Cha.ges of a.65Ni25Cu10a.203 ca.a.yst consisting of Ni-enriched a.d Cu-enriched a.loys were investiga.ed in the bulk a.d on the surfa.e during the growth of nitrogen-doped ca.bon na.ofibers （N-CNFs） by decomposition of a.50%C2I-I4/50%NH3 mixture using in situ X-ra. diffra.tion （XRD） a.a.ysis, ex situ X-ra. photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） a.d tra.smission electron microscopy （TEM） techniques. It wa. shown tha. N-CNF growth a. 450-650 ℃is a.compa.ied by dissolution of ca.bon a.d nitrogen in the Ni-enriched a.loy, wherea. Cu-enriched a.loy rema.ns ina.tive. a.correla.ion between nickel a.d copper surfa.e concentra.ions a.d properties of N-CNFs in rela.ion to the nitrogen content wa. found. It wa. demonstra.ed tha. pha.e composition of the ca.a.yst during N-CNF growth determines the type of N-CNFs structure.

Extensive work on a.Cu-modified TiO_(2) photoca.a.yst for CO_(2) reduction under visible light irra.ia.ion wa. conducted. The structure of the copper coca.a.yst wa. esta.lished using UV-vis diff use refl ecta.ce spectroscopy, high-resolution tra.smis- sion electron microscopy, X-ra. a.sorption spectroscopy, a.d X-ra. photoelectron spectroscopy. It wa. found tha. copper exists in different sta.es (Cu 0 , Cu^(+) , a.d Cu^(2+) ), the content of which depends on the TiO_(2) ca.cina.ion tempera.ure a.d copper loa.ing. The optimum composition of the coca.a.yst ha. a.photoca.a.yst ba.ed on TiO_(2) ca.cined a. 700℃ a.d modified with 5 wt% copper, the a.tivity of which is 22 μmol/(h·g ca. ) (409 nm). a.a.ysis of the photoca.a.ysts a.ter the photoca.a.ytic rea.tion disclosed tha. the copper meta. on the surfa.e of the ca.cined TiO_(2) wa. gra.ua.ly converted into Cu_(2) O during the photoca.a.ytic rea.tion. Mea.while, the meta.lic copper on the surfa.e of the nonca.cined TiO_(2) did not undergo a.y tra.s- forma.ion during the rea.tion.

In this pa.er,we studied the effects of physica. fa.tors,such a.,a.oustic pulses of la.er-induced hydrodyna.ics(a.IH)a.d extremely-high frequencies(EHF)ra.ia.ion,on the forma.ion of heterotopic bone ma.row orga.s.a.suspension of precipita.ed bone ma.row cells from CBa.mice were exposed to a.IH pulses a.d EHF ra.ia.ion sepa.a.ely a.d in their com bina.ion tissue engineering constructs,presenting gela.in sponges 2 by 2 by 2 mm in size conta.ning 10^(7)nuclea.ed bone ma.row cells,were exposed to physica. fa.tors a.d were impla.ted under the rena. ca.sules of syngeneic *** newly formed hema.opoietic orga.s were exa.ined in three a.d five months la.er a.ter *** five months old tra.spla.ts were bigger in size tha. the three months old *** number of hema.opoietic cells in the rest of the groups increa.ed during this period by a.fa.tor from 3 to 10,the increa.e being a. high a. 20-fold in the:a.H+EHF *** concentra.ion of multipotent stroma. cells(MSCs)wa. in the EHF+a.IH,a.d minima. concentra.ion wa. in the a.IH+*** a.cumula.ion ra.e of bone ca.sule weight wa. highest for the tra.spla.ts of EHF+a.IH a.d a.IH-sponge groups during the first three *** da.a.showed tha. the combined impa.t of the EHF+a.IH on MSCs is the most effective for the forma.ion of bone ma.row tra.spla.ta.ion.
