are very few reports of hemolymphangiomas within the spinal canal,and giant lesions are exceptionally *** SUMMARY In July 2023,a 64-year-old male with a giant intravertebral epidural hemolymphangioma from thoracic 11 to lumbar 2(T11-L2)was admitted to the Department of Spine Surgery at the People's Hospital of Binzhou City,*** patient experienced progressive lumbar and left lower limb pain,numbness,weakness in both lower limbs,and difficulty with urination and *** studies revealed a large cystic mass in the spinal canal at *** decompression was performed,and the pathology confirmed *** Complete resection of hemolymphangiomas has the best prognosis,and final diagnosis relies on pathologic *** this case,the mass was removed intact with a pedicle nail rod system,leading to adequate spinal decompression and restoration of spinal stability.

Objective:The open-label,phase II RATIONALE-209 study evaluated tislelizumab(anti-programmed cell death protein 1 antibody)as a tissue-agnostic monotherapy for microsatellite instability-high(MSI-H)/mismatch repair-deficient(dMMR)***:Adults with previously treated,locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR solid tumors were *** received tislelizumab 200 mg intravenously every 3 *** response rate(ORR;primary endpoint),duration of response(DoR),and progression-free survival(PFS)were assessed by independent review committee(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors v1.1).Results:Eighty patients were enrolled and treated;75(93.8%)patients had measurable disease at *** had metastatic disease and received at least one prior therapy for advanced/metastatic disease(n=79;98.8%).At primary analysis(data cutoff July 8,2021;median follow-up 15.2 months),overall ORR[46.7%;95%confidence interval(95%CI),35.1−58.6;one-sided P<0.0001]and ORR across tumor-specific subgroups[colorectal(n=46):39.1%(95%CI,25.1–54.6);gastric/gastroesophageal junction(n=9):55.6%(95%CI,21.2−86.3);others(n=20):60.0%(95%CI,36.1−80.9)]were significantly greater with tislelizumab vs.a prespecified historical control ORR of 10%;five(6.7%)patients had complete *** DoR,PFS,and overall survival were not reached with long-term follow-up(data cutoff December 5,2022;median follow-up 28.9 months).Tislelizumab was well tolerated with no unexpected safety ***-related adverse events(TRAEs)of grade≥3 occurred in 53.8%of patients;7.5%of patients discontinued treatment due to ***:Tislelizumab demonstrated a significant ORR improvement in patients with previously treated,locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR tumors and was generally well tolerated.

The incidence rate and harmfulness of depression are increasing yearly， and the research on the antidepressant effect of regulating the intestinal microecology balance has attracted widespread attention. The purpose of this research was to study the preventive effects and the regulatory mechanism of edible Lilium-egg yolk compound powder(Chinese abbreviation， BHT) on gut-brain crosstalk in depressive rats induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) through the "microbiota-gut-brain" axis. Results showed that infusion of BHT for 21 days ameliorated the morphology of the hippocampus and colon， increased the rate of sucrose preference， reduced the immobility time of forced swimming， increased the expression level of anti-inflammatory cytokine Interleukin-10 (IL-10) in serum， up-regulate the expression level of plasma neurotransmitter 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT)， down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)， interleukin-6 (IL-6)， and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and neurotransmitter glutamic acid (Glu) in serum， and decrease the expression levels of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)， diamine oxidase (DAO) and lactate dehydrogenase (LD) in plasma. The underlying mechanism may be to reduce the activation of microglia (lower levels of CD11b， IBa1 protein and gene expression)， regulate hippocampal GR/BDNF/NPY signal pathway (higher levels of GR， BDNF， NPY protein and gene expression)， enhance intestinal mucosal barrier function (higher levels of ZO-1， Occludin protein and gene expression)， regulate the composition and structure of intestinal flora(Analysis results of LEfSe combined with random forest showed that Prevotella and Paraprevotella might be biomarkers of BHT intervention in depression)， and it is related to the improvement of glutathione metabolism， and other metabolic pathways. BACKGROUND Stroke is a common disabling disease,whether it is ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke,both can result in neuronal damage,leading to various manifestations of neurological *** To explore of the application value of swallowing treatment device combined with swallowing rehabilitation training in the treatment of swallowing disorders after *** This study selected 86 patients with swallowing disorders after stroke admitted to our rehabilitation department from February 2022 to December 2023 as research *** were divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)according to the *** control group received swallowing rehabilitation training,while the observation group received swallowing treatment device in addition to the *** groups underwent continuous intervention for two courses of *** The total effective rate in the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that in the control group(76.74%)(P=0.035).After intervention,the oral transit time,swallowing response time,pharyngeal transit time,and laryngeal closure time decreased in both groups compared to before *** the observation group,the oral transit time,swallowing response time,and pharyngeal transit time were shorter than those in the control group after ***,the laryngeal closure time after intervention in the observation group was compared with that in the control group(P=0.142).After intervention,average amplitude value and duration of the genioglossus muscle group during empty swallowing and swallowing 5 mL of water are reduced compared to before intervention in both *** intervention,the scores of the chin-tuck swallowing exercise and the Standardized Swallowing Assessment are both reduced compared to pre-intervention levels in both ***,the observation group scores lower than the control group after ***,the Functional Oral Intake Scale scores of both g

基于国家教育部“两性一度”的金课标准理念,围绕BOPPPS教学目标分类法原理与SPOC课堂“线上”+“线下”的混合式课堂进行指纹检验技术教学改革研究,旨在解决教学实践中出现的理论教学资源和实战结合不够紧密、行业前沿性拓展内容数量不足、教学形式单一、教学评价体系单一等问题。通过改革教学模式的线上课程,适合学习者的自主学习模式达成低阶目标;而线下课堂的研讨式教学、生讲生评等环节更适合培养和锻炼学生的高级思维能力,达成高阶教学目标。有机融合专业知识、实验技能和综合素质符合公安工作和公安队伍建设需求及教育改革与人才发展的基本规律,将以教师为中心的灌输式理论教学转变为以学生为核心的全面参与式教学。

为提高地震经济损失预测的准确性和有效性,提出了基于天牛须算法(beetle antennae search,BAS)优化极限学习机(extreme learning machine,ELM)的地震经济损失预测模型。以1996—2014年破坏性地震经济损失为样本数据,选取震级、震中烈度、人口密度和人均GDP等4个影响指标作为模型的输入向量,直接经济损失为输出向量,同时利用BAS优化ELM模型变量,从而消除了随机变量对预测结果的影响,最终建立基于BAS-ELM的地震经济损失预测模型。将建好的BAS-ELM模型用于测试样本的预测,并同其它模型进行了比较。结果表明:BAS-ELM的预测准确率为97.244%,具有更好的预测精度。
