High-precision and efficient structural response prediction is essential for intelligent disaster prevention and mitigation in building structures,including post-earthquake damage assessment,structural health monitoring,and seismic resilience assessment of *** improve the accuracy and efficiency of structural response prediction,this study proposes a novel physics-informed deep-learning-based realtime structural response prediction method that can predict a large number of nodes in a structure through a data-driven training method and an autoregressive training *** proposed method includes a Phy-Seisformer model that incorporates the physical information of the structure into the model,thereby enabling higher-precision *** were conducted on a four-story masonry structure,an eleven-story reinforced concrete irregular structure,and a twenty-one-story reinforced concrete frame structure to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed *** addition,the effectiveness of the structure in the Phy-Seisformer model was verified using an ablation ***,by conduct.ng a comparative experiment,the impact of the range of seismic wave amplitudes on the prediction accuracy was *** experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can achieve very high accuracy and at least 5000 times faster calculation speed than finite element calculations for different types of building structures.

As coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)public health restrictions are relaxed,the circulation of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)alongside other respiratory viruses may lead to an increased likelihood of coinfection(1).Older patients face a higher risk of severe outcomes,when infected with multiple respiratory viruses(2).this study highlights the successful recovery of the oldest older adult(≥80 years)from pneumonia caused by the dual infection of human respiratory syncytial virus(HRSV)and SARS-CoV-2.

BACKGROUND Patients with tetralogy of Fallot(tOF)often have arrhythmias,commonly being atrial fibrillation(AF).Radiofrequency ablation is an effective treatment for AF and does not usually cause severe postoperative hypoxemia,but the risk of complications may increase in patients with conditions such as *** SUMMARY We report a young male patient with a history of tOF repair who developed severe hypoxemia after radiofrequency ablation for AF and was ultimately confirmed to have a new right-to-left *** patient subsequently underwent atrial septal occlusion and eventually *** Radiofrequency ablation may cause iatrogenic atrial septal injury;thus possible complications should be predicted in order to ensure successful treatment and patient safety.

As one promising carbon-based material,sp^(3)-hybrid carbon nitride has been predicted with various novel physicochemical ***,the synthesis of sp^(3)-hybrid carbon nitride is still limited by the nanaoscale,low crystallinity,complex source,and expensive ***,we have presented a facile approach to the sp^(3)-hybrid carbon nitride nano/micro-crystals with microwave-assisted confining growth and liquid ***,the carbon nitride nano/micro-crystals can spontaneously emerge and grow in the microwave-assisted polymerization of citric acid and urea,and the liquid exfoliation can break the bulk disorder polymer to retrieve the highly crystalline carbon nitride nano/*** obtained carbon nitride nano/micro-crystals present superior blue light absorption strength and surprising photoluminescence quantum yields of 57.96%in ethanol and 18.05%in solid *** experimental characterizations and density functional theory calculations reveal that the interface-trapped localized exciton may contribute to the excellent intrinsic light emission capability of carbon nitride nano/micro-crystals and the interparticle staggered stacking will prevent the aggregation-caused-quenching ***,the carbon nitride nano/micro-crystals are demonstrated to be potentially useful as the phosphor medium in light-emitt.ng-diode for interrupt.ng blue light-induced eye *** work paves new light on the synthesis strategy of sp^(3)-hybrid carbon nitride materials and thus may push forward the development of multiple carbon nitride research.

BACKGROUND Numerous observational studies have documented a correlation between inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and an increased risk of ***,the causality of their associations remains *** to assess the causal relationship between IBD and the occurrence of all-cause dementia using the two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)*** Genetic variants extracted from the large genome-wide association study(GWAS)for IBD(the International IBD Genetics Consortium,n=34652)were used to identify the causal link between IBD and dementia(Finngen,n=306102).the results of the study were validated via another IBD GWAS(United Kingdom Biobank,n=463372).Moreover,MR egger intercept,MR pleiotropy residual sum and outlier,and Cochran's Q test were employed to evaluate pleiotropy and ***,multiple MR methods were performed to estimate the effects of genetically predicted IBD on dementia,with the inverse variance weighted approach adopted as the primary *** the results of the pleiotropy and heterogeneity tests revealed an absence of significant pleiotropic effects or heterogeneity across all genetic variants in outcome *** evidence of a causal effect between IBD and the risk of dementia was identified in the inverse variance weighted[odds ratio(OR)=0.980,95%CI:0.942-1.020,P value=0.325],weighted median(OR=0.964,95%CI:0.914-1.017,P value=0.180),and MR-Egger(OR=0.963,95%CI:0.867-1.070,P value=0.492)*** results were observed in validation *** MR analysis also showed no effect of dementia on the development of ***,MR analysis suggested that IBD and its subtypes did not causally affect allcause dementia and its four subtypes,including dementia in Alzheimer's disease,vascular dementia,dementia in other diseases classified elsewhere,and unspecified *** taken together,our MR study signaled that IBD and its subentities were not genetically associated with all-cause dementia or its

针对附有Savonius叶轮结构的新型圆柱体能量转换装置开展数值模拟研究,利用用户自定义函数与SSt k-ω湍流模型实现流固耦合,探究附有不同椭圆度Savonius叶轮结构的圆柱体流致旋转及振动响应,揭示结构流致旋转与涡激振动耦合作用机理。研究结果表明,叶轮结构的椭圆度是影响圆柱体横流向位移的关键,对于椭圆度相同的圆柱体,投影面积是影响顺流向位移的重要因素。低约化速度下,圆柱体不稳定旋转,形成非对称流动尾迹,表现出P+S尾迹模式。高约化速度下,圆柱体沿顺时针方向稳定旋转,旋转角速度大小呈现周期性波动。在同一旋转周期内,叶轮结构椭圆度越小,圆柱体瞬时扭矩系数绝对值越大。

Active organic optical waveguide materials(OOWMs)incorporat.ng room temperature phosphorescence(RtP)hold significant promise for diverse applications in photonic and optoelectronic *** this potential,realizing active RtP optical waveguides with large-sized ordered structures and minimal light loss remains a formidable *** address this issue,we present a groundbreaking thermoplastic active OOWM with low light loss,leveraging room temperature phosphorescent liquid crystalline polymer(LCP).this innovative material can be easily synthesized through the copolymerization of phosphorescent and liquid crystalline *** result.ng RtP copolymer exhibits a nematic liquid crystal phase with a phosphorescence lifetime of approximately 0.15 ms and an afterglow duration of around 1 *** the excellent processability of LCP,we successfully produce meter-scale fibers via melt *** RtP LCP fibers,characterized by a high orientation of mesogens along the fiber axis,demonstrate superior light confinement and efficient light conduction compared to unoriented samples,result.ng in a low optical loss coefficient of 0.13 dB/***,the thermal responsiveness of the RtP LCP optical waveguide enables its use as a photo *** pioneering work paves the way for the design of new OOWMs tailored for advanced photonics and optoelectronics devices.
