Colon cancer-related anemia(CCRA)is mainly caused by systemic inflammation,intestinal bleeding,iron deficiency and chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression in colon ***,the best therapeutic schedule and related mechanism on CCRA were still *** on blood enrichment and anti-tumor effects of combined Danggui Buxue Decoction(DBD),Fe and rhEPO based on CCRA and gut microbiota modulation were conducted in this ***,CCRA model was successfully induced by subcutaneous inoculation of CT-26 and ***,rhEPO+DBD high dosage+Fe(EDF)and rhEPO+DBD high dosage(ED)groups had the best blood enrichment ***,EDF group also showed antitumor *** sequencing results of gut microbiota showed that compared to P group,the relative abundances of Lachnospiraceae and opportunistic pathogen(Odoribacter)in ED and EDF groups were ***,EDF also decreased the relative abundances of cancer-related bacteria(Helicobacter,Lactococcus,Alloprevotella)and imbalance-inducing bacteria(Escherichia-Shigella and Parabacteroides)and increased the relative abundances of butyrate-producing bacteria(Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014),however,ED showed the opposite effects to EDF,this might be the reason of the smaller tumor volume in EDF *** findings proposed the best treatment combination of DBD,rhEPO and Fe in CCRA and provided theoretical basis and literature reference for CCRA-induced intestinal flora disorder and the regulatory mechanism of EDF.

针对以往自传感主动电磁轴承系统中存在的位移解调器精度不足、存在相位滞后等问题,提出利用希尔伯特变换的转子位移估计策略.相比以往方法,使用希尔伯特变换对电流纹波基频分量幅值的提取更精确,相位延迟更小.针对自传感电磁轴承系统需要多路信号实时处理的特点,利用现场可编程门阵列（FPGA）并行运算的特性保证了各自由度位移估计信号的时序同步,搭配浮点运算功能强大的数字信号处理器（DSP）实现了自传感电磁轴承系统的反馈控制器.在4自由度径向电磁轴承刚性转子系统平台上进行实验验证.实验结果表明,FPGA模块提取的转子位置估计信号具有良好的线性度和实时性,实现了4自由度径向电磁轴承在转速为0~2 000r/min时的自传感稳定运行.

增值税免税规范被视为税法实现调控政策目标的重要方式,但既有的政策化免税规范带来形式上的合法性与体系上的合理性困境。至于增值税免税政策之目的与手段正当性,可以通过比例原则予以审查和证立,而其必要性与均衡性则需借助成本收益分析方法得以证成。其中,成本收益分析方法以税收效率原则为中心,揭示了“效率”的多向度内涵,并要求在恪守税收法定原则的基础上建立效率审查的法律标准。而原有的概念式立法无法满足效率性要求,有必要引入类型化的立法技术和法律方法,构造“类别+类型”的增值税免税规范。惟其如此,方能呈现工整的增值税免税规范体系,实现合法性与灵活性的统一。

AIM To demonstrate that specific bacteria might release bacterial extracellular DNA(e DNA) to exert immunomodulatory functions in the mouse small *** Extracellular DNA was extracted using phosphate buffered saline with 0.5 mmol/L dithiothreitol combined with two phenol extractions. TOTO-1 iodide, a cell-impermeant and high-affinity nucleic acid stain, was used to confirm the existence of e DNA in the mucus layers of the small intestineand colon in healthy Male C57 BL/6 mice. Composition difference of e DNA and intracellular DNA(i DNA) of the small intestinal mucus was studied by Illumina sequencing and terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism(T-RFLP). Stimulation of cytokine production by e DNA was studied in RAW264.7 cells in *** TOTO-1 iodide staining confirmed existence of e DNA in loose mucus layer of the mouse colon and thin surface mucus layer of the small intestine. Illumina sequencing analysis and T-RFLP revealed that the composition of the e DNA in the small intestinal mucus was significantly different from that of the i DNA of the small intestinal mucus bacteria. Illumina Miseq sequencing showed that the e DNA sequences came mainly from Gram-negative bacteria of Bacteroidales S24-7. By contrast, predominant bacteria of the small intestinal flora comprised Grampositive bacteria. Both e DNA and i DNA were added to native or lipopolysaccharide-stimulated Raw267.4 macrophages, respectively. The e DNA induced significantly lower tumor necrosis factor-α/interleukin-10(IL-10) and IL-6/IL-10 ratios than i DNA, suggesting the predominance for maintaining immune homeostasis of the *** Our results indicated that degraded bacterial genomic DNA was mainly released by Gram-negative bacteria, especially Bacteroidales-S24-7 and Stenotrophomonas genus in gut mucus of mice. They decreased pro-inflammatory activity compared to total gut flora genomic DNA.

系统介绍了微塑料的分离技术(密度分离、淘析法和油提法),消解技术(酸消解、碱消解、氧化消解、酶消解和UTS法)以及检测技术(目检法、光谱分析法和热分析法),并对其优缺点进行了对比分析。通过对目前研究进展的总结分析,认为不同的分离、消解及检测技术都会导致微塑料丰度、化学信息、形貌特征的差异,从而使得不同研究结果难以进行横向比较,影响了对微塑料环境行为、污染现状和时空分布等研究。提出未来应建立统一的、标准化的微塑料预处理及检测技术,更应关注图像分析与传统检测方法的联合应用,通过机器学习,为微塑料研究提供更快捷、精准的检测分类技术。

This paper is a discussion of Professor Tang Nong’s approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)while providing a case report at the *** Tang Nong considered that the main etiologies of the disease are"cold,wet,and poisonous."He suggested resolving the body’s dampness by balancing internal organ functions,detoxifying the lungs,and providing ***,the treatment of cold with herbs and cleansing heat must not be performed too early to prevent the spread of the *** principles from the basic theory of Fuyang Pai from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this project used the Huashi Qingfei immune formula(modified Guizhi Erchen decoction),which has been shown to be effective,to treat patients diagnosed with *** present,the participation of TCM in our hospital is over 96%with a cure rate of approximately 90%.

BACKGROUND Understanding a virus shedding patterns in body fluids/secretions is importantto determine the samples to be used for diagnosis and to formulate infectioncontrol *** To investigate the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)shedding patterns and its risk *** All laboratory-confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 patients with completemedical records admitted to the Shenzhen Third People’s Hospital from January28, 2020 to March 8, 2020 were included. Among 145 patients (54.5% males;median age, 46.1 years), three (2.1%) died. The bronco-alveolar lavage fluid(BALF) had the highest virus load compared with the other samples. The viralload peaked at admission (3.3 × 108 copies) and sharply decreased 10 d *** The viral load was associated with prolonged intensive care unit (ICU) *** in the ICU had significantly longer shedding time compared to those inthe wards (P 60 years [hazard ratio (HR) = 0.6;95% confidenceinterval (CI): 0.4-0.9] was an independent risk factor for SARS-CoV-2 shedding,while chloroquine (HR = 22.8;95%CI: 2.3-224.6) was a protective *** BALF had the highest SARS-CoV-2 load. Elderly patients had higher virus loads,which was associated with a prolonged ICU stay. Chloroquine was associatedwith shorter shedding duration and increased the chance of viral negativity.

以圆碟形上浮结构为研究对象,介绍其水动力性能研究现状,并使用计算流体力学方法分析圆碟形结构的水平方向阻力性能,进而对比2种不同主动推力模拟方法下的圆碟形结构的水平运动稳定性。同时,针对复杂海洋环境中该结构受复杂海流冲击可能造成的倾覆,进行了海流影响下的模拟分析,结果表明,圆碟形水下上浮结构具有较低的阻力,在受主动推力及海流影响下能保持良好的运动稳定性,这为预报圆碟形结构水动力性能和运动情况提供了参考。

构建旅游信心恢复指数和旅游出行恢复指数,对我国31个省份旅游恢复水平的时空演变和影响因素进行实证分析。结果发现:(1)我国旅游整体上呈现出“短暂低谷—逐步恢复—波动发展”的复苏过程。(2)旅游信心恢复水平优于旅游出行恢复水平,旅游恢复的不均衡性显著;旅游出行恢复指数的空间集聚现象强于游信心恢复指数。(3)旅游信心恢复指数和旅游出行恢复指数均与经济发展水平呈负相关关系,同旅游收入占GDP的比重呈正相关关系,旅游出行恢复指数还与确诊病例清零天数呈正相关关系。
