Effect of Al content in molten steel on interaction between MgO-C refractory and SPHC steel

The effect of Al content in molten steel on the interaction between SPHC steel(0.005-0.068 wt.%Al,and 19×10^(-4)-58×10^(-4)wt.%O)and MgO-C refractory(11.63 wt.%C)was ***-metallic inclusions in the steel were examined at various periods(0,5,15,30,45,and 60 min)as well as the MgO-C interface after 60 min of corrosion at 1600℃.The results show that when MgO-C refractory comes into contact with SPHC steel,the refractory interface consists of three layers arranged from the innermost to the outermost,including the original refractory layer,the dense MgO layer,and the iron infiltration *** carbon in the MgO-C refractories and the Al content in the molten steel undergo a reaction with the MgO in the refractories,resulting in an increase in Mg concentration in the *** Al content in the molten steel from 0.005 to 0.068 wt.%causes a spinel layer to appear at the interface,and the disappearance time of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in the steel decreases from 60 to 30 min,while the average MgO content in inclusions ***,controlling the Al content in the molten steel and the smelting duration can help regulate the formation of spinel inclusionsinthe steel.

Magnetic field and microorganisms are important factors influencing the stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of buried oil and gas pipelines. Once SCC occurs in buried pipelines, it will cause serious hazards to the soil environment. The SCC behavior of X80 pipeline steel under the magnetic field and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) environment was investigated by immersion tests, electrochemical tests, and slow strain rate tensile(SSRT) tests. The results showed that the corrosion and SCC sensitivity of X80 steel decreased with increasing the magnetic field strength in the sterile environment. The SCC sensitivity was higher in the biotic environment inoculated with SRB, but it also decreased with increasing magnetic field strength, which was due to the magnetic field reduces microbial activity and promotes the formation of dense film layer. This work provided theoretical guidance on the prevention of SCC in pipeline steel under magnetic field and SRB coexistence.

Tumor microenvironment(TME)-activatable probes have been proven to effectively increase signal-tobackground ratios(SBRs)and improve the success rate of complete tumor ***,many fluorescence probes have to be loaded into a nanocarrier for tumor targeted delivery,which consequently encounters poor drug loading,heterogeneous composition and non-encapsulated drug aggregates occurred during nanoformulation ***,a nitroreductase(NTR)-activated“OFF-ON”near-infrared fluorescence nanoprobe,named Nano Bodipy,was synthesized by the spontaneous self-assembling of NTRresponsive dye-polyethylene glycol(PEG)amphiphilic polymer in *** NTR-responsive dye acted as the hydrophobic segment in the amphiphilic polymer,yielding a homogeneous composition and a high loading of 12.2 wt%(according to calculation)in the synthesized Nano *** synthesized Nano Bodipy can efficiently accumulate in tumors via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect,enabling non-invasive tumor-targeted fluorescence imaging and guiding complete tumor *** the synthesized Nano Bodipy entered the tumor cells,they dissociated and were activated by overexpressed *** the real-time fluorescence guide of Nano Bodipy,complete tumor resection surgery was performed successfully.

Mechanochromic polymers based on non-covalent changes have attracted much attention ***,we report the impact of inter/intramolecular hydrogen bonds on polymer mechanochromism from the excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) ***-NH2-OH and PhMz=2A are designed and obtained by simple and high-yield synthesis,and are connected into polyurethane and poly(methyl acrylate-co-2-ethylhexyl acrylate),*** the initial state,the PhMz-NH2-OH@PU sample shows blue fluorescence from the excited enol form (E*) excitons,owing to intermolecular hydrogen bonds that interrupt the ESIPT reactions but the PhMz=2A@PMA-2-EA sample expresses cyan fluorescence belonging to the excited keto form (K*) emission,implying that the intramolecular hydrogen bonds ***,under stretching,external force can tune the emission of the PhMz=2A@PMA-2-EA sample from K* to E* *** external force can putatively still promote a bond rotation,ESIPT reactions remain equivalently interrupted in both the relaxed and stressed states in a hydrogen-bond donating *** calculation confirms the force-induced increase in dihedral angle for the transition of ESIPT-on/***,PhMz-NH2-OH@PU and PhMz=2A@PMA-2-EA showed disparate initial ESIPT states and further different responses/sensitivity to *** study reports a novel and efficient strategy for enriching mechanochromic investigation and extending the applications of ESIPT reactions.

There are abundant igneous gas reservoirs in the South China Sea with significant value of research,and lithology classification,mineral analysis and porosity inversion are important links in reservoir ***,affected by the diverse lithology,complicated mineral and widespread alteration,conventional logging lithology classification and mineral inversion become considerably *** the same time,owing to the limitation of the wireline log response equation,the quantity and accuracy of minerals can hardly meet the exploration requirements of igneous *** overcome those issues,this study takes the South China Sea as an example,and combines multi-scale data such as micro rock slices,petrophysical experiments,wireline log and element cutting log to establish a set of joint inversion methods for minerals and porosity of altered igneous ***,we define the lithology and mineral characteristics through core slices and mineral data,and establish an igneous multi-mineral volumetric *** we determine element cutting log correction method based on core element data,and combine wireline log and corrected element cutting log to perform the lithology classification and joint inversion of minerals and ***,it is always difficult to determine the elemental eigenvalues of different minerals in *** paper uses multiple linear regression methods to solve this ***,an integrated inversion technique for altered igneous formations was *** results show that the corrected element cutting log are in good agreement with the core element data,and the mineral and porosity results obtained from the joint inversion based on the wireline log and corrected element cutting log are also in good agreement with the core data from X-ray *** results demonstrate that the inversion technique is applicable and this study provides a new direction for the mineral inversion research of altered igneous formation

Facile and efficient method for constructing carbon dots(CDs)with narrow full width at half maximum(FWHM)is a major challenge in the field,and researches on regulating the FWHM of CDs are also rare and *** this work,we delved into the synthesis of CDs with narrow fluorescence emission FWHM(NFEF-CDs)in the m-phenylenediamine(m-PD)/ethanol system,utilizing solid superacid resin as cata-lyst with solvothermal *** resulting NFEF-CDs exhibit a photoluminescent(PL)emission peak at 521 nm with a narrow FWHM of 41 nm,an absolute PL quantum yield(QY)of 80%,and display excitation-independent PL *** comprehensive characterization,we identified the protonation of edge amino on NFEF-CDs as the key factor in achieving the narrow ***,we validated the broad applicability of solid superacid resins as catalysts for synthesizing CDs with narrow FWHM in the m-PD/ethanol ***,we utilized a self-leveling method to prepare NFEF-CDs film on the surface of poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)substrate and investigated the solid-state fluorescence properties of NFEF-CDs as well as their performance as luminescence solar concentrator(LSC)for photovoltaic *** results revealed that the as-prepared LSC exhibit an internal quantum efficiency(η_(int))of 42.39%and an optical efficiency(η_(opt))of 0.68%.These findings demonstrate the promising prospects of NFEF-CDs in the field of LSCs and provide a theoretical basis for their application in photovoltaic conversion.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disease caused by a glycolipid metabolism disorder and isletβ-cell ***-80-I is a biologically active water-soluble polysaccharide isolated from sweet corncob,an agricultural *** hypoglycemic effects of SCP-80-I on T2DM mice and its mechanisms were investigated in this ***-80-I was found to significantly reduce blood glucose and lipid deposition levels in T2DM mice,as well as decrease serum leptin and increase adiponectin ***,real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and Western blotting results revealed that SCP-80-I could regulate the expression of several glycolipid metabolisms and insulin secretion genes and proteins,including 5'-AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),carnitine palmitoyltransferase I(CPTI),and acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase(ACC)in the liver and AMPK,sirtuin1(Sirtl),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorycoactivator-1(PGC-1α),and uncoupling protein 2(UCP2)in the *** have a hypoglycemic effect,SCP-80-1 regulated glycolipid metabolism and islet cell function in the liver by regulating the AMPK/AC C/CPT1 signaling pathway and the AMPK/Sirt1/PGC-1αand AMPK/Sirtl/UCP2 signaling *** findings improve our understanding of polysaccharides derived from sweet corncob and the use of SCP-80-I in the production of hypoglycemic foods.

　　Triarylamines are an important class of compounds, because they have been used as the hole-transport layer in electroluminescent devices. [1] New palladium catalyzed methods to form arylamines have emerged recently from Hartwing and Bucchwald . [2,3] Our group have investigated unusual diboration of allenes catalyzed by palladium complex and organic iodides. [4] Here we will report that arylamines react with bromoanthrancene (or dibromoanthancene) to afford triarylamines in the presence of Ligand-palladium complex. Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))hollow nanoparticles present significant potential for photocatalytic applications while their straightforward preparation with precise structure control is still *** work reports the approach to preparing tunable hollow TiO_(2) nanospheres by utilization of spherical polyelectrolyte brushes(SPB)as nanoreactors and *** the preparation,the evolution of the structure was characterized by small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),and in combination with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron *** formation of TiO_(2) shell within the brush(SPB@TiO_(2))is confirmed by the significant increase of the electron density,and its internal structure has been analyzed by fitting SAXS data,which can be influenced by Titanium precursors and ammonia *** calcining SPB@TiO_(2) in a muffle furnace,hollow TiO_(2) nanospheres are produced,and their transition to the anatase crystal form is triggered,as confirmed by X-ray diffraction *** the advantages of their hollow structure,these TiO_(2) nanospheres exhibit exceptional catalytic degradation efficiency of methylene blue(MB),tetracycline(TC),and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),and also demonstrate excellent recyclability.
