灸法用于癌症治疗的选穴规律分析

Objective:To summarize the rules of acupoint selection in treatment of cancer with moxibustion by analyzing the articles of relevant clinical trials in recent years in China,so as to provide the references for acupoint selection of moxibustion for ***:The articles of clinical trials for treatment of cancer with moxibustion were retrieved from China National knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang)from 1st January 2015 to 30th June *** EpiData software,the data were extracted and exported in *** analysis was performed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 ***:A total of 516 articles were collected,including 533 prescriptions with 164 acupoints *** high-frequency acupoints were similar among 7 types of cancers and these acupoints mostly acted on supporting the antipathogenic qi,replenishing qi and regulating the spleen and *** meridian tropism,the acupoints from the conception vessel,the governor vessel and bladder meridian were dominant in treatment of cancer with *** terms of location distribution,the selected acupoints were generally distributed on the chest,abdomen,lumbar region and the upper back of the *** on cancer related symtomes in different systems,the use frequency of Zusanli(ST36)was the highest for the symptoms of the immune,digestive,circulatory and motor systems;that of Feishu(BL13)was the highest for the respiratory system symptoms and that of Guanyuan(CV4)was the highest for the urinary system *** cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints showed that the acupoints of moxibustion for cancer generally work on cultivating yang,supporting the antipathogenic qi,strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach,and were selected in association with the clinical symptoms of different cancers.

试验旨在研究高精料饲粮中添加中药复方对绵羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标、免疫、抗炎和抗氧化功能的影响。选取30只体重(20.81±1.27)kg的3月龄杜寒杂交公羔,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。基础饲粮精粗比为75∶25,对照组、Z1组和Z3组的中药复方添加量分别为0、10、30 g/d。预试期15 d,正式试验期50 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加30 g/d中药复方可以提高绵羊的末重和平均日增重(P<0.05),降低料重比(P<0.05),提高粗蛋白表观消化率(P<0.05),降低血清尿素氮的含量(P<0.05),降低血清中甘油三酯含量(P<0.05),增加低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05),提高血清中总抗氧化能力以及过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和总超氧化物歧化酶的活性(P<0.05),降低血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.05),提高血清中酸性磷酸酶、溶菌酶活性以及免疫球蛋白、干扰素-γ含量(P<0.05),降低血清中一氧化氮、脂多糖、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,在高精料饲粮中添加30 g/d的中药复方可以提高绵羊的抗氧化能力和免疫功能,降低血清促炎因子水平,缓解机体炎症,提高绵羊的日增重和养分表观消化率,对保持绵羊机体健康具有积极影响。

A comparison of theoretical investigation and numerical simulation of a single bubble oscillation is carried out in this *** theoretical research is based on solving Rayleigh-Plesset(R-P)equation and Keller-Miksis(K-M)equation using Runge-Kutta *** numerical method focuses on the two discrete methods in the volume of fluid(VOF)method,geometric reconstruction(GR)and modified high resolution interface capturing(MHRIC).The results show that the interface captured by MHRIC in the collapse stage is more stable,and the evolution of bubble radius agrees better with the theoretical *** R-P equation and K-M equation,which omit the effect of the energy equation,have limitations when the bubble collapses under ultra-high pressure.

BACKGROUND Congenital bronchobiliary fistula is a rare developmental abnormality with an abnormal fistula between the respiratory system and biliary tract. The aim of this report is to analyze and summarize the clinical features and experience of diagnosing and treating congenital bronchobiliary fistula(CBBF) occurring in the neonatal *** SUMMARY The onset of symptoms was 3 d after birth in our patient with progressive cyanosis and respiratory distress, and a large amount of green fluid was noticed in her respiratory secretion. We performed computed tomography(CT),fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and cholangiography to make a diagnosis, as well as fistulography with a bronchoscope for the first time. These examinations provided us with valuable images to make a correct diagnosis. The fistula was dissected and removed with excellent results. Surgical removal of the fistula was successful, and the baby recovered well and was discharged. She has been followed for 4 mo without any signs of *** The main symptom of CBBF is bile-like sputum. CT, bronchoscopy,fistulography, and intraoperative cholangiography can provide important evidence for diagnosis. Surgical resection of the fistula is the first choice of treatment.

Objective:This study was done to determine the effects of different courses of moxibustion on a rat knee osteoarthritis(KOA)model,and explore the dose–effect relationship of moxibustion on KOA from the perspectives of intestinal flora and inflammatory ***:Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal,model,moxibustion for 2 weeks,moxibustion for 4 weeks and moxibustion for 6 weeks groups(n=5 each group).A KOA rat model was induced by monosodium iodoacetate,and moxibustion intervention was performed at the acupoints“Dubi”(ST35)and“Zusanli”(ST36),once every other *** changes in the cartilage of rat knee joints were assessed after intervention,and fecal samples were subjected to 16 S r RNA high-throughput sequencing for microbial diversity ***:Damage to the knee articular cartilage was obvious in the model group,which also had increased levels of pro-inflammatory factors,decreased levels of anti-inflammatory factors,and intestinal flora disorders with decreased *** degree of cartilage damage in the 4 and 6 weeks of moxibustion groups was significantly improved compared with the model *** 4 and 6 weeks of moxibustion groups also demonstrated reduced levels of interleukin-1βand tumor necrosis factor-a and increased levels of interleukin-10(Pligenes group and Ruminococcaceae UCG-014 increased,while that of the pathogenic bacteria Lachnospiraceae NK4 A136 group decreased(P<0.05).Although the abundance of Lachnospiraceae NK4 A136 group decreased in the 2 weeks of moxibustion group compared with the model group(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in serum inflammatory factors,flora species diversity or degree of pathological damage compared with the model ***:Moxibustion treatment led to significant improvements in t

li metal batteries（LMBs） have attracted much attention due to the ultra-high theoretical capacity of the li metal anode（LMA）.However,the uncontrollable dendrites growth and low coulombic efficiency hinder their practical ***,we explore 3,5-difluoropyridine（2F-BD） as a novel electrolyte additive to enable highperformance *** 2F-BD additive participates in and modifies the solvation structure of li ions by reducing the coordinated number of PF6-at the electrode surface,leading to the formation of a liF and li3N-rich solid electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The liF component increases the robustness of SEI and suppresses the formation of li dendrites,while the li3N component facilitates the transportation and reaction kinetics of li *** a result,the li‖li symmetric cell presents a stable cycling performance of up to 500 h at a current density of 1 mA *** coupling with liFePO4cathode,the obtained full cell achieves high specific capacities of 106.06 mA h g-1and 84.98 mA h g-1at 2.55 mA cm-2and 5.10 mA cm-2,respectively,and maintains a high capacity retention of84.0% after 1000 cycles at 0.13 mA cm-2,with an average cycling CE of 99.58%.

The multicolor Ramsey number rk(C4) is the smallest integer N such that any k-edge coloring of KNcontains a monochromatic C4. The current best upper bound of rk(C4) was obtained by Chung(1974) and independently by Irving(1974), i.e., rk(C4) ≤ k2+ k + 1 for all k ≥ 2. There is no progress on the upper bound since then. In this paper, we improve the upper bound of rk(C4) by showing that rk(C4) ≤ k2+ k-1 for even k ≥ 6. The improvement is based on the upper bound of the Turn number ex(n, C4), in which we mainly use the double counting method and many novel ideas from Firke, Kosek, Nash, and Williford [J. Combin. Theory,Ser. B 103(2013), 327–336].
