目的探讨肝动脉灌注化疗术(HAIC)联合动脉灌注榄香烯注射液治疗进展期肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年4月至2022年1月江门市五邑中医院收治的80例进展期肝癌患者展开研究,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患者均接受HAIC治疗,对照组患者药物为奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶,观察组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上联合榄香烯注射液动脉灌注,两组患者均以3周为一个治疗周期,连续治疗6周。比较两组患者治疗6周后的临床疗效,比较两组患者随访2年的总生存期(OS)、无进展生存期(PFS),同时比较两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的客观缓解率(ORR)为47.50%,明显高于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);随访2年显示,观察组患者的OS、PFS分别为(16.12±3.69)个月、(14.60±3.30)个月,明显长于对照组的(13.44±3.71)个月、(11.27±3.08)个月,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论HAIC联合动脉灌注榄香烯注射液治疗进展期肝癌可提高患者的ORR,延长OS、PFS,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:In Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)history,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos were used clinically as one drug,but now they are admitted as two herbal medicines in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition).This study used network pharmacology to investigate whether the two can be used interchangeably for the treatment of inflammatory diseases in TCM clinical ***:Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos were compared in the inflammation mechanism including core targets,Gene Ontology(GO),pathway and principle chemical components by the method of network ***:Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos shared in six targets accounting for 66.7%of the entire core targets and more than half of the GO terms and pathways are *** acids are dominent compounds responsible for anti-inflammatory *** of the compounds that bind to core targets including luteolin,quercetin and kaempferol,are shared in both ***:Due to high similarity between Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos,we believe that they can be used interchangeably for the inflammation in clinical treatment.

This paper describes the model speed and model In/Out （I/O） efficiency of the high-resolution atmospheric general circulation model FAMIL （Finite- volume Atmospheric Model of IAP/LASG） at the National Supercomputer Center in Tianjin, China, on its Tianhe-lA supercomputer platform. A series of three- model-day simulations were carried out with standard Aqua Planet Experiment （APE） designed within FAMIL to obtain the time stamp for the calculation of model speed, simulation cost, and model 1/O efficiency. The results of the simulation demonstrate that FAMIL has remarkable scalability below 3456 and 6144 cores, and the lowest simulation costs are 1536 and 3456 cores for 12.5 km and 6.25 krn resolutions, respectively. Furthermore, FAMIL has excellent I/O scalability and an efficiency of more than 80% on 6 I/Os and more than 99% on 1536 I/Os.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the network pharmacology of curcumae radix(CR, yujin) and explore the mechanism of CR in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI). Materials and Methods: Network analysis and pharmacological evaluation were performed to explore the protective role of CR to treat CIRI. The potential target genes of the active components and CIRI were identified using SwissTarget Prediction, Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular mechANism of Traditional Chinese Medicine, GeneCards, and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man. Furthermore, network analysis was performed using Cytoscape *** ontology analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis were performed using the R software. In vivo experiments were performed using the water extract of CR(WECR) on PC12 cells induced by hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R) to simulate ischemia/reperfusion injury. Results: The results exhibited that 21 active compounds identified in CR were associated with 73 targets of CIRI. Functional analysis showed that multiple pathways, including response to stress, regulation of apoptotic process, and hypoxia-inducible factor 1 signaling pathway, were significantly enriched. In addition, STAT3, IL4, HIFIA, and CTNNB1 were predicted to be the most important genes among the 36 hub genes. Furthermore, WECR treatment significantly improved PC12 cell injury and decreased apoptosis levels in cells induced by H/R, with malondialdehyde contents reduced and superoxide dismutase or glutathione peroxidase levels increased. Conclusions: Network analysis and pharmacological evaluation of CR could provide valuable directions for further research on CR and improve comprehension of CIRI.

上海天文馆望舒天文台的双焦点可切换一米望远镜是目前国内建成的最大口径的科普天文望远镜。该望远镜采用人工切换主焦点和耐式焦点的双焦点设计方案,耐式焦点主要应用于大众科普的目视观测,主焦点配备了大靶面科学级CMOS终端,视场达到1.5°×1.1°。较大的观测视场除了适合开展重要的天象直播活动以外,还可以充分应用于新星和超新星巡天搜索、太阳系小天体和人造天体监测等科研课题的研究。基于实测资料,对该望远镜主焦点的天体测量精度进行分析评估,结果表明:对于信噪比大于5的星象,星象位置的重复测量精度优于0.1 pixel;当信噪比为30时,重复测量精度优于0.05 pixel。以高精度的Gaia DR3星表作为参考星表,分析得出该望远镜主焦点CMOS观测图像的非线性特征明显,归算时需要用到3阶(20参数)模型。对于测试观测资料,亮于15 mag的恒星观测精度约为0.05′′;观测精度随着星等变暗逐渐下降,17.5 mag的恒星观测精度约为0.1′′。
