Blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy protection

The cloud computing technology has emerged,developed,and matured in recent years,consequently commercializing remote outsourcing storage *** increasing number of companies and individuals have chosen the cloud to store their ***,accidents,such as cloud server downtime,cloud data loss,and accidental deletion,are serious issues for some applications that need to run around the *** some mission and business-critical applications,the continuous availability of outsourcing storage services is also necessary to protect users'outsourced data during ***,ensuring the continuous availability of data in public cloud data integrity auditing protocols leads to data privacy issues because auditors can obtain the data content of users by a sufficient number of storage ***,protecting data privacy is a burning *** addition,existing data integrity auditing schemes that rely on semi-trusted third-party auditors have several security problems,including single points of failure and performance *** deal with these issues,we propose herein a blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy *** realize a concrete construction by using a verifiable delay function with high efficiency and proof of retrievability,and prove the security of the proposal in a random oracle *** proposed construction supports dynamic updates for the outsourced *** also design smart contracts to ensure fairness among the parties ***,we implement the protocols,and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed protocol.

Colchicine Inhibited the Expression of Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloprotenase-1 and Interleukin-6 in Cultured Activated Hepatic Stellate Cells

Cultured HSCs were treated colchicine with different concentrations for 12 h, respectively. The effects of eolehicine on HSCs growth were measured by MTT assay. Effects of eolchicine on gene expression of HSCs were analysed by using a self-made oligonucleotide mieroarray. Colehieine inhibited HSCs growth in a dose-dependent manner. After 12 h of treatment with 6.25 mg/L of colehicine, the expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloprotenase-1 （TIMP-1） and the expression of interleukin-6 （IL-6） in HSCs were downregulated by 2.3 folds and 2.1 folds, respectively. These results suggest that colchieine＇s beneficial effects may, at least in part, owe to the inhibitory to the proliferation of HSCs and down regulation of the expression of both TIMP1 and IL-6 in HSCs.

Symmetry Energy Effects in a Statistical Multifragmentation Model

The symmetry energy effects on the nuclear disintegration mechanisms of the neutron-rich system(𝐴0=200,𝑍0=78)are studied in the framework of the statistical multifragmentation model(SMM)within its micro-canonical ensemble.A modified symmetry energy term with consideration of the volume and surface asymmetry is adopted instead of the original invariable value in the standard SMM *** results indicate that as the volume and surface asymmetries are considered,the neutron-rich system translates to a fission-like process from evaporation earlier than the original standard SMM model at lower excitation energies,and its mass distribution has larger probabilities in the medium-heavy nuclei range so that the system breaks up more *** the excitation energy becomes higher,the volume and surface asymmetry lead to a smaller average multiplicity.

Potassium-selenium(K-Se)batteries have attracted more and more attention because of their high theoretical specific capacity and natural abundance of K ***,dissolution of polyselenides,large volume expansion during cycling and low utilization of Se remain great challenges,leading to poor rate capability and cycle ***,N/O dual-doped carbon nanofibers with interconnected micro/mesopores(MMCFs)are designed as hosts to manipulate Se molecular configuration for advanced flexible K-Se *** micropores play a role in confining small Se molecule(Se_(2–3)),which could inhibit the formation of polyselenides and work as physical barrier to stabilize the cycle *** the mesopores can confine long-chain Se(Se_(4–7)),promising sufficient Se loading and contributing to higher discharge voltage of the whole Se@MMCFs *** N/O co-doping and the 3D interpenetrating nanostructure improve electrical conductivity and keep the structure integrity after *** obtained Se_(2–3)/Se_(4–7)@MMCFs electrode exhibits an unprecedented cycle life(395 mA h g^(−1) at 1 A g^(−1) after 2000 cycles)and high specific energy density(400 Wh kg^(−1),nearly twice the specific energy density of the Se_(2–3)@MMCFs).This study offers a rational design for the realization of a high energy density and long cycle life chalcogen cathode for energy storage.

To ensure authenticity of sesame oil,an authentication technology was proposed using ion mobility spectrometry(IMS)and ***-class classification(OCC)methods including one-class partial least squares(OCPLS)and one-class support vector machine(OCSVM)were employed to build authentication models for sesame ***,an independent test set was used to validate the constructed *** set of 45 adulterated oils indicated that prediction correction rate of OCPLS model reached 95.6%(43 out of 45).Moreover,the complete set of sesame oils adulterated by sesame oil essence could be identified as *** with previous studies,OCPLS model could work to identify untargeted *** conclusion,OCC method could effectively detect adulterated sesame oils containing as little as 10%other vegetable *** study provided a rapid screening method for adulterated sesame oil in market surveillance and a reference for developing authentication methods of other edible oils.

Asymmetric association of rainfall and atmospheric circulation over East Asia with anomalous rainfall in the tropical western North Pacific in summer

It is well known that precipitation anomalies in the tropical western North Pacific （WNP） significantly affect circulation and rainfall in East Asia during summer. In this study, the authors further investigated this relationship, by examining the anomalies associated with positive and negative precipitation anomalies in the tropical WNP. The results suggest these anomalies are asymmetric between the enhanced and suppressed WNP rainfall. Positive precipitation anomalies over the WNP, in comparison with their negative counterparts, are more closely related to the meridional teleconnection pattern and rainfall anomalies along the East Asian rain belt. The implications of the results are discussed.

The clinicopathological and prognostic significance of PD-L1 expression in pancreatic cancer:A meta-analysis

Background: Immunotherapy has shown promise against solid tumors. However, the clinical significance of programmed cell death 1(PD-1) and programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) remains unclear. This meta-analysis aimed to analyze the prognostic effect of PD-L1 in *** sources: Electronic search of the Pub Med, Cochrane library and Web of Science was performed until December 2016. Through database searches, we identified articles describing the relationship between PD-L1 status and PDAC patient prognosis. Meta-analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between PD-1 and overall survival(OS).Results: Nine studies with 989 PDAC patients were included for PD-L1 expression analysis. And 5 studies with 688 PDAC patients were included in the prognostic analysis. The PD-L1 positive rate measured by immunohistochemistry(IHC) was higher than that measured by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)(P < 0.001). PDAC patients with high expression levels of PD-L1 had significantly reduced OS(HR = 2.34;95% CI: 1.78–3.08). Subgroup analysis showed that the prognostic effect of PD-L1 levels was similar between the IHC and PCR methods. The PD-L1 positive rate was associated with PDAC T stages; the PD-L1 positive rate in the T3–4 group was higher than that in the T1-2 group(OR = 0.37; P = 0.001).Conclusions: High PD-L1 expression levels predicted a poor prognosis in PDAC patients. Thus, PD-L1 status helps determine treatment in PDAC patients.

Comparative pharmacokinetics of chlorogenic acid after oral administration in rats

The present study was aimed at the comparison of the pharmacokinetics of pure chlorogenic acid and extract of Solanum lyratum Thunb. The animals were allocated to two groups, and were administered chlorogenic acid or extract of S. lyratum Thunb. at a dose of 50.0 mg/kg orally. Blood samples were collected up to 8 h post-dosing. Plasma chlorogenic acid analyses were performed using an HPLC method with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters were evaluated using non-compartmental assessment. Significant differences existed in the two groups for AUCo-t, AUCo-∞ and CLz/F. The reliable HPLC method was successfully applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in rat plasma at dosting of 50.0 mg/kz.

New Co-MOF adsorption material with pharynx-shaped channel and large cavity for record ethylene and propylene purification

Ethylene （C2H4） and propylene （C3H6） produced by methanol to olefin （MTO） technology are important chemical raw ***,the purification and separation between C2H4and C3H6mixtures is very ***,a novel microporous metal-organic framework （MOF） adsorbent Co2（OATA）(DPA) was fabricated through mixed linkers of 5,5'-(oxalylbis（azanediyl）)diisophthalic acid （H4OATA） and V-shaped di（pyridin-4-yl）amine （DPA） with–NHCO–and–NH–functional groups,which was endowed with ideal small pore size,large cavity,and interesting C3H6trap constructed by four sets of–NH–*** 298 K and a crucial low pressure （0.05 bar） for the separation in microporous materials,the MOF shows ultra-high C3H6preferential adsorption (97.8 cm3g-1) and considerable C3H6/C2H4selectivity （about 22）,representing an advanced material for the reported porous materials with C3H6/C2H4separation *** studies of single crystal X-ray diffraction and simulations showed that the customized pore limitation in the MOF provided stronger multiple attractive interactions with C3H6,leading to significant adsorption selectivity in the process of competing adsorption for C3H6and *** one separation step,the MOF generated highly pure C2H4（≥99.9%） and C3H6（≥99.6%） products respectively from C2H4/C3H6mixtures at different ratios,pressures,and temperatures.
